Place is very clean. People in the office are friendly and helpful. I think it was Barb and Ed who helped me. Prices are better than many others in the area. I would highly recommend Mini-U.

Convenient drive-up to gate, outdoor access. Clean place. I was bumped up from 49 dollars to 82 dollars by invoicing me with a changed category: “refrigerated items” which I had none of, but it was still a good deal. I had a 5 x 10 for 49 dollars for a few months then 82 dollars for another 4 or 5. Before that, I had a 5 x 5 for 49 dollars per month for 2- 4 months. Good place.. highly recommended.

Love this place for storage ! they are honest and lock the rate in for a year... unlike other places that keep charging more and more each month. Storage units are clean and the staff is so helpful. Barb and Ed went above and beyond when I was renting a 2nd unit recently. Definitely recommend for all your storage needs !

I currently have two units at Mini U Storage Brick, New Jersey. Brian and Joan handled both of my units when i rented on seperate occasions. Joan has handled all the paperwork both times I rented the units with no issues ingrate explanation. Brian has always been very informative about the units when showing them. I've even seen Brian out on the edge of old Hooper Avenue treating the grass with weed killer. The Guy is very passionate when it comes to his job. They are both an asset to the company. They deserve a raise!!

I am going through a tuff time right now. When I spoke with Barbara she was absolutely so kind to me. I appreciate her patience. Even when I got the date incorrect. Ed had no issues to rearrange the correct date for me. I can't express how much I needed someone to be kind on this day. If you are local and in close proximity to this storage facility, you should store your stuff here; don't bother with other storage facilities! Whether you deal with Joan, Barbara or Brian, you are in good hands. Very accommodating and units are in broom clean condition. The rates are above reasonable and the $19.00, 50 mile, no hourly factor use of their box truck rental is best deal I've seen. I was able to get my stuff on one trip but could have had it until they close at 9:00 pm. The trio made my storage experience easy-peasy!

The husband and wife team who met me and greeted me, we're so friendly and so helpful, I really was amazed. I've been in and out of some storage spaces a couple of times over the years, and it's usually some kid board tears behind the counter. The people who took care of me today really put a tremendous amount of enthusiasm and Care into their work

I went in with my daughter to the facility, we were greeted by the husband & wife team that ran the facility. They were so very friendly. It was nice to see that kind of customer service still exists.

Great experience getting a storage unit. After reserving online, I received a call from Joan to review the details. I was also able to reserve a truck to move my items into. When I came for my move in date, both Brian and Joan were very pleasant and went through all of the details. They also showed me the unit to ensure it was the right size. The building and unit were very clean. I am very happy with Mini-U as my storage unit.

This is my second time using Mini U Storage in Brick. I also have family and friends that use this storage facility. It's convenient, prices are the lowest in the area, the grounds and facilities are well kept, and I was able to use one of their moving trucks for FREE when I moved in. Brian and Joan in the office were super friendly and professional which made me feel confident about the security of my belongings.

Joan and Brian went above and beyond to make today an excellent experience. I signed up online for my unit and came in to finish the process. Joan was extremely helpful going through all the fine print with me while Brian went to immediately clean our unit. It was a very hot day and Joan swung by while we were moving furniture to see if we needed cold water. Everything went flawlessly and was so pleasant. Couldn't be more happy to be storing items here!

I have never in my life received such great customer service. I needed a storage unit right then and there. I was under a lot of pressure due to my time restrictions and duties of being a mother of a 3yr old. When I first arrived at mini u storage Joan and Brian completly threw me by surprise with their hospitality. This made my move a lot easier Joan went through all the paper work with me and everything. Brian assisted and worked together as a team to accomodate my needs. It was just wonderful to see team work! The fact that they acknowledged my son also made me feel like family. Brian helped me with a heavy box and the storage door afterward. Best part is storage unit is very affordable, first month was free, I got a complimentary lock and a Starbucks gift card!! Even after my purchase of the unit, I spoke with Joan again on the phone. I wanted to follow-up on my payment to be made. You can hear how happy she was still, even over the phone! She did wonderful again not to my surprise. I just wanted to mention, you should be proud to have employees like them. It is not easy to come by such happy employee's. They definitely made my exsperience a memorable one! I have had a storage unit here for about six years. I pay a reasonable rate and find the grounds well maintained and secure. The owners are always friendly and helpful. The location is in a pleasant area surrounded by trees. It's in a convenient spot off the main road, so traffic is not an issue when entering. A we'll run business

UPDATE:I still have not received the pro-rated amount I was promised. "in about two weeks". Its been almost a month. Mini U Storage is the best storage unit in the area (as well as outside the area). I saw several units prior to visiting Mini U and after seeing the facility and speaking with Jim and Lisa (managers), my mind was made up. I reserved an indoor unit. The unit and the building that housed it was immaculate. The price of the units were fair compared to other facilities however, Mini U is a superior site. The offer of their box truck came in handy on move in day and I appreciate the assistance I received each time I forgot my password. Do not discount this place because it doesn't have a popular name or a ton of locations half a mile apart. I moved 50 miles away and still kept it because the alternatives closer were not at all on par with Mini U. I finally had to move out of my unit because logistically it wasn't convenient anymore. I gave them several days notice but not before my payment was deducted. How surprised was I to find out that their policy is to pro-rate the amount paid? Very. The office has all the items you forgot to buy before your move and also will recommend "vetted" movers, if you need a referral. No wall of business cards on display. I don't expect to need a storage unit in the Brick area again but would not hesitate to recommend Mini U to anyone who needs to.

Managers Jim and Lisa were very helpful in the entire process renting me a unit. They were very professional and helped me through the entire process thoroughly explaining everything and assisting me decide what size unit I needed. Jim showed me various size units and explained everything I needed to know Re accessing the facility etc. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

The whole process of renting a unit was quick and pleasant. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and showed me how to get an additional 5% off of my monthly rental fee. The establishment is clean, maintained well and secure.

Since I am a first time storage User I researched the storage areas locally. Picked This Mini U storage due to the great reviews. I was not disappointed- I received a phone call from them after I reserved. Upon arrival I was met by Lisa who filled me in on everything I needed - Jim took me out to my unit via golf cart so that I could see it before purchase. Lisa and Jim were wonderful. The place is clean and set up well. Feels very safe. Lisa and Jim live on site - adding to the comfort that my storage unit will be well looked after. I used this facility for over 10 years and never had a issue. My items never got wet or damaged. Just some dust which is understandable. Office staff was always helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Great staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. Prices for units are reasonable. The truck rental was easy to use and had great air conditioning! I was shown the unit prior to rental to make sure the size would work with what we have. We conveniently purchased locks there on site which saved us a trip to the store. Wonderful staff. They were efficient, helpful, calm, and kind. The two people in the office worked very well together. The truck rental was easy to use. Like with any rental they had me return with the amount of gas used. Since it was not full, the guy zeroed out the trip meter for me and explained to buy a gallon for every 10 miles I drove. This saved me with guessing how much gas to buy to get it to the level it was at and avoided me from offer paying. I could buy a lock there but there was no policy that I had to. The storage are was clean and there were two carts ready in the building. They even showed me a map of the storage building and made suggestions on the best place to enter the building.

Always professional and most of all friendly. I have 2 units, one personal and one professional. No complaints here.

Typical storage facility. They offer good desk support, $1 for 1st month, show the space you will get, climate controlled space, and carts for transporting storage inside their facility. Ask about autopay for a 5% discount.
