Ground-Level & Drive-Up Storage on Dyer Road, Santa Ana

Great service

Amazing customer service, super helpful . The unit storage is clean and they are really helpful. Totally recommend for anyone looking for a great storage unit at an excellent price. Receptionists are Amazing!

Jorge and pan give me the best attention and he is so helpful

Simple sign up and standard clean storage area. What more is there to want.

We just rented here yesterday. Melanie in the office is super nice and helpful!!! These units are not temperature controlled and very basic. We didn't see any signs of rodents or bugs. They require $9 month insurance for covered loss up to $2,000. We are not storing anything irreplaceable here. Price is very fair!!! They have specials - we got a pay for first month and two months free. They even have a pretty large moving truck to "rent." Essentially, you pay $20 for the day and refill the gas tank. If you want to use it, go early in the day. We could not reach the location via the phone # provided on the web (it is only a call center). So, we just went there to learn more and sign up. Once you are a tenant, there is a number straight to the office. We rented an "indoor" 5x5 unit. Up front paid $120 and that will get us 3 months use. If we need to go beyond that, they will charge us the regular monthly fee, then pro-rate back any days we are not using when we move out. Melanie said the refund might take 30 days. The area does have indoor and outdoor surveillance.

Very friendly and very helpful.

Had a good experience. Would recommend to a friend.

Fast and good service would recommend

Honestly had a really good experience here. The place is easy to access, which made everything way less stressful. The guy working there was super helpful, honest, and really accommodating—he made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Prices were fair too, which I appreciated. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot if you need storage 👍

Great place, and the vehicle they lend you to move your things in is a nice bonus.

Jorge provides excellent customer service. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood their policies. The unit was clean and swept when I arrived with my furniture. Thank you for the easy transitions Jorge in rent a unit!

Jorge is amazing he is the best worker ever Review: Clean, Reliable, and Actually Cares I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. The property is consistently clean, well-kept, and feels secure every time I visit. It’s clear that management takes pride in maintaining the space, which makes a big difference when you’re storing personal belongings. The customer service really stands out. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making the entire process smooth from move-in to ongoing use. Many customers mention how supportive and easy to work with management is, especially during stressful transitions. Storagefront Pricing is also very reasonable compared to other options in the area, which is a huge plus. Several long-term renters highlight fair rates and a positive overall experience, which says a lot. Storagefront Overall, this facility offers a great balance of cleanliness, security, affordability, and customer care. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable storage.

What a great place! Nice clean unit in a good location, very affordable pricing, and friendly, competent manager.

Thank you!

Here is pretty clean and the Manager here his name is Jesse who's very nice, friendly, polite and very helpful. I like the storage here is because it's very clean, drive up to your storage only. What I like most is that there's enough space for 2 cars passing through each way. Instead of one car pull over to the side so one car can pass first. The prize I got for my storage is very reasonable for the size unit that I got. Thank you Jesse for helping me. Have a blessed day. ; ;😍♥️

They are so friendly, I just want to move here if I could, Jesse thank you so much for your help,

Staff was pleasant very nice ……The unit was in back and there was no working cameras so needless to say our unit was broke into…not only the lock was broke off it appeared as though they was coming over the top and broke some of the divider I’d make sure your unit is under surveillance. Then you would be safe …

Went to many storage units before coming here. This one is the most affordable and best that I have found. Love all the employees and feel safe keeping my stuff here.

Need to improve the security for the property

Great Place………

Shannon and her husband are very helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Had a bad experience 2 weekends ago, employee was late almost an hour, had to wait to get into my unit and he was very rude

Dorothy and Gary were very accommodating. Informing us of our options and procedures. The process was quick and easy after we ordered and reserved our space online to take advantage of the discounts. I saw the post that someone had their unit broken into. That really sucks but it happens in the enclosed ones too. Theft happens. Thats why you pay insurance. My friend had his unit broken into in Irvine. No storage facility is immune to morons. Its not like you’re storing gold bars or priceless artifacts. If you are, storage units aren’t for you. Their prices are competitive, location is convenient and staff is friendly.

“Hospitable, and Courteous” The Staff are all Very Professional ! The whole Facility is very Clean. So far: It was a nice experience All around, and much better than most other Storage Facilities... With a Great Location in the heart of Orange County. 😎

Great couple works in office, friendly, professional and takes the time to explain all option's

A big thank you to the couple that made renting a unit so easy. They made me feel like I've known them forever. Again thank you for your professionalism.

Dorothy and Garry are great, helpful, and kind. They worked with my schedule and made my move in pleasant.

The ppl who run the show there are so polite and they're very respectful and considerate of everyone who has a unit there. All that they ask for in return is to show the same respect back.

Dorothy & Gary are awesome. They make it safe for all. This is the only place to go for a storage unit. Good office hours and great location hours. Thank you guys

Dorothy and Gary were very helpful and friendly with my visit. Highly recommend using mini u storage clean and safe storage.

MR. & Mrs.Norris the Super Duo, are the live in Managers.. The other Lady Super Duo is the all time generous Connie and young Heather(tattoo lady😎) I've been a repeat and ongoing customer for long periods of time. Its definitely not the newest storage place but very easy to access because of the location and their gate hours. Place is always very clean. The staff is definitley doing a great job in keeping us happy and feeling welcome. There is a MAJOR decrease in the "lingering" zombies on the property, that credit will be given to the great staff, being attentive to their location and recognizing their tenants
