He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made getting my unit set up quick and easy. His customer service really stood out and made the experience much less stressful. I truly appreciate Victor’s help and would definitely recommend this facility. Great Storage facility that doesn’t constantly try to hassle you like most storage units would. Customer service is wonderful, especially if you happen to go in on a day that Victor is working as he is always trying his absolute best to resolve any issue you have or even help you with any information you need.

I had a great experience at this Mini U Storage location. Victor, the manager, was incredibly helpful, so friendly and really took the time to explain everything. The truck I was able to get from them was super clean, and the whole place felt really safe and organized. The units are spacious, and everything is kept in great shape. I can’t say enough about how nice everyone was. If you need a storage unit, this is the place to go.

Came in on a whim because it was close by. I noticed they had been recently remodeled so the place looks brighter and well kept. The storage units are clean and they have a nice variety. Victor helped me out he was so knowledgeable, transparent and friendly. Honestly it’s because of Victor that I didn’t second guess the rental, I needed a slightly bigger one but I felt so comfortable with the price, location and service that I am willing to wait until it becomes available. The hours of access and the rules in place are amazing in order to keep the property secure. I would definitely recommend this location all day every day.

I’ve been using Mini U storage for years and I truly love my experience there. The staff has always been kind and friendly making you feel welcome, especially when you purchase your new unit. I was confused on a couple policies and Victor took his time to explain them thoroughly to me so that I would have a better understanding. I really appreciated all of his time that he put into making me have a great move-in experience. These units are quite affordable and I love their auto pay options. I would definitely recommend. Themenagement has been spectacular, they know the paperwork and are quick to sign you up. The management is cheerful and happy. My brother and I have a unit each here since last February. I have another storage unit elsewhere and have brought it to the same storage business to be consolidated.

We went there and Victor Ortiz help us, he was great and patient, he show us a few storage units so we can see the sizes and also help us with the measurements and what we can put inside. I highly recommend going there and if you do ask for Victor he is the best!

Well it was a fast friendly quick process and Gordon was awesome he was kind and professional knowledgeable and just a good guy to work with the other mini storage on Colorado and I 70 was very professional and because they could not fit my needs they made sure to call else where to help get my needs met and since I didn't use the room there they are waiting to help me get a return thanks to the entire mini storage staff at both locations my life just got better and my home just got emptier

Website wouldn’t let me rent online due to an address verification error. Walked in to finish my rental and despite being very busy with phone calls Victor was able to multitask his situations and finish my rental with all the same qualifications offered online and all the while deal with his phone calls. Excellent customer service from Victor. Was able to finish my rental in about 10 minutes and immediately start moving stuff into my unit. So far so good. The unit itself is clean and sturdy, and lined with wood instead of that awful corrugated metal that catches on everything. And the price! Had a friend stop by my unit to pick up a portable heater and the didn't secure my door properly when leaving. The management did their evening checks and found that it wasn't secure so they secured it with one of their locks and called me to let me know.

Let's begin with the staff first and foremost. The customer experience was amazing thanks to Sheila and Ron. There was a mix-up with truck reservation at first but they were able to fix it immediately and were so helpful with everything. I could not be more grateful for them helping me through my crazy moving experience. I don't have a lot of faith in humanity at this point in my dat and they restored a little bit for me. Also, my unit is clean and conveniently located. The free shelves and free truck were great perks also.

Rented a Penske 16 foot truck and dolly for a 1300 mile move. R. Giesey was very professional and helpful. Our trip was uneventful (which is great) and the truck was fantastic...low mileage and newer features as lane assist, distance braking, etc.) Thank you!

Nick is an awesome manager who knows how to communicate and handle situations properly. Sheila was also helpful and straight forward. There was an incident where a grounds staff named Ron insulted me for entering through the wrong entrance, but overall I enjoy using this storage facility.

Great service! Rented a moving truck and we were upgraded to a larger 16ft truck. They have lots of supplies for moving which made our last minute move much easier. This is our second rental from here and we definitely recommend!

I was in a bit of a pinch when Penske botched the date for my truck rental. I flew into Denver from Oregon to pick up a moving truck and my reserved truck was not there because Penske 1 800 entered the wrong date. I called Penske to which it was not looking like they were going to help. That is when Shiela and Ron stepped in from Mini U! They went out of their way to get me a truck by utilizing a local Penske contact. They are extremely nice people that truly care! Best of the Best! Thank you Shiela and Ron!

Nothing stresses me out more than moving. The staff at this location was so friendly and genuine it certainly made my day a lot better and less stressful.

My friend now lives out of town and needed me to handle moving his belongings out of his Denver home. He rented a truck from Penske, a unit from Mini-U, and I was to handle the move. Even working through all of these channels of communication, Sheila at Mini-U was EXTREMELY accommodating. The staff was friendly and assisted me in making sure the process was smooth, even during the times we could not make immediate contact with my friend while he was in the mountains. They helped communicate with the trucking company, managed all of the details and payment through my friend, and allowed me to work efficiently through the process instead of making me wait for every piece to line up. I could not have been happier with their understanding and professionalism. Many thanks to Sheila and her other staff member with the beard. I absolutely recommend their service. Nick and Ms. Rochelle are the most professional managers I have done bussiness with in the storage industry. 50 yrs. and counting, in the Aurora and Denver areas. Prompt, curteous and very detailed. In and out within minutes. Complesx was the cleanest I have ever used. The weekend staff was very efficient and cuteous also. Rolled in from out of town today to drop off our Penske and rent a unit. The folks here are so helpful and friendly! They got us taken care of without hassle, made sure we approved of the unit before confirming, and accommodated us when we chose to take a larger space. Would recommend.

Moving Trucks/Supplies!

Sheila was extremely helpful to my boyfriend and I when we were in last Saturday. She was very sweet and understanding of our situation while we are going through a very tough move. She has excellent customer service and care skills and honestly you guys should probably give her a raise haha. I will definitely come back for any moving or storage needs as long as she is still there.

This was a nice self storage location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I don't really know how the prices compare to other places but they seemed reasonable. Everything is outside so there are no climate controlled units.

I rented a Penske truck here. The management was very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience. I absolutely would do business with them again and completely recommend them!

Used to be with public storage until getting kicked out without any reason (they would not tell me why when I asked) and moved my stuff here. Staff was very friendly. Called ahead of time for a unit (about a half hour before close) and showed up 10 minutes before closing time and was in and out. I am paying about $15 less here for the same size and the insurance. I like the set up here much more, just wish there was lighting. Thankfully my unit is towards the front and I get the sunlight coming in. Been there 2 weeks so far and no complaints thus far.

I used this location to return a Penske truck and car carrier. The staff was above and beyond! One gentleman went WAY out of his way to help me. He helped me unload my car from the car carrier and drove the truck around to the front parking lot for me. If i ever have to rent a moving truck again, no doubt it will be through Penske and through this location!

After searching for a number of different storage facilities, I chose this place. Quality, fair prices and location were a big concern. We didn't need a ton of space and these folks were wonderful! they gave us exactly what we needed, in a very short time frame and I had keys, directions and a space. No hassle, no B.S. Plus, we got Rockies tickets, which was a real plus! The folks there could not have been any nicer or friendlier and were very helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facilty!

Absolutly the best storage unit in town. People are always polite there. The provide the use of a moving truck for free for your move in. The prices are right and the free sport tickets are awesome.

I needed a Penske truck in a hurry and storage when I returned. The staff was very flexible and helpful and was able to reserve extra units for me when I returned. They also gave us Rockies game tickets. This was a very generous gesture. I would recommend them to anyone in the Denver area, as the business is located in a convenient, central location.
