The facility is clean and well-maintained. Security and pest control both seem to me above-average. Kim at the front desk was helpful and professional. You may find older, more run-down places farther away for less rent? For me, the value proposition was sound because the location made the price worth it. I got discounted supplies -- bubble wrap, boxes, tape etc. -- plus the first month for $47. That's a 10 by 5 on the first floor.

Amazing experience, they’re awesome

I'm glad I chose this place to store my stuff, they have reasonable prices and even though my online reservation had already assigned me to a unit and I was "one of those" customers coming into the office right before the close 🫣 the staff was quick to accommodate me after they heard my situation. I love that they are dog friendly and clean. I suggest calling or going in person to make a reservation rather than online.

We moved in last minute Kim was super helpful got our storage to us in minutes. She answered all of our questions and eased our minds about needing a short term rental. She made sure we understood the lease and assured us that were no hidden fees. I had plenty of questions about the security and access of the property. We were looking for a storage unit last minute and came across this even though it wasn’t super close to home. The lease was a bit confusing, but Andrea explained everything thoroughly and went to the unit with us in case we needed to change sizes or had any questions. Very pleased with them so far.

Welcoming and informative service. Great walk through of facilities. Provided complimentary lock and key. There is a discount for setting up auto-pay. Gate access is from 6am-9pm 7 days a week. So far so good.

I have gone to other storages with friends that are not as well kept, that had rat droppings and bugs, i never had a bug and left it was clean no droppings , that was after almost a year. Lost a frisbee golf disc when they were closed. The lady behind the counter saw my crestfallen face and when I explained she gave me a ride in her golf cart to where the Frisbee was and then let me out the back gate. Though they are a bit of a distance from my residence and I pass numerous facilities to get to Mini U - moving to another storage facility is not a consideration. From the day I first walked into the Office until the next day I go by, nothing will have changed. I feel immediately welcomed, seen and valued. Andrea has an easy manner that blends professionalism with sincere warmth and by my second visit, she knew me and the Unit to which I was connected. The property is immaculate, both inside the climate controlled areas and the external property. Lighting is always on point and there is comfort in feeling secure while on the Property. I always see Scott (equally professional and friendly) browsing the Property and maintaining any area needing his attention. At my urging, my son leased one of the larger Units and as his life consolidated, they offered him an easy transition to a smaller space. New to Mini U Haul and so far I am very happy with the customer service I have received! Andrea has been wonderful from the initial visit to me signing my paperwork. The location is clean and COVID precautions were taken. Love how the doors have a magnet and a timer so they stay open as long as you need them too be open. They do raise price after about 4 months. I’m hoping it’s not too much, that would make me very unhappy. But Andrea did express if any issues to speak with her and she would try her best to help. Overall a great experience! This is coming from a very, very picky person when it comes to customer service it is my number one priority and Andrea has been wonderful!

I honestly rented here just because of Scott and andrea (the managers). Scott is so cool and Andrea is friendly and professional. These two make this place super awesome.

I used this Storage company 2 years ago. These storage units were keep up with being clean, etc. I have never been harassed by other customers. Staff is super nice and very helpful. The reason why I came back to this company is that I trust them, super easy to setup (online and in store), everything I need to store my personal belongings. Also easy to get in and out of as well.

I knew from literally the first 5 minutes of speaking with Scott then Andrea this was a place I could feel comfortable moving our things into while we await the construction completion of our new home. The stress of moving is already immense but to be unsure if the house will be finished on time or if something happens that pushes that date out... just the possibility of the unknown can be maddening. My mind was instantly put at ease knowing we could pack up our current place at our own pace and then take trips to drop packed boxes at the unit. That is Truly PRICELESS! The place is SPOTLESS! There are Security Cameras everywhere. It's not accessible 24/7 & I love that! The layout is easy to navigate, free carts available for use, the doors have magnets to keep them open so you don't have to wrestle with trying to open a door while trying to get your things in or out. The halls are super wide. I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! They have all sorts of sizes and can fit any budget. I am SO THANKFUL I drove by then made that call! Fit my needs PERFECTLY! Awesome experience coming here! This storage place is right around the corner from my house so the location works out perfectly for my storage needs. We were greeted and treated very politely all through the the process, from signing papers to the small tour of the grounds. The process was very streamlined from start to finish, and the website makes it even easier to rent out a storage. They have many unit sizes to accommodate your storage needs, I got a 75 sq foot unit and it fit most of the furniture I wanted to put away for the meantime, and still have room for any future items. They offer free truck rental for up to 50 miles (4 hour window) which came in SUPER handy, I didn’t have to make another trip to UHAUL to get a truck! This is what sold me the most, and everything else was just a little cherry on top. Do not look any more, get your storage unit here!

I arrived at closing time, but there was no rushing me out of there nor hurrying me to make decisions. Manager in charge even stayed 1½hrs late with me to make sure I got the storage unit needed. And the use of the box truck was AWESOME!!!

Mrs.Andrea is the sweetest! I made my reservation with Mini U Storage online (easy process) and then called the office to get more info and spoke to Mrs.Andrea. She was professional and kind. Went into into the office to finish up paperwork and even still had a pleasant experience. She showed me my unit and made sure it was the right one to fit my needs. I have to say this place has awesome people who work here. It's husband and wife and so down to earth and always asking if I need something or anything they can help with..i moved all my stuff and she came around 2 or 3 times to give me water. They helped me a lot and I do appreciate people like that because you don't find good people these days!!!! Very Clean and ge a bathroom even when the front is closed...now that's a plus because I have rented storages for years and never had bathroom available after office closed. Compared to Life Storage this place is a 10 and life storage a 3. This facility has personality and respect for their customers. Thank you both for the great experience. The staff was wonderful. After reserving my storage online, they called me to make sure I was aware of their office hours on the weekend. When I told them I have never rented a storage unit before, she went out of her way to answer any questions I had and those I didn't know to ask. Wonderful service from the entire staff.

I just had the most pleasant customer service experience today. I have been a customer for four years and needed a second storage unit close to my existing one. I mentioned this to the front office late last year and was thinking, I'll need to keep checking back because they won't remember. Well I was so wrong. I was contacted last month but I was traveling overseas. The people at Mini-U could not have been more helpful. I was finally able to come in today and get the paperwork all squared away but that really isn't the story here. I had only met the current management team on one occasion and that was months ago. I did speak with them on the phone, but that is the phone. I walked in today and was greeted by my name, MY NAME! I could not believe it, and I was treated like the Thais would threat you, all smiles and very, very, friendly!! Additionally, I always find the facility in order, good order. I could not be happier with the facility and the team at Mini-U. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a safe and secure, clean and friendly place to store your valued possessions! Scott takes great pride in ensuring the property is always well maintained and very clean. They are always very helpful and you will always be treated well.
