
On-Call Vacation Managers

Two person team with RV to travel to different sites to cover
the facility while the regular managers are on vacation or if
there is a manager change. The same job description applies
as specified for Resident Management Teams.
Some of the duties included are:
Office Work
Daily Tenant Activity
• Showing units
• Completing the new rental paperwork
• Keep tenant data base current on computer (Domico software)
• Receive and process payments
Monthly Reports/Paperwork
Lien Process/Auction Proceedings
• Letters/Lien Notices must go out in set time frames
• Keep accurate paperwork
Marketing
Know Your Competitors
• Be aware of what is happening in your market area
• Discounts
• Existing facilities for sale/growing area for new sites
Maintenance
Keep a Clean Site/Office
• Driveways, fencing, landscaping, hallways and entrance must
be kept clean and free of debris
• All vacant units must be clean and ready to show
• Minor repairs and Maintenance
• Maintain Golf Car and other equipment in good operating conditions.
• Office should be clean and orderly
• Painting
Security
• Walk premises often to visually inspect locks and patrol the area
