Drive-Up Storage & Vehicle Parking in Columbia

Sarah and Jessie were both very helpful this afternoon!! They helped us get situated with our storage unit, offered to help us carry our our boxes, and were honestly a breath of fresh air! Moving is stressful and we never purchased a storage unit before, these two ladies really helped ease that stress with their kindness, patience and generosity!! Very great experience, I highly recommend this storage unit company!

Sarah and Jessie were amazing! My family was looking for a storage unit during our move, never having rented one before. They first went to a competitor and had a very negative experience. Went to Mini U Storage and had an A++ experience! If you need a storage unit in Columbia, this is your spot!

Great service. Walked in and got a storage unit in less than 30 minutes. Jessica R. was excellent. Showed me two unit sizes to choose from. Would highly recommend this place because they actually have staff on site.

Extremely professional and prompt manner. Sarah and Jessie were very knowledgeable and answered my questions very quickly and very well. Excellent knowledge of facility and procedures/process for rental. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!!

Awesome Service!

Friendly and prompt people taking care of everything-the unit is clean and exactly what we were looking for; feeling of safety and taken-care-of place is a huge thing!

The staff at this Columbia location is absolutely amazing! They are friendly, helpful, and truly understanding always willing to assist with any questions or needs. My experience has been great, and I’m so glad I chose to store my belongings here. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and supportive service! I visited the Columbia location and Kim was the best, she helped with all my concerns and on top of that, the cleanliness was amazing. The bathroom smelt good, and the lobby was spotless!

Great service, efficient and pleasant. Will recommend

The facility was clean and secure. The staff were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend it for your storage needs.

This is a well run, clean, convenient storage facility with many sizes of units and drive up access.

The facility is secured and cleaned however the staff member is usually smoking heavily and one day I entered the office, I wasn’t able to tolerate the smell. She is also zero percent friendly

Very pleased with the facility and customer service.

Great staff, great service, and ease of use. I recently decided to scale down from a house to an apartment, and the amount of stuff I needed to store was larger than expected. Mini U storage made the process much easier at affordable prices. Great service with a service first attitude.

Jessica was personable, sharp and welcoming. I love the cleanliness and attention to detail.

Very professional. Nice facility.

Great location, mostly friendly staff! Some of the storage spaces are smaller than the listed measurements, take a tape measure with you....

Been renting here for years now; never had any issues; great maintenance and customer service!

Jessie was amazing. She was very helpful, patient, friendly and professional from start to finish. She assisted with renting a truck to get my stuff to storage and finalized my move out quickly! The storage unit was easily accessible and reasona le access hours.

Great Customer Service

(Translated by Google) I bought a Store from Mini U Store and they've always been great, and the staff are very friendly and lovely people. (Original) Compre un Store en Mini U Store siempre me an salido muy buenos y el personal es muy amable bellas personas

So glad we chose Mini U Storage for a unit and their moving truck services. Jessi at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind and so was the other associate. Having quality Penske trucks available for same day renting made our move quick and easy with extremely reasonable rates. Highly recommend this location for all your moving and storage needs. Sending a HUGE thanks to the front desk staff too!

Again it's Ms Manago, I will keep recommending people to Mini U Storage in Columbia to family, friends and anyone I know. So far it's the best place I have ever stored my stuff. My cousin also has his stuff there close to 4 years now and he is very satisfied. I have used 4 different storage facilities and my experience with them were horrible. With one storage facility, the electronic gates to the building was broken for several months 4 to 5 months and anyone could walk in there and it's happened so many times and not once. The hallways were all dirty and bathrooms dirty. Their rents were very expensive too. Also the other storages I rented from were invested with mice and rats and did not keep their facilities clean. Mini U storage offer their new clients free move in trucks and you only have to provide your own insurance, put gas back into the truck after you use it, and they hold a $50 deposit that is refunded to you as you return their truck. I think that is a better deal than renting a truck. Pls. tell me, which storages would provide all those good deals?? On top of that the units are being advertised below market rate with some percentage off too. It is just like anything else, prices go up every year. I'd rather pay more for my belongings to be safe than putting my stuff at a place that is dirty and invested with rodents with poor security. Mini U Storage deserve all the credit.

