CLIMATE-CONTROLLED STORAGE & VEHICLE PARKING IN PALM BAY

Mr Len at the front desk was so great and we got a great service from him he’s the best so we give this place a 10 out of ten 🔟👍👍💯💯💯✅✅✅ so we say yes to mini U storage

I highly recommend this place. For 2 1/2 euros almost 3 years. We had the time by 20 or 12 x 20, can’t remember which one my husband got, but we stored all of our home renovation tools, and the location is very convenient. Unfortunately, we moved our home office, so it makes more sense for us to have a storage that is more close by, but this one is a definite recommendation for high quality, customer care and service, and exceptionally good prices for the area. I just need to let the company know how AWESOME Beth Sheedy is - she puts a smile whenever I come to the facility - she makes everyone smile right along with her Beautiful Smile and Service she provides. I look forward to seeing her whenever I have to stop by!! Kudos - She is a Keeper ❤️🙌

Wonderful people to work with!

Beth was outstanding and very helpful

Beth at the front counter was such an amazing help. Made the process smoothly and with no trouble.

A small town attitude in a pretty big town. The staff is sooo kind. Spaces are clean and easy to access, climate controlled and good hours of availability..

We came in to get boxes and tape and wrapping paper and Beth was so very helpful even though she had to run around and find more boxes for us. We really appreciate it. It was a great experience. Thank you so much. OK so just hit the checkmark.

Mini U Storage is a customer friendly business. The Receptionist is courteous. The establishment is well stacked and equipped for moving and storage. It's quite easy engaging the moving and storage process. And importantly, the cost incentives are fantastic.

Very nice and clean.

Yall have good location me and my mom always comes over here

my family used this storage for very long it’s a very great storage place!

Great Service and Employee's and Management

I have been through the worst time of my life in the past 24 hours and Len made everything so easy and he was so kind. The lobby was clean and he even offered me a cold water. He listened to my venting and was just so kind. Truly a great experience with Len. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Super nice and the truck is helpful

Facility was very clean and staff was very sweet and professional

I have had the most pleasant and informative interactions with the people that work here. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had to visit this Port Malabar Road on-site front desk/customer service area with questions, I have always been treated with respect and patience. I have been a long-term renter due to downsizing and needed storage space for quite a few items. EVERYONE..Paul, Lyn, Beth, etc., (I'm so sorry if I missed anyone) so far have been nothing short of AMAZING. I especially want to send a special shout-out to BETH for just being who she is, an INCREDIBLE human being. I wish we could clone her. Thanks to EVERYONE at Mini U (Port Malabar Road location) for EXCELLENT customer service! Keep up the GREAT work and KNOW that people DO pay attention and appreciate ALL OF YOU 🫶🏾👏🏾👏🏾!

Len in plambay was great.he was a big help excellent

Very helpful! Good pricing!

Nice and cheap!

Miss Beth was very helpful, kind and the place is amazing. I recommend it

This place is amazing! Hospitality is top notch!! Friendliest people! Go on their official site don’t click on Apple Maps and click website. Unfortunately it takes you to uhaul and that isn’t them.

I made my purchase online and within 20 minutes one of the staff members reached out to Mee Mee to see how they could accommodate me. That’s a one in comparison a U-Haul that has never happened. They are top-of-the-line.

Beth is so helpful and knowledgeable about the company.

This storage is number 1 ...very kind and helpful customer service. I highly recommend them ...u won't be disappointed.

Excellent customer services.

Was here for two years in between moves. Other then prices constantly going up, staff was great and always understanding. Place was clean. No bugs and always felt safe there.

Very clean place. Paul was really helpful with our move.

Paul is a great manager and he goes over and beyond for the customers at mini U storage. I will definitely recommend this place just because on Paul !

Paul was amazing he helped us get a great rate on our new storage unit. Amazing service l, highly recommend.

Paul was amazing. He got us the exact size unit we needed in the perfect location!

Found this place just in time for my move. I feel like customer service is a lost art nowadays and I'm so impressed with this company for treating me so well from my very first phone call. Len is an absolute angel. He's made the entire process so easy and was so friendly and answered my (probably) excessive questioning with patience. Oh also this place is CLEAN and well-maintained (unlike some other places I looked at).

So nice to have climate controlled storage! Len and Paul were friendly and helped me figure out right storage size for my needs.

