Bill was extremely nice and helpful. Place is clean and well ran.

They dont raise the rents and they dont have rats that chew all your stuff unlike Public Storage. Other place is a total nightmare.

Cheap/Clean/ Friendly management/Moving Van! Make sure you stop here first and it will be your only stop when shopping for a storage facility!! ASK ABOUT CURRENT PROMOTIONS! I walked out with a sewer deal. This facility is the best around for the money and they are cheaper than the competition, they lock your price in for one year, none of that bate and switch nonsense that blows your mind when your 22 dollar a month unit turns into 110 by the end of the promo period. Not to mention the best management team around. I cant thank them enough for everything they did for me not to mention keeping me calm during a move that I did all by myself over two days. Don't take my word for it stop down and see for yourself.

What a great experience . I came in the office feeling a tad bit anxious. Diane and Bill were so understanding with my situation and told me to take my time and they were very patient. I felt comfortable and safe. Bill took me to see the unit to make sure my belongings would fit . Bill was very thorough and had answers for all my questions . Diane offered me water and made sure I had a lock for my unit. You cannot beat the price, the cleanliness of this property I give 5 stars and most importantly the professionalism, you don’t find this type quality often. Highly recommend this property.

This place stands out above the rest! Diane is super sweet and the place is kept really clean. The prices are great and so are the benefits of storing here. Bill and Diane take great care of the place and their customers 🧡 They gave me $25 worth of free moving supplies and then I bought some more because the items were accessible and not over-priced. (Even the lock for my unit was included, which was great because I forgot mine at home 🤦🏼‍♀️) They have deals on almost everything and they even have a moving truck included with your rental! There are also referral incentives, as well as a gift card for Starbucks if you reserve a unit through sparefoot (current to the end of July 2025 when I rented my unit - I don't know how long they'll be doing that for though.) Highly recommended!

I was a bit stressed out, looking for a storage unit to house my mother’s possessions in the interim. I didn’t think it would end up being such a smooth process! I researched online and once I found the right place and unit size, I reserved it and signed a lease. It was a super simple process, all completed online, before even going there in person. Shortly after I put the lease through, I received a call from Jennifer to confirm and answer any questions I had. I was a bit taken back by that level of customer service because it is a true rarity today. A little while after our conversation, I visited the office with my husband. We were greeted by a man, whose name I don’t know offhand, but he was kind and made us aware that Jennifer would return soon. Within a couple of minutes, she arrived back at the office and took us on a tour of the unit I’m leasing. Once everything was good, we went back to the office and received all paperwork. Jennifer was super sweet, creating conversation for the whole duration and she was very professional. Again, something that is a rarity these days. If you’re on the hunt for a storage unit, Mini U Storage Berlin is the best place to go!

Friendly staff, cheap prices, super secure facility. The lot is huge and has lots of room to maneuver a trailer. Excellent experience and highly recommended. The couple managing the facility were both very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and i was lucky enough to get some shelves the last tenant left behind. I had to switch to a bigger unit when my harley was too wide to fit in the 5 foot wide unit (please note for people storing a harley: the 5’ wide unit only has a 3’ wide door and the harley handle bars are approx 39-40” wide). They were very accommodating getting me into the next step up, an 8’x10’. And after i stored my bike they were kind enough to drop me off at home, it was close but was raining, had planned just to walk. Definitely recommend.

This was my 1st time using storage & honestly the only wonderful experience during this move. The Management Tulip & Damon are both extremely efficient, accommodating & mostly a delightful pleasure to work with. Damon walked me through the online booking, answering all of my questions & explaining the deals they were currently running & booked a reservation while we were on the phone. Upping my arrival to pick up the truck, Yulia greeted me w/such warmth. There’s easy access to all units, security & the facility is immaculate. Yulia is consistently sanitizing the door handles, glass, counter tops & even walked me to truck & sanitized the handles & made sure I was comfortable w/it before driving away. She had a large auction about to start in 15 mins (only because I heard her confirm over the phone) but did not rush me, took her time w/all of my pprwrk & questions. After talking a few mins she even gave me a lead on a potential job & a GREAT realtor w/Keller Williams that might be able to help me. I never knew I could love a storage facility this much until I did business with Mini U! The facilities are great, clean and secure but what really makes this place amazing is the customer service! I was treated kindly and like family from the first time I called, even though I wasn’t yet a customer. And the process and choosing a storage unit (and in my case, two of them) was seamless because of the assistance I received during the process. This is the 1st time getting a storage unit, Mini U storage, Route 73 West Berlin NJ made it quick and easy. The manager and her husband were very kind & helpful. The office and storage unit was clean, I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for extra storages.

I had the most amazing customer service experience at Mini U Storage in Berlin NJ. The manager Damon and his wife Yulia were beyond pleasant. The circumstances surrounding the need to rent a unit was extremely painful and they made the process Hassel free and smooth. My father passed away suddenly on 5/30 and I need a unit to store the items from his home. Damon was sympathetic ,compassionate and extremely professional. He even gifted me with a Starbucks gift card. This token literally made me cry happy tears .....when you are going through ......the simplest act of kindness is def something needed and appreciated. The team at Mini U Storage are awesome !!!!

Just got a unit from here 3/20/2020... The owners were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed to move in. I got a 10 x 15 unit which was the perfect size I needed for a one-bedroom apartment. It was well kept & we had use of a truck which was a huge help. Definitely recommend renting a unit here.

Great place. They fill all your needs like locks, packaging materials and such. The staff is super friendly. They gave my daughter a colorong book while we conducted business to keep her entertained. This is a Great location and the Management is very Nice and very efficient as to offering you what you need. Yulia the manager is extremely helpful with picking the right unit and size you need. The facility is clean and access is easy to get to units after your security code is entered. I have three units at this location and now with Yulia -there's no problems all questions answered and facility is clean and secure!!
