We moved out of an office space and had an overflow of stuff. Charles and Carrie have been great to work with at the facility! Two big pluses at Mini U Storage: 1) The price is guaranteed for a year. No other storage facility in the area had that on their site. The one I did speak with would not tell me how often they increased price. 2) You can use a 15-ft truck one time in the first 30 days at no additional cost other than a $19 insurance fee and replenish the gas! 50 miles are included! We definitely highly recommend!

Moving is stressful and involves alot of moving parts. Absolutely great service! Charles and Carrie have been fantastic and really give that added "family/personal touch" feeling! I considered a few options online and narrowed it down to 3 or 4. Not only did they have very fair pricing, they genuinely seemed to care about their clients! This combined with the sense of security and reliability I needed, is definitely what stopped my search right away! In fact, I willfully waited a couple of extra weeks for a spot because they were going to be repaving the property when I visited and would be clearing out the parking area that upcoming week. It was not ideal to have to figure out a temporary solution but my mind was set on this location. Happy I waited and ashphalt looks great btw! 🙂 Extremely confident in my choice and grateful for great staff and support they provide!

The staff, including Charles and Carrie, are very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable of what they’re promoting. very tight with their premises. The premises itself is very clean and secured. One of my past experiences with another local storage company was their roads were very hazardous. They had potholes all over the place. There was nails everywhere so I literally had to change my tire about four times within a few months at a previous location but over here it looks like a brand new store but honestly it’s been around since the 90s. I definitely recommend to keep your storage stuff. their rates are fair and competitive. so with competitive rates they are offering high-quality storage facilities.

Unlike other storage companies I have used over the years, the set clear expectations on long-term rental fees and advised on how I can save with pre-payment. As a clean freak with neat freak ocd, the first thing I noticed about the facility was how clean and organized it is. Charles and his associates are professional, friendly and work together like a well oiled machine to make the whole reservation/storing experience simple and stress free (who needs more stress when they're moving?) 😳 Air conditioned units are definitely a plus when you're storing for more than a month! My family and I, having recently relocated to Delray Beach, went in search of a local storage facility. After visiting four local facilities belonging to different companies, we were quite disheartened with what we found. All of these facilities were either staffed with personnel displaying various degrees of incompetence and/or the facilities themselves were incredibly filthy and uncared for. My wife and I quickly became dicouraged realizing we could not rely on any of these facilities to keep our personal items safe, clean, and secure. Then, we stumbled upon Mini U-Storage. From the moment we viewed the impeccably cared for and well maintained facility, we were hopeful we finally found a place. And once we were warmly greeted by Carrie and Charles, the general managers, we knew we needed to look no further. Their collective warmth, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge of the industry convinced us immediately that this was the place for us. This wonderful couple made us feel right at home and answered all our questions displaying an intimate knowledge of the industry in general and their facility in particular. They take great pride in their work! In a matter of a few minutes, we had secured a large storage room that was spotlessly clean, very secure, climate controlled, and with easy access. All this and the best price as well! And, even though the sign-up procedure was quick and easy, we enjoyed their company so much that we hung around for an hour or more speaking with them. After reserving online I met them to finish the rental process, upon arrival Charles showed me the unit , once I agreed I finished paperwork with Carrie while Charles put the locks I purchased from them on my unit. If you're looking for a new storage place go here! I had just had a not so great experience with another storage place up the street and decided to check my options somewhere else. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in much better hands. The owner and front office lady were so friendly and helpful. I had to come in last minute and they were about to close but they were gracious enough to take me anyways. The area was clean, cool and he gave me a perfect unit! I really liked that they have an app you can use to access the gate. Very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

I looked at every self storage place in my area and selected Mini U Storage. Their facility is clean and organized and has good security. The storage units that I looked at are well maintained. It's easy to get in and out of the gated area and there is plenty of room for a large moving truck if needed. The staff are super nice and helpful. My impression is that they are very honest people. Mini U Storage has some good incentives such as the use of one of their big trucks for new customers. They also have other move-in specials which makes them very competitive. I would highly recommend considering Mini U Storage if you are shopping for a place to store your valuable belongings.

Found Mini U storage by way of recommendation. My older brother said they offer a free rental truck with your unit rental and sure enough they did. I first experienced Mini U storage from my wife who was a tennent here. She being a "service oriented" person due to her many jobs in that industry, always commented on the professionalism she experienced from the management at this facility. So, when I was in need of space I looked no further than Mini U. I was not disappointed. The place is always well kept and maintained. I recently upgraded from a 10 x 10 to a 10 x 15 to accomodate my business and the transition went as smoothly as first day I came in. I have used other storage facilities in the past and have never experienced the quality of service that Mini U provides. I highly recommend this place.

I was refered for a friend who told me about this place and it was completly right about it. Charles and Carrie were extremely helpful and polite and I got a deal that cannot be better. The place is clean and the distribution of the space is good. If ever need Storage again is for sure this is the place.

The facility is very clean inside and outside of the units. The prices are reasonable. Charles and Carrie were awesome, they provided excellent customer service and they were very friendly.
