      Comment: Typical storage facility. They offer good desk support, $1 for 1st month, show the space you will get, climate controlled space, and carts for transporting storage inside their facility. Ask about autopay for a 5% discount.

      Comment: Staff was great very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Made sure I got the right size unit I was gonna need.... they were very quick with paperwork also. It was a great experience. No pressure no rushing or waiting a long time after I pick unit great place.

      Comment: Just put my stuff in storage. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Got my 1st month for $1, military discount and a free truck rental for 24hrs. They have very competitive rates! The cheapest I have found while searching in Brick and Toms River. I say they are def the way to go. Thank you Mini U.

      Comment: Stored my grandmother's things there in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. The people that work in the office apparently have no idea what each other are doing. Even after they got their computers back on-line, they don't seem to put them to any practical use. So I'd advise getting anything they say they will do, or that you do or don't need to do, in writing. And good luck with that, because every indication is that they have a fetish for obstinance. Best to just go with someone else, if you have any choice.

      Comment: Got my storage unit in April 2012. It was a dirty unit and I had to sweep it out before using it. There was also debris on the parking lot around the unit and I picked up a couple nails. Also never got my promised baseball tickets. Not a big deal but annoying because the manager who checked me in asked if I wanted the baseball tickets and I said yes but he never gave them to me. I went back and asked when they were going to give them to me and the new manager claimed that I had received them according to the account record. Also..they dontt have anything set up to automatic charge your credit card or even a paper bill. Instead you get an annoying call every month asking for money. I attempted to go online to pay my bill but these people messed up when they signed me up putting the wrong information into the account by getting my name wrong and the new manager doesn't know how to correct it. Not happy with these folks. I am getting out.
