Andrea is amazing 👏 🤩

They were super helpful and easy to work with!

There are many places to rent storage spaces from in Denver, but this might be the friendliest, cleanest (immaculately clean) and most helpful location you could ask for. It also doesn't hurt that they tend to offer great deals on pricing.

Andrea was so kind and made the process easy!

Andrea was amazing & awesome customer service!

My Review of Mini U Storage (45th Ave)Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful experience at this Mini U Storage location! The manager, Andrea, went above and beyond to help me out. She was incredibly attentive and personally assisted me with everything I needed, including boxes, tape, a lock, and shelving units. The facility is clean, easy to access right off I-70, and the customer service is absolutely top-notch. Awesome storage. I’ve used them many times. Super helpful.

Friendly and fast and easy process

This is the most pleasant experience not only with a storage provider, but pretty much any service oriented business. I can only recommend this at the Highest level of satisfaction.

Andrea was super helpful helping me with my storage! 10/10 customer service!

I would definitely recommend this place if you need any kind of storage space. They were not only delightful, but very helpful. All the way from me making a reservation on the phone with them to them having a courtesy truck that I could use to move my few things in... If u need shelves for the unit or any kind of moving /packing need they have that also.. Literally my one stop shop. She was such a delight and showed me a few sizes to fit my needs. So if u need extra space for that extra stuff go here!, easy on the budget and wonderful staff. You can't go wrong with mini u storage. Update.. 6/8/2026 Im still using Mini u Storage and Andrea and her hubby are definitely some wonderful people. They keep the common grounds and storage units clean and an office that smells nice and feels very welcoming when you walk in. I can't say enough about Andrea. She runs the office and truly cares about her tenants, so much that when it's hot out she offers me a bottle of water.... now that's great customer service.... I will always use mini u storage from now on if I need to store anything.... Cleanliness.. 10/10 Staff...10/10 Experience... 10/10 Reasonably priced...10/10 Overall 10/10

Always a great experience. Management is knowledgable and helpful. They do a great job of keeping the facility clean and safe. I guess I am a lifer 10+years of having multiple storage units. Keep up the good work.

The new staff isn't so great

Andrea was SUPER helpful! She was quick to help with all my storage needs.

The ladies that assisted me were wonderful. They helped me pick the right storage unit for me and offered other services! Highly recommend!

Good location, friendly managers.

I booked through a third party but wanted to come check out the unit before I signed the lease. The gal up front (I sadly forgot her name) was so helpful and kind showing us around and letting me read through the lease in person and answer any questions I had. The property is safe and easy to get into. The height of the units are insane and you can stack so much on top of each other. I am so pleased I was able to find something so affordable so quickly. As a young woman, I feel incredibly safe going by myself which I appreciate greatly. They even gave me a free lock!! Would 100% recommend and will probably use them again in the future when I move again. EDIT: I wanted to come back to reiterate the great experience I had with this facility. I had my unit for only a few months and when it came time to end my lease, the employees - not only at the location, but the customer service over the phone, were attentive and incredibly helpful. I am 100% using this storage facility again next time I move. Thank you!

Extremely Efficient, very professional and helpful. Thank you Adrea and Ariya.

Very helpful and down to earth.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Andrea is the reason this place deserves five stars. She went above and beyond—walked me through everything, personally showed me the unit, had it cleaned again just to be extra thorough, let me set my own gate PIN, and even offered supplies. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt transactional—just genuinely supreme customer service. If you’re considering Mini U Storage in Denver, ask for Andrea. Absolute rockstar.

Andrea is exceptionally sweet. I’ve felt incredibly safe being there every time even alone at night. They’re incredibly helpful and have take really good care of me! I’ve had subpar and downright scary experiences at previous storage facilities so it means a lot to have somewhere safe and helpful!

Good price thanks Jesse did awesome

This place is absolutely amazing! I mean from their first class customer service to amazing deals, this should be your choice if looking for storage space! Customer service is outstanding! They’ll clean your unit out, go over thoroughly everything you need to know & what is on your lease, and will be there for anything it is you may need! The prices are standard much like other facilities; but what makes Mini U that much better is that they have a two-month-free promotion going!!! I rented a 5x10 for two months for $34... you can’t beat that! Only $25 admin fee which every place has, and then a $9 insurance fee that covers up to $2000 which also every place asks you to have. And just when you think it doesn’t get any better than that for your storing needs... they also give you a truck to use when you purchase a unit! That saved me so much time, effort, hassle, and money. It’s $20 for insurance for the truck, you get up to 50 miles free (then it’s a fee which I can’t remember the break down), and you have to pretty much just fill up the gas tank for how much you used. This place saved me so much!!! I can’t thank them enough!!

We love the folks at mini u storage. Friendly, professional, and great rates with a nice location. Highly recommended for your storage needs!

Clean secure facility, staff lives on site. Jesse was kind and helpful, thanks!

Awesome couple running the place. So friendly. And the grounds and units are kept so clean.

Kind, thorough and polite! The 2 that stay there, the managers are very well organized and super nice! That’s how I want the management to be at my storage facility- and it’s rare to find these days. The units need a little TLC though, I’m a grown woman and can barely open up the roll door to my unit, 301B; however, I’m very happy so far. Thank you!

Was able to reserve my unit online and finished paperwork onsite and was able to move same day, the manager owners answer all questions.and where very nice. Thanks for the help

Great associates. Very helpful.

A little pricey but no too busy and great location

Great experience

Helpful and friendly service.

They were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this place

After researching other storage facilities, many with glowing reviews, decided to come to Mini U Storage. It is close to our home and family members had used them before - twenty years ago. I set up a reservation over the phone and was warmly greeted (with a bottle of water on a very hot day) when I arrived with a truck full for storage. Ms Vicki got me all set up in a unit that was perfectly sized for our belongings and, once I'd signed the lease and made the deposit, took care of the remaining paperwork while we unloaded. Another unexpected benefit is that all of the other customers we've encountered while there have been courteous and helpful. I am confident our belongings will be well cared for while here.

Nice clean storage

Very no easy to deal with

Well managed. Very nice people. Good prices. The seals on the doors is failing and a lot of dust gets in the unit.

Great facility, the nicest people as well (Vicky is awesome). Clean and well managed.

Chad and Vicky were wonderful to work with! They were very straight forward and even gave me some water while we did the paperwork!

Great people to work with great secure place to keep my belongings.

Always very friendly. No extra fees 1 set price. And a free truck rental when you open up a storage unit. The only place I got to store my belongings.

A totally awesome experience with great customer service! This place is the best storage facility in Denver

Great, friendly service. Fees are good. First month free. Just good business ethics.

Very quick easy and affordable 5 stars

Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a self storage.

Clean units and facility. I like that it is secluded and secure feeling.

Mini U helped us out on super short notice and has more than appeased the bargain shopper in me with their new customer deals! They have great rates too and this locations perfect off i70!!

The pricing had me interested but after speaking to Morix, having a pleasant experience with her, I was sold. Upon arriving, Vicki and Chad went above and beyond with to make the experience even easier. Also, the office smells so good! 10/10 would recommend this facility.