Ok South prices are great. The move-in was very easy and they have the greatest guy there named Lenn. So if you’re looking for mini storage or storage. Just go to mini storage.

I recently found myself in a tough situation while visiting a storage facility just before a hurricane hit. Strapped for cash and overwhelmed with worry, I was fortunate enough to meet Paul, an associate at the storage location. From the moment I walked in, Paul’s amazing customer service skills put me at ease. He calmly reassured me that everything would be okay and took the time to present the best options for my storage needs. His thoroughness in explaining the various sizes available made me feel valued—not just as a customer, but as a friend. In a world where automated machines often replace personal interactions, Paul's old-school approach and genuine rapport made a significant difference. He truly listened to my concerns and helped me navigate my choices with care and understanding. What surprised me even more was the personal advice he offered, which helped me reconnect with my partner and regain my confidence. It’s rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond in both professional and personal realms. Thank you, Paul, for your kindness and support during a stressful time. You are a true asset to your team, and I highly recommend anyone in need of storage to seek you out!

Just signed up for a unit today and so I cant leave much in the way of much knoledge, however I was impressed on the size of the place and it is kept clean and it is air conditioned. The only part i was not happy with was a shortness of push carts. Other than that Im happy with the business. The part I liked the best was the manager, Paul. He was very friendly, knowlegeable and seemed to care about what I needed. Paul made it fun and easy to set up.

Clean, cold ac and plenty of handy hand carts!

The nicest most accommodating staff I have ever the pleasure dealing with!!!! Awesome rates as well!!!!

Paul at Mini U Storage is awesome! He really goes above and beyond to help out and has a great rapport with everyone. There are many options in the area for storage, but the customer service here that Paul offers just can't be beat. Also, the prices for packing material are very good!

This place is THE BEST everyone is so so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend MINI U

Amazing people and amazing storage facility.

Paul and Len are an AMAZING asset to your team. These two gentleman have been nothing but consistently helpful & I have been a customer here for over two years. Best place to buy boxes and packing supplies too!

We have used this MiniUStorage location for two different moves, and the service both times has been exceptional! Paul, Manager, is awesome and has answered all our questions and concerns. If you need a place to store “your stuff” then MiniUStorage on Port Malabar Road is the place to visit first!

This is a great facility and Len was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend Mini U Storage.

Very friendly and knowledgeable Great customer service

Len made my transitioning from one location to another stress free. He was professional & sincerely took an interest in my needs. Nice units.

Super service. (Thanks Paul) it was clean. Easy to get in. We'd considered PODS but they aren't climate controlled. So... I'll take AC any time. When we do move I'll hire a moving company.

Great Price. Great Staff.

Great job Mr Len R was very helpful

Paul was a huge help and offered a discount but we can't afford any storage at this time. Thanks!

I've been with them for a while. I recommend them!!!

Sophia and Jerry were very helpful and kind. Couldn't be happier with the customer service

The managers here always try to watch out for the renters and are so kind and hard working!

FANTASTIC PEOPLE! VERY HAPPY WITH SOPHIA AND STORAGE UNIT! GLAD I MADE DECISION TO GET UNIT THERE!

Great! No other word to sum it up!

Sofia, the property manager there is fantastic. Her customer service skills are superior. But The icing on the cake is the fact that she is a genuine person that wants to ensure that her customers are taken care of the right way. You can find storage places everywhere but the service here is the difference.

Great service. Friendly staff

Was provided fast service and a great monthly deal on a unit.

I’ve rented from Mini Storage several times. I keep returning because it’s clean and secure. The manager, Sofia is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Sophia is absolutely exceptional! She made the entire experience pleasurable. She's knowledgeable, friendly, takes genuine pride in her work, and truly cares about the customers. I can't say enough about her!

These people are easy to work with. It gave me time to figure out what I was gonna do while I had stuff in storage temporarily. I highly recommend them.

Service was courteous and friendly.

Love this place! The people are caring and polite. Which holds more value than the actual unit in my book. It's air conditioner keeps my things from molding, they have plenty of units to choose from & I have never heard of a storage place allowing u to use there truck to help u move. For Free! What a savings. Plus, they have a refer a friend program. Go check it out. Competitive pricing however there promo they have going on right now, I don't know any where that can top that.