We have used this Mini U previously and the operators are nice. They did not earn 5 stars, however, due to time wasters and processing waste. We chose to do everything online, including the lease and ID upload, but the associate still asked to scan my license which was totally redundant, and had me sign paperwork that was already signed by my e-sig. He was nice about it, but the redundancy and waste is annoying. They lose points for lacking smart processing. There were operational issues with the gate, but the same associate solved that in no time flat. The other issue is that the storage unit was not clean - it had not been swept and there were cobwebs and dead insects and detritus. For the price, it's a good value - but bring ground cover for your valuables and don't expect them not to kill trees or have digital age enabled efficiences.

Great customer service

They were very nice and professional. They were eager to help in any manner. They take really good care and maintenance of the grounds, its very well kept and very clean. Each single unit is excellent, in very good condition. The ambience of the place is very peaceful and serene, you feel safe being there in that environment. The pricing is very reasonable and excellent. Zack is top notch! He was super helpful, professional and very courteous. I recommend this place if you need a good storage facility.

Wonderful, professional service. Thank you!

One-floor layout made my choice easier. Access at a new light 🚦gave this facility a 👍. Staff helped me “size” my choices. So grateful to get this accomplished !

I really happy to find your storage. I could recommend to all my friend. Kind, nice, very clean place.

Always pleasant and helpful...ive had my unit about 7 yrs now and never have had a bad experience with anyone on the phone or in person .

You guys give AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Perfect location for me, very Convenient, Neat, Clean, Nice!!!! Glad I chose you guys!!! Thank You!!👌🏽🙂

I had a issue the night before with my brand new storage unit. But the next morning when I awoke bryce took care of me and made sure I had no issues! Great customer service once I got to speak to him.

Very Informative ,polite, courteous, and professional

... update Nov. 2019 ... the gates were broken for at least 2 weeks, went out of town so I hope they've been fixed by now. Seeing them in the open position did not please us at all. Easy access. Units were good, from the looks there should never be a water issue due to grading. Free shelves were beat up, but sort of expected that.

Place was great. It was great that you can drive right up to unit to store stuff which makes it a little more expensive but so worth the cost. Place was secure. Unit was clean and dry. Staff nice and helpful.

Quick, courteous, professional service with a friendly couple: Zach and Jessie. I believe that my car will be safe in their care. I appreciated how we were able to get done what needed to happen in a respectable time frame.

Incredible service. I had to switch a reservation last minute and arrange a (free!) truck rental all in 24 hours. The staff was super helpful- both on the phone and in-person.

The staff was very helpful, going far beyond protocol to insure myself and my wife wanted for nothing. They were courteous, kind, and I have never experienced that type of service in a storage facility. Just simple AWESOME!

Friendly staff clean units

Very efficient, Professional staff and sevice. Budget backed on truck reservation, Mini U Storage step up to accommodate. Truck was clean and in good order.

Easy in, easy out. Grounds are always clean.

Very positive truck rental experience!

Professional service, the Manager Ms. Jessie was very helpful. She explained the various units that were available and the cost for each unit. I rented a unit, it was clean and dry. I would definitely use there service again.

Have had a unit here for about a year now. Have never had an issue of any kind, and appreciate that the management keeps the grounds and facilities very clean and in great repair.

Good service

Great place to get a storage unit. They have some of the best rates in the city of Columbia. Would of gave it 5 stars but your access is limited.

Stored my furniture here for 2 years and everything came out exactly as I left it. Clean facility and nice staff. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Able to rent moving trucks on site.

Great deals.

Staff is nice. Place is fine. Access ends at 9.

This is a pretty OK storage place in a decently accessible area. The ability to rent a truck here is a nice bonus.

great staff

Fantastic and helpful staff. Can't say enough about how much we appreciate the people here.
