I would definitely recommend this place if you need any kind of storage space. They were not only delightful, but very helpful. All the way from me making a reservation on the phone with them to them having a courtesy truck that I could use to move my few things in... If u need shelves for the unit or any kind of moving /packing need they have that also.. Literally my one stop shop. She was such a delight and showed me a few sizes to fit my needs. So if u need extra space for that extra stuff go here!, easy on the budget and wonderful staff. You can't go wrong with mini u storage.

I booked through a third party but wanted to come check out the unit before I signed the lease. The gal up front (I sadly forgot her name) was so helpful and kind showing us around and letting me read through the lease in person and answer any questions I had. The property is safe and easy to get into. The height of the units are insane and you can stack so much on top of each other. I am so pleased I was able to find something so affordable so quickly. As a young woman, I feel incredibly safe going by myself which I appreciate greatly. They even gave me a free lock!! Would 100% recommend and will probably use them again in the future when I move again.

The current manager on duty here is so wonderful! She always recognizes us and knows are name and has been super helpful with our storage needs. There is a reason we have several units here- work and personal- we highly recommend

I've rented here multiple times, I don't even look at alternatives any more. Super friendly staff. It's in an older warehouse area but it's quiet and peaceful and I've never had to dodge around other people moving things in and out or felt rushed.

This was a great place to store additional stuff prior to a move. The location is very convenient and easy to access. The biggest perk of this place is their customer service. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and I'm shocked whenever people are accommodating and kind. This place is absolutely amazing! I mean from their first class customer service to amazing deals, this should be your choice if looking for storage space! Customer service is outstanding! They’ll clean your unit out, go over thoroughly everything you need to know & what is on your lease, and will be there for anything it is you may need! The prices are standard much like other facilities; but what makes Mini U that much better is that they have a two-month-free promotion going!!! I rented a 5x10 for two months for $34... you can’t beat that! Only $25 admin fee which every place has, and then a $9 insurance fee that covers up to $2000 which also every place asks you to have. And just when you think it doesn’t get any better than that for your storing needs... they also give you a truck to use when you purchase a unit! That saved me so much time, effort, hassle, and money. It’s $20 for insurance for the truck, you get up to 50 miles free (then it’s a fee which I can’t remember the break down), and you have to pretty much just fill up the gas tank for how much you used. This place saved me so much!!! I can’t thank them enough!!

After researching other storage facilities, many with glowing reviews, decided to come to Mini U Storage. It is close to our home and family members had used them before - twenty years ago. I set up a reservation over the phone and was warmly greeted (with a bottle of water on a very hot day) when I arrived with a truck full for storage. Ms Vicki got me all set up in a unit that was perfectly sized for our belongings and, once I'd signed the lease and made the deposit, took care of the remaining paperwork while we unloaded. Another unexpected benefit is that all of the other customers we've encountered while there have been courteous and helpful. I am confident our belongings will be well cared for while here.

This place was great! I stored my car there for a little over a month. It felt very safe, and the workers were all super helpful (one even leant me a screwdriver so I could change out the license plates on my car when I came to get it out of storage). The only issue is finding the place/getting there because of the construction on 70, but that's not their fault...

I have never had a better experience with a service then Mini U. While the area may not be the best. This location takes great pride in being connected with their customers , monitoring security constantly and ensuring that you have what you need. In my time here : - I had my moving truck arrive 2 days early and they made accommodations to get an 18 wheeler into the space so I did not have to pay extra with the moving company. -Made sure I could get to my unit after a snowstorm -Helped me with packaging materials -Connected with me several times if I needed assistance while I was in my unit. - Cut my lock off the same day I lost my keys no judgement -Followed up on my moveout to ensure I was good and would not get billed the extra days because I was cutting the deadline close. Overall. Excellent Company and people who run it. I used several other places and this has been the best experience.

Amazing people that made it super easy to rent a unit. Very reasonable pricing and secure facility. Would definitely recommend to everyone! And they were kind enough to have free waters for us thirsty boys. Also first month is free! I would definitely use this place again!

The married couple that manage this location are professional, helpful and friendly. The location I like because it’s kinda tucked out of the way, and it’s accessible.They have free or affordable truck rental depending on when you need to rent as well.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Definitely looking out for their customers. I went in looking for a unit at the last minute with a budget of $100. I got a 10x20' unit, 2 months free and left with money left. I've also went to buy boxes on 2 occasions now both times I was given items with a small purchase and I was given items when I got my 2nd unit. Only thing is that it's a Lil hard to find and access. It's a hidden treasure, so to speak. Thank you for all the help and generousity to these ppl.

This place is my new Go-to Storage facility. Customer service; phenomenal. Kathy and company are knowledgeable in the different sizes and types of storage and will help you decide the perfect unit for your needs. Pricing; good prices and running specials including free truck rental. Accessible hours; 6am-9pm, very reasonable hours although I like to access my storage 24/7 but 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. is not bad. Ease of storage rental process; it was quick and easy to rent a storage unit and a truck from mini u storage. I didn't have a bunch of hoops to jump through like other storage facilities. All in all, I give Mini U Storage FIVE STARS*****

Friendly staff, quick and efficient

This place has the friendliest staff I've ever seen at a storage facility, and I've been to quite a few. Most storage people are generally pretty nice but these go waaaaay above and beyond to make storage easy for you.

I needed two storage units last minute, and couldn’t be happier that I came across Mini U. Everyone here was so kind and accommodating, and quickly got me set up with what I needed. The units are very secured with gated entry in and out. I would definitely use then again.

Management there is very professional. With the pandemic I got into a bind and management was willing to assist me where I wouldn't lose all my items that I've work hard for, such a 6eautiful couple. Each time I arrive while they are there we have good conversations showing that they honestly care for their customers well 6eing. If you need storage checc them out the location is perfect for little to none traffic, reasona6le pricing, and definitely a professional friendly service. Ask for Katherine or her hus6and! I give them 12 stars out of 10!

The customer service was incredible! Roy and Katherine were super helpful, very accommodating, and it really showed they care about what they do. We had to bring our 4 yo with us to the showing and first move in, Roy was so sweet to him, let him help with the golf cart and engaging him as we did a very adult errand. The units are all very clean, and they take security very seriously. We are excited to utilize the free moving truck option to move larger items into the unit! Over all I strongly recommend this storage facility. They also give a discount if you sign up for auto pay. My only complaint is that google maps takes you to colorado blvd. where you can not enter the unit. you are better off taking steele to 46th and following it all the way down. That being said, they gave very good directions when I was having a hard time 🙂

I have had storage units in the past that either the staff was unfriendly or hard to contact. But since I have had a storage at the mini u storage off i 70 the staff is always friendly easy to reach and eager to help. Thank you mini u storage. susan cook

I just rented out a storage unit from Mini U storage in Denver and I am so so impressed. I hope the right people see this because I wasn’t sure how to give my feedback but I couldn’t write a positive review fast enough. Kevin at the 3900 45th Ave location was incredibly friendly and professional. Every person that walked in the door got his full and undivided attention. I had a few quirks I needed to work out before committing to the space and he was quick to get on the phone with corporate and get answers for me. He was thorough, full of information and helped me get the best deals. I don’t always write reviews but he truly deserves this one!!

Very clean access for 18-wheeler

One of the greatest places I’ve ever had to the pleasure of doing business with. Jason and his wife are amazing people that put the customer first. I got my keys locked in the truck miles away and they came and unlocked it for me. The service and courteousness is amaze balls.

This storage place is very clean and Mike is super helpful and helped me out with picking out my unit and I would recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get a storage unit!
