Comment: Horrible. the communication process is extremely flawed and has been during our last few visits to the facility, even when trying to make payments by phone. we have been treated as if we were a burden. Most recently, we have decided to pull out of the spot due to theft and just plain horrible customer service. We rent an outdoor parking space for a small boat. We pulled the boat out of the space on Saturday, by the time we returned Sunday mid day, our boat cover an other misc. items in a small box, were gone. when we asked the lady in office for help, or if she knew if someone moved the items or trashed them her reply was &quot;there is nothing i can do. you have to call tomorrow and speak to Erik&quot;... after getting the same response from her multiple times, Reluctantly, we left. When calling to speak to the all knowing Erik, we were meant with attitude and sarcasm. Odd to me that our items were gone in a 24 hour period. Odd to me that they knew personally what locks we did an didn't have. Odd that we were told he looked through the camera's for almost &quot;ten minutes&quot; and seemed put out by this... all we were asking from the beginning is if someone knew anything, or if there was a way to find out, since we knew the exact night it happened. this type of disrespectful and arrogant response, is embarrassing for them. If the contract states they are not liable for stolen items, no problem. The boat cover itself less than $50, not the end of the world... but the way this was handled was beyond belief.
