Storage in Springfield, VA

We've been providing service along with using their facility for our business needs. It's very difficult to find in the Northern Virginia area storage space for a small business with in and out privileges , but Mini U Springfield is amazing along with the Manager Shawn and his assistant Michael. I would highly recommend for any small businesses that need that extra storage space to contact Shawn or Michael.

I was so happy to have stumbled upon this storage facility after having a bad experience with a previous facility. The customer service provide by everyone over the phone and in person was top notch! They helped me determine the appropriate size unit needed and took their time showing me comparable sizes. Turns out the unit I reserved was not big enough. From management to the staff everyone made my rental experience an enjoyable and truly relieved the stress I was feeling about it all.

So, in moving my 91 year-old mother into assisted living, I was in serious need of a storage unit - immediately, nearby, & inexpensive. The Mini U Storage staff at Loisdale Road were extremely helpful, the process was simple, the price was great, the 5x5 deluxe unit was exactly what I needed, plus the unit and facility are safe, clean & well lit. Perfect! Would definitely recommend using these folks. 👍🤗

I used the Springfield VA storage for about a year until I lived abroad and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Shawn and Michael who run this site are great. The process payment are thoroughly explained and accurate, the facility is clean and safe, and although they are extremely professional they make you feel like you are family and not just a box. I highly recommend this location in particular and I hope management recognizes their value to the company.

Great experience, staff at this facility is very friendly and helpful. Rental trucks on-site, staff lives on premise, I also got to use one of their dollies. Price is well-rounded compare to the competition, but most importantly I believe the customer service will make customers stay:)

Mike and Sean are great, super down to earth, no nonsense guys. They gave me what I need to explain the costs and fees, and got me set up right away. And the prices are very competitive.

Hands down, best customer service EVER. Yes, the storage is secure and easy to access and the perks when you sign up are great, but Michael and Shawn were unbelievably kind and accommodating--made a VERY stressful move so much better!

I rented here for a few years. They were very helpful on both move-in and move-out, and any time I called in-between. They made sure I had all the info I needed, not just answered my question. Autopay was handy. Rent only increased $5/yr.

I have just rented a truck for the second time from Mini U Storage in Springfield. I chose to rent a moving truck from this location solely based on its location the first time... I had such a good experience that I went slightly out of my way to rent a truck from them again to move furniture later in the same year. The two gentlemen at Mini U storage that I worked with both times were extremely helpful, transparent about costs, insurance etc., and very courteous. This is by far the best truck rental experience I've ever had.

Friendly, decent place with fair prices. They let you use a nice sized truck for free when you move in and they gave me a free lock. Units for rent could be cleaner though, bring a broom with you.
