Good location close to freeway...the woman (Andreas) at front desk was Extremely helpful and nice...

I would definitely recommend this place if you need any kind of storage space. They were not only delightful, but very helpful. All the way from me making a reservation on the phone with them to them having a courtesy truck that I could use to move my few things in... If u need shelves for the unit or any kind of moving /packing need they have that also.. Literally my one stop shop. She was such a delight and showed me a few sizes to fit my needs. So if u need extra space for that extra stuff go here!, easy on the budget and wonderful staff. You can't go wrong with mini u storage. Update.. 6/8/2026 Im still using Mini u Storage and Andrea and her hubby are definitely some wonderful people. They keep the common grounds and storage units clean and an office that smells nice and feels very welcoming when you walk in. I can't say enough about Andrea. She runs the office and truly cares about her tenants, so much that when it's hot out she offers me a bottle of water.... now that's great customer service.... I booked through a third party but wanted to come check out the unit before I signed the lease. The gal up front (I sadly forgot her name) was so helpful and kind showing us around and letting me read through the lease in person and answer any questions I had. The property is safe and easy to get into. The height of the units are insane and you can stack so much on top of each other. I am so pleased I was able to find something so affordable so quickly. As a young woman, I feel incredibly safe going by myself which I appreciate greatly. They even gave me a free lock!! Would 100% recommend and will probably use them again in the future when I move again. EDIT: I wanted to come back to reiterate the great experience I had with this facility. I had my unit for only a few months and when it came time to end my lease, the employees - not only at the location, but the customer service over the phone, were attentive and incredibly helpful. I am 100% using this storage facility again next time I move. Thank you!

This was a great place to store additional stuff prior to a move. The location is very convenient and easy to access. The biggest perk of this place is their customer service. This place is absolutely amazing! I mean from their first class customer service to amazing deals, this should be your choice if looking for storage space! Customer service is outstanding! They’ll clean your unit out, go over thoroughly everything you need to know & what is on your lease, and will be there for anything it is you may need! The prices are standard much like other facilities; but what makes Mini U that much better is that they have a two-month-free promotion going!!! I rented a 5x10 for two months for $34... you can’t beat that! Only $25 admin fee which every place has, and then a $9 insurance fee that covers up to $2000 which also every place asks you to have. And just when you think it doesn’t get any better than that for your storing needs... they also give you a truck to use when you purchase a unit! That saved me so much time, effort, hassle, and money. It’s $20 for insurance for the truck, you get up to 50 miles free (then it’s a fee which I can’t remember the break down), and you have to pretty much just fill up the gas tank for how much you used. This place saved me so much!!! I can’t thank them enough!!

Geneva was very friendly and informative she went through all the details of the lease and answered all questions and even offered some helpful tips like where to put gas haven't moved in but so far I'm happy with the service and price would recommend to a friend

The units need a little TLC though, I’m a grown woman and can barely open up the roll door to my unit, 301B; however, I’m very happy so far. Thank you!

After researching other storage facilities, many with glowing reviews, decided to come to Mini U Storage. It is close to our home and family members had used them before - twenty years ago. I set up a reservation over the phone and was warmly greeted (with a bottle of water on a very hot day) when I arrived with a truck full for storage. Ms Vicki got me all set up in a unit that was perfectly sized for our belongings and, once I'd signed the lease and made the deposit, took care of the remaining paperwork while we unloaded. Another unexpected benefit is that all of the other customers we've encountered while there have been courteous and helpful. I am confident our belongings will be well cared for while here.

The pricing had me interested but after speaking to Morix, having a pleasant experience with her, I was sold. Upon arriving, Vicki and Chad went above and beyond with to make the experience even easier. Also, the office smells so good! 10/10 would recommend this facility.

This place was great! I stored my car there for a little over a month. It felt very safe, and the workers were all super helpful (one even leant me a screwdriver so I could change out the license plates on my car when I came to get it out of storage). The only issue is finding the place/getting there because of the construction on 70, but that's not their fault...

I have stored stuff several times over several different year when I had different projects at the house requiring us to move stuff. I’ve always felt my stuff was safe and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Also the free truck rental is great!

This Mini-u storage location has really wonderful staff, they were SUPER helpful in figuring out which size unit we wanted and answered all of our many questions. This place is great, they have a moving truck that you're able to use for move in and move out and the units are very secure. Would highly recommend!