Sophia was a delight. She was informative and personable. Very respectful of our time and made us feel like family. The free truck rental and half off first month were a bonus. The facility is very clean. Large carts to help with moving also included. This was the best experience I've had in customer service in a long time.

Sophia, the manager at the Port Malabar Blvd location is amazing! She went above and beyond to help us when we were in a time sensitive crunch. Everything was clean, well maintained and efficiently run. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice storage facility the staff is extremely friendly and they work with you. I only have one complaint I was two days late with my payment and needed to get in to get my medication and couldn't. I would still highly recommend this place to anyone

Clean, safe storage and they’re very helpful!

I will say that the staff here are amazing and extremely great at answering any and all questions and it's pretty to rent one of their units.

I chose this location due to it having a safe and convenient entrance!! I visited many locations around the area and all of them were on very busy roads with no turn lanes, sometimes needing very chancy u-turns, or turning into oncoming traffic. After having been rear ended twice, I realize this is often overlooked by people. The ladies in the front were friendly and hospitable, and I look forward to my time with them.

Great service!!! Highly recommended!

Good prices,great staff

I had a great experience with Mini U Storage. The employee's are really nice, especially Sheena. She was awesome.

Very clean and organized

VERY friendly and professional staff/service!

Great just got a unit

Great service

Mini U Storage was very accommodating, not only did they give me my first 2 months free but included a box truck at a minimal fee of $25. plus a $50. deposit which was returned to me the following day also a roll of packing tape and shelving for your storage unit if you need it. The employees were very kind and helpful and the building was extremely clean!! The storage unit is a controlled environment. Thanks again Mini U storage for providing a dry, safe and secure environment!!!

I must say I have lived in many states and I have lived in many homes, townhomes & apartments. Any time I have encountered a local Storage facility they do not compare to the great service I received from Mini U Storage. First of all the cleanliness is on point. Secondly, the rates are slightly higher than others I have encountered but you can not beat the customer service I received today. So that being said I will spend additional money each month to know my items are in doors, climate controlled & this Storage facility has locked gates all around. Cameras every where you turn & so many different sizes to choose from. Did I mention how much money they saved me by allowing me to use the Box Trailer on site? No I didn't Mini Storage saved me $200.00 plus gave me 2 months free! It was such a peacful transition that I decided to rent two units. Plus, the rental insurance they offer is very affordable. (never been offered insurance from any other moving company) Not only did I have a nice encounter with the Melbourne location off of 1-92, the Sales Representative Sheena at the Port Malabar location is kind, friendly, knowledgeable which to me is impressive. She honestly should be a trainer. Definitely knows this business from top to bottom & cares genuinely about customers and their over all experience. I definitely recommend Mini U Storage.

I've always had the best customer service. I love this place! It's clean, convenient and climate controlled.

This is a great place to do business with. Awesome staff! Sheena, in Palm Bay, FL is so helpful and knowledgeable. She really cares about customer service. She is SO detailed. I have also dealt with Michelle and Paul. They were also extremely helpful!

I rented a unit at Mini U Storage today.. Sheena showed me several units that might meet my needs. I chose a 10x10. Unit. Nice clean facility, and Sheena was very professional, and thorough with the rules. I recommend this storage unit to anyone!

This place is amazing. And that awesome lady up front went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be using them every time I need storage.

Very friendly and helpful staff Recommend this place

Once again I am a satisfied customer. I often need a storage unit for my clients and James @ Mini-U Storage in Palm Bay has always been available, even at the last minute, and accommodated my needs quickly so that I could get right back to work. Thanks again for a job well done - looking forward to doing business with you for years to come.

Great, local facility. Easy & quick to secure a clean space, with a free shelving unit! That was a great plus! Sheena Makes everything clear and easy! Stop putting off getting that storage space it'll make your life better!

They have great customer service here every time I'm here. The prices are competitive, best in town. It's clean, cool, and neat looking. They keep it well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Sheena has always been and continues to be the greatest! Very friendly and always so willing to go the extra mile!

Used to be an Acorn Storage location but has changed names. Google maps changed my save info to the new solo Acorn location and I went to the wrong place at first when trying to get to my family's unit. The facility is nice, though, and well maintained.

Five Stars on all aspects...this place rocks...great c/s, always ready to help! Thanks for everything 👍👍👍
