Great experience with Mini U Storage the unit was spotless, the staff friendly and super helpful, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. I felt confident leaving my stuff there and would absolutely recommend them.

I came in to rent a unit recently. We went out on the property to look at different sized units to make sure what I reserved was the correct size for what I needed and the process to rent was explained. I noticed in the office, they have many options for merchandise to purchase and it is displayed very nicely. The rental process was fast and easy & the managers had me on my way in no time. The property was clean & I am confident my items are safe here.

I need to rent a storage unit soon & the balloons out front caught my eye as I drove by, so I looked up the storage and wanted to come check it out based on all the good reviews. Rory and Sandy greeted me upon entering the office with a smile and both were very helpful in showing me units in different sizes. I really like the climate control option. The prices are very good compared to other places. The property & office is clean and very well kept. I appreciate the managers explaining all the different options in detail and they even offered me a free water. I will definitely be back when it's time to rent a unit. Thanks again for your time

The management have been great in the past and the current management under Rory, Sandra and Laurie has continued, if not exceeded the excellent customer service and personable attitude that we've come to expect.

Just recently committed to a climate control storage unit at their faciity in Folsom, CA. Most personable, helpful. Highly recommend. Facility is nestled off a quite street. They even have a bathroom to use on site!!

My mom went here to rent a storage unit and had a great experience! The service was fast and easy, and the folks there are very helpful and kind. The facility itself is super clean and you really feel like your stuff is going to be safe. We were able to get a climate controlled unit to keep our delicate belongings safe as well. They also have on site bathrooms, which is a bonus.

From the moment I walked in to inquire about a storage unit, I was treated kindly and honestly. I was a little concerned that my unit was on the second floor, but pleasantly surprised that there is a large, clean elevator. The halls are clean, wide and brightly lit by motion sensor lighting. I feel like this facility is safe and fair priced.

Thank you thank you for not only making the moving process smooth but keeping an eye out for us while our belongings are in storage! Got a call from the managers that they checked our doors and our lock wasnt engaged properly! We were able to quickly fix from afar and rest assured that our items were safe! Nice, clean facility. Would give all 5 stars but I’m not happy with their business hours. Sunday’s are the only days I can get stuff done but they’re closed! And 5pm is too early to close. A little pricey too. Nice staff.

I've used Empire Ranch Self Storage a few times over the years and have found them to be trustworthy and reputable. They offer a variety of storage sizes and prices, have secure entrance and exit, with CCTV throughout the complex. There are indoor and outdoor units along with temperature controlled and non-temperature controlled units. The front staff has always been extremely helpful when I've talked with them. They offer automatic payments and are always great with sending plenty of notices about upcoming payments and proof of payment.

Stacy and his staff are the best I have seen. They make a point of getting to know you and meet your needs and changes every time. Very safe and secure facility. We have been there for many years without a problem one!
