Found this place just in time for my move. I feel like customer service is a lost art nowadays and I'm so impressed with this company for treating me so well from my very first phone call. Len is an absolute angel. He's made the entire process so easy and was so friendly and answered my (probably) excessive questioning with patience. Oh also this place is CLEAN and well-maintained (unlike some other places I looked at).

Ok South prices are great. The move-in was very easy and they have the greatest guy there named Lenn. So if you’re looking for mini storage or storage. Just go to mini storage.

Just signed up for a unit today and so I cant leave much in the way of much knoledge, however I was impressed on the size of the place and it is kept clean and it is air conditioned. The only part i was not happy with was a shortness of push carts. Other than that Im happy with the business. The part I liked the best was the manager, Paul. He was very friendly, knowlegeable and seemed to care about what I needed. Paul made it fun and easy to set up.

But The icing on the cake is the fact that she is a genuine person that wants to ensure that her customers are taken care of the right way. Love this place! The people are caring and polite. Which holds more value than the actual unit in my book. It's air conditioner keeps my things from molding, they have plenty of units to choose from & I have never heard of a storage place allowing u to use there truck to help u move. For Free! What a savings. Plus, they have a refer a friend program. Go check it out. Competitive pricing however there promo they have going on right now, I don't know any where that can top that.

Sophia was a delight. She was informative and personable. Very respectful of our time and made us feel like family. The free truck rental and half off first month were a bonus. The facility is very clean. Large carts to help with moving also included. This was the best experience I've had in customer service in a long time.

Sophia, the manager at the Port Malabar Blvd location is amazing! She went above and beyond to help us when we were in a time sensitive crunch. Everything was clean, well maintained and efficiently run. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice storage facility the staff is extremely friendly and they work with you. I only have one complaint I was two days late with my payment and needed to get in to get my medication and couldn't. I would still highly recommend this place to anyone

I will say that the staff here are amazing and extremely great at answering any and all questions and it's pretty to rent one of their units.

I chose this location due to it having a safe and convenient entrance!! I visited many locations around the area and all of them were on very busy roads with no turn lanes, sometimes needing very chancy u-turns, or turning into oncoming traffic. After having been rear ended twice, I realize this is often overlooked by people. The ladies in the front were friendly and hospitable, and I look forward to my time with them.

Mini U Storage was very accommodating, not only did they give me my first 2 months free but included a box truck at a minimal fee of $25. plus a $50. deposit which was returned to me the following day also a roll of packing tape and shelving for your storage unit if you need it. The employees were very kind and helpful and the building was extremely clean!! The storage unit is a controlled environment. Thanks again Mini U storage for providing a dry, safe and secure environment!!!

I must say I have lived in many states and I have lived in many homes, townhomes & apartments. Any time I have encountered a local Storage facility they do not compare to the great service I received from Mini U Storage. First of all the cleanliness is on point. Secondly, the rates are slightly higher than others I have encountered but you can not beat the customer service I received today. So that being said I will spend additional money each month to know my items are in doors, climate controlled & this Storage facility has locked gates all around. Cameras every where you turn & so many different sizes to choose from. Did I mention how much money they saved me by allowing me to use the Box Trailer on site? No I didn't Mini Storage saved me $200.00 plus gave me 2 months free! It was such a peacful transition that I decided to rent two units. Plus, the rental insurance they offer is very affordable. (never been offered insurance from any other moving company) Not only did I have a nice encounter with the Melbourne location off of 1-92, the Sales Representative Sheena at the Port Malabar location is kind, friendly, knowledgeable which to me is impressive. She honestly should be a trainer. Definitely knows this business from top to bottom & cares genuinely about customers and their over all experience. I definitely recommend Mini U Storage.

Used to be an Acorn Storage location but has changed names. Google maps changed my save info to the new solo Acorn location and I went to the wrong place at first when trying to get to my family's unit. The facility is nice, though, and well maintained.
