We were totally satisfied with our experience at Mini UStorage. The price is best in town. But more importantly it is clean, well kept, and high and dry. We kept our belongings there for over a year and the storage space stayed clean and dry. Very friendly front desk. It’s all you need for reliable storage.

(Saturday, June 14, 2025) Mini U Storage is hands down the best self-storage facility I’ve ever used. From the start, they impressed me with their unbeatable move-in specials: 2 months free, a free truck rental, a free lock, and even free use of shelves if needed. They also provide full access to carts and dollies, which made my move smooth and stress-free. The customer service is exceptional overall. Theresa handled all my paperwork professionally—she’s very knowledgeable and efficient. Even though I didn’t appreciate the sarcasm in her tone at times, she was still honest and made the process seamless. It’s no surprise Mini U Storage has such a high Google rating. They truly look out for their customers. If you're seeking reliable, affordable, and customer-focused storage, I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend Mini U Storage 13450 Merriman Road, Livonia, MI. The managing couple was supportive as we concluded a long storage period with them. They patiently reminded us of and helped us fully understand our responsibilities to end our business with them. We arranged a service and joined the service there to remove our stored items. I swept out the walls, door and floor of the unit. Our business with the managing couple was ended in a prompt and fair way.

The husband and wife team that run the facility, we’re very friendly, pleasant to talk to, and very informative about renting the unit. It’s very clean and very secure. I would highly recommend this storage unit facility to my friends.

Just signed up for a storage unit. The managers were nice and helpful. They showed me around. They also showed me the unit that was available. It was nice and clean. The common area was well maintained. The whole process was easy. I got some available discounts. Moved some of my precious junk into my new unit. Overall I’m very satisfied.

You get what you give! If you are respectful you get respectful back! But either way you couldn't ask for nicer ppl to be running the place! They are very kind hearted ppl! I had a great experience here! The staff is SO friendly. They all deserve a raise. I have not had quality customer service like that in years. The storage unit was perfect. They have carts to use and everything is well cared for. The signup process was easy as well. I highly recommend renting here!

I went to rent a parking space at Mini U Storage today. The lady and gentlemen at the front desk were so friendly and awesome. I really appreciate you guys hospitality and conversation. My baby Griffin was trying to go behind the desk, he even turned out the lights and the woman at the front desk didn't get upset.

This place is amazing! They offer a triple a discount, free moving truck, Starbucks gift card and Amazon gift card! They have the most affordable rates around. They are very nice people as well and I feel like my items are safe.

I cannot say enough about the courtesy and the hospitality that the manager there in Livonia shows me every time I deal with her. Her name is Teri!!! The first time I rented from her facility was for a long period Of time over 4 years. And I was very very satisfied with her service. times have become tough I've had to utilize another storage facility because of an unforeseen problem that occurred with my housing situation. I called Teri she remembered me she made me feel good about myself in the situation that I was in. I will always recommend any of my family and friends to that location even if it's out of their way because of the service she will give them! Way to go Teri keep up the good work!

Excellent experience. The husband and wife duo here are so helpful...they both have a genuine helpful spirit and are both funny. I had to store my stuff here before my new home was ready and they made this experience fast, convienant, and effortless. And they have specials for AAA members and non members that 15 dollars star buck card always makes u smile on the way out along with half off 1st month rent. This is the "Disney" experience of customer service.
