Excelente customer service. Very clean units

So glad I found this place to prepare for our move and sell our home! The location was super close to my house right off 1464 and I loved that they offer a free truck rental if you lease a storage space with them. The place is very clean and customer service is excellent.

These folks are awesome. We got ourselves into a bad situation at a big well known storage company after we rented a 10x20 drive up unit online. When we showed up it was on the 3rd floor down long narrow hallways and 3 corners. Took us 3 trips with 2 carts to unload a small 4 x 6 trailer of stuff and we were exhausted and sweaty fighting to get our stuff in that place. Plus they even charged us for 2 locks @ $40 when it was only suppose to be one unit. So after paying the other place $250 bucks we decided it wasn't worth the hassle and decided to go somewhere else. That's when we showed up at Mini U. I was so frustrated I kind of vented about all of this to the nice folks at Mini U and they took really good care of us. Helped us out with some amazing deals to offset the loss we took at the other place. They were friendly , patient and by the time we left I felt so much better. They even have a truck you can use for 24 hours at a time. So much easier than using our little trailer. We should of gone here to begin with. Good people.

I had a good experience renting a space for my excess furniture and tools, the price was competitive with similar businesses. The couple who assisted me were very pleasant.

Fast register and very good deal on 5×10. I used them few years ago when my son went to college and now I'm back, that should be the best advice to people who want a storage.

I last my key and they took care of me with a smile and a personable tough, and this was our first time meeting. I strongly recommend this storage facility for your storage needs. I haven't used a storage facility in quite awhile, and I was a little nervous about the whole process. I need not have been. This facility is really nice. There is limited access to the units and my unit was very, very clean. The best part of the whole experience was my interaction with the managers, Joy and Joe. They were extremely helpful in getting me set up with a unit and then helping me with the truck rental. All in all, this experience could not have been better.

Good air-condition storage and friendly service, but will charge you $40 to brake the lock. Why?

I came in on a Sunday to look at a unit and rented it on the spot. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The unit was on the 2nd floor, it was clean and right outside the elevator. Excellent experience.

Came in to get prices today and happy with everything. Clean units, no bugs, easily accessed, and a truck we can borrow for 20 bucks ( insurance cost). Also reasonable pricing on moving blankets and covers. We now have a unit.

Great service, the office manager Candy is knowledgeable, friendly, and here to hear you out. We've been here 5 years without issue. It's a great location and the units are always clean.

What a great place to store my things! Honestly I never thought renting a storage unit would be a pleasant experience, but mini u has proved me wrong twice now! The staff is incredibly friendly and so helpful. The grounds are clean and easy to navigate. Their customer service is great, very efficient. We ended up needing another larger storage space and they accommodated us very well. I utilized both the truck and storage services and the customer service was amazing!! it felt like dealing with family! They were informative and more than willing to show me various units. Awesome service! I started out with the previous owners and service was good. With the new ownership, service is EXCELLENT!! They are patient, helpful, and attentive. They lowered the prices in order to offer a fair deal. I got a much bigger unit for cheaper than the smaller one I had with the previous owner, which happened to be the same price I paid 20 years ago for a unit of similar size without A/C. Love, love, love this place!

Clean well maintained facility with great management.

The staff is nice and friendly. They are clean. Prices are ok. Now the problem is that my mom wasn't being able to make the account online and missed the payment date since she was out of town. They charged us 20 bucks extra. When I talked to the workers they said they were r just following the rules and I don't blame them. So that makes it 4 stars

We rented two large storage units and one smaller unit. The small unit we had for three years. No issues whatsoever and move out was a simple walk to the office and notification. The larger units we had prior to our move. We had one for five months and one for two months. We found the units to be clean and the climate contol temperature was as expected. Again, move out was simple. We never felt that security was an issue. The gates are camera monitored and they can tell who goes in/out by the code you put in. I would def recommend.

People are hilarious, nothing has been stolen from this Private Mini Storage. Get outta here. People live on site and the gates are closed automatically and can't be opened by people who don't belong inside.
