This place is amazing. This is my first time personally securing a storage space. However, my mom had done several storage spaces in New Jersey and had bad experiences. This completely changed my opinion and outlook on storing things. The place was clean Kary and Charles were friendly and greeted me right away and paid total attention to me and I felt like it was a family endeavor right away. I would highly recommend if you need to store stuff for shorter long-term periods.

We had reserved the truck for a future date before we left, however, we received a call within a hour from Carrie after because the truck was not available for that date, She was not in the office at the time we were there and apologized its unavailability because it was getting serviced that day and was not put on the calendar. Rented a unit today. Had the pleasure of working with Charles and Carrie to get the right unit for me. They were super helpful, really wonderful people. I went to Public Storage next door the day before, no one ever came out to help me. Sounded like the person was on a personal call and I just left after a few minutes. As a clean freak with neat freak ocd, the first thing I noticed about the facility was how clean and organized it is. Charles and his associates are professional, friendly and work together like a well oiled machine to make the whole reservation/storing experience simple and stress free (who needs more stress when they're moving?) 😳 Air conditioned units are definitely a plus when you're storing for more than a month! And once we were warmly greeted by Carrie and Charles, the general managers, we knew we needed to look no further. This wonderful couple made us feel right at home and answered all our questions displaying an intimate knowledge of the industry in general and their facility in particular. They take great pride in their work! In a matter of a few minutes, we had secured a large storage room that was spotlessly clean, very secure, climate controlled, and with easy access. After reserving online I met them to finish the rental process, upon arrival Charles showed me the unit , once I agreed I finished paperwork with Carrie while Charles put the locks I purchased from them on my unit. I also needed some last minute boxes which he loaded in my vehicle for me. The property is clean, well lit at night , and secure. The whole process was so easy, it made writing this review necessary. I’ve dealt with public storage before and it was not even close in comparison to the service I received at mini u. Thank you guys for being genuinely nice and making the process so smooth .

If you're looking for a new storage place go here! I had just had a not so great experience with another storage place up the street and decided to check my options somewhere else. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in much better hands. The owner and front office lady were so friendly and helpful. I had to come in last minute and they were about to close but they were gracious enough to take me anyways. The area was clean, cool and he gave me a perfect unit! I really liked that they have an app you can use to access the gate. Very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Went in to get a storage unit (10*10) and I was helped with the process from beginning to in. First I was escorted to my unit to visually inspect and then I was added to the system where I got the gate and unit code. I looked at every self storage place in my area and selected Mini U Storage. Their facility is clean and organized and has good security. The storage units that I looked at are well maintained. It's easy to get in and out of the gated area and there is plenty of room for a large moving truck if needed. The staff are super nice and helpful. My impression is that they are very honest people. Mini U Storage has some good incentives such as the use of one of their big trucks for new customers. They also have other move-in specials which makes them very competitive. I would highly recommend considering Mini U Storage if you are shopping for a place to store your valuable belongings.

Honestly there's 5 other storage places within a few block radius and after checking them out, I knew theirs was the place I wanted to rent. Found Mini U storage by way of recommendation. My older brother said they offer a free rental truck with your unit rental and sure enough they did. A nice lady reached out to me and scheduled a reservation on my behalf, she was sure to describe the units best suited for my needs and explain in detail how to get to the property. She being a "service oriented" person due to her many jobs in that industry, always commented on the professionalism she experienced from the management at this facility. So, when I was in need of space I looked no further than Mini U. I was not disappointed. The place is always well kept and maintained. I recently upgraded from a 10 x 10 to a 10 x 15 to accomodate my business and the transition went as smoothly as first day I came in. I cannot even begin to explain how helpful everyone was. After a lot of research, I made a reservation online for a 10x10 unit that I found at the best price, realized shortly after I made the reservation it was not climate controlled and I panicked. I called the 800 number and they were so courteous and knowledgeable, they helped me with updating my reservation and changing the dates so I didnt have to pay for extra unnecessary days. Carrie in the office called a couple more times to confirm everything for me and adjust anything I needed, scheduled an appointment and was always so nice. I can see why they are rated the way they are. So thankful to have this space and this staff for this transitional period in my life.

I can’t say enough about this facility and it’s staff. Carrie and Charles are the nicest folks I’ve come across in this business. I speak from experience, as I use to be in the storage business. I am also a former military wife and have moved all over this country more times than I care to remember. Carrie and Charles went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything knowing that I was in town by myself and they wanted me to feel like I knew someone. Charles showed me multiple units and Carrie made sure that I got the best deal available for the unit I was interested in. All of my paperwork and move in details were taken care of in the most professional courteous manner with no time to waste. They work with you to help understand your needs and will accommodate you in the best way that can. I’m in transition moving from South Florida to the Boynton Beach area. They are professionals and conduct business being totally transparent. They take their time to listen, understand and help. I find the personnel of Mini U Storage to be efficient, knowledgable and friendly. Their facilities are clean and centrally located. Am very happy I chose them for my 10 x 10!!
