My first time leasing a storage unit here, it was quick and easy and I liked the first month free deal. Fair rates too.

Great Customer Service and reasonable

Very nice people and helpful. Thank you for explaining everything.

I have had the experience of great customer service Cortland and Mike both have been here when they were after hours .I got here late the only time I cld use this truck. Theyve helped me greatly

Mike was of great service, very friendly kind gentelman. He had me a storage unit in less than 30mins i was in and out. I appreciate his help so much! And highly recommend this storage facility.

Cortland was very Helpful , give this man a Raise !! Appreciate all the Help

This place is great , the employee is very helpful and makes it easier to understand the renting property procedure. There are valuable prices and great offers available! 👍

Helpful staff and overall good experience!

The new management is great! They are very helpful and super nice. They worked with my mom and answered all her questions, we also used the 15ft truck that offer for free when you move in. $50 refundable cash deposit and $19, plus any gas you use is all it takes. You get it for 4 hours on the weekend and 8 hours on the weekdays, plus you get a free lock with a Google review, I did the review for nothing though I just love this place? They have a $25 referral credit program, they always honor it too it’s great. I’ve referred 2 people already and they give you your credit ASAP! They have various sizes of drive up units outside, climate controlled units inside upstairs, there is an elevator and a free dolly is always available to use. Only negatives are, the inside units aren’t very cool in the summer (SUPER HOT) and there is little to no light inside of them. So bring a head lamp or flash light any time of the day or night if you want to be able to see. There is this strange debris that is falling from the ceiling in my unit they don’t seem to know what it is, cover anything with a tarp you don’t want it on but that goes for anything in storage you don’t want dust on anyways. It’s never damaged my stuff it’s just annoying. Prices are fair and people are super nice! Rent here and put me down as your referral person!!

Ron and Tammy are amazing. We were able to get registered and everything done with in minutes. Everything is exactly what we wanted and we we were looking for. These two people are amazing and so great with handling everything.

Kristian They help you find a place that is comfortable for your things and they explain everything to you patiently. They helped me with my things in this time of need.

Ron and Tammy the two people that oversee the facility are more than generously helpful understanding and they know what they're doing they're capable friendly knowledgeable and they understand difficult situations and they're willing to work with clients on a 101 basis I find them to be very honorable honest and caring and you don't get this one-on-one treatment and most applications anymore it's been a pleasure working with them and I would stay renting off of many used storage that they're involved in as long as I need a storage unit they're just normal good genuinely good people that understand problems and have compassion And they know the business they're in they're polite kind and helpful. It's been my pleasure to work with them and to rent a facility from them they let me use their truck to move my stuff I had it longer than expected and they were very accepting and helpful in that regard. Thank you.

The best customer service I’ve gotten in awhile Ron and Tammy are amazing. Fast and friendly and knowledgeable

(Translated by Google) The place is very nice and the customer service is excellent. (Original) Muy agradable el lugar y su buen trato al cliente

This is my second unit at this location! They are sweet! I read a lot of reviews before I picked a storage unit. I wanted to make sure mine was well-lit, easy to access, and clean. I couldn’t be happier with the Iliff MiniU Storage facility. Office hours close after I get off of work, I can access the property until 9 pm (on the dot) and I was able to pick the perfect size. I never felt pressure to pick a particular location and she showed me all the available sizes without ever getting frustrated with my many questions. The manager Sheila here is really the best. Kind, caring, and lovely. Ron made sure my unit was clean (swept and blown out) and ready for me on my sign up day. Sheila and Dan are fantastic! They live on property so I feel my items are secure. You can show them your insurance to avoid the $9 insurance coverage (that covers $2000) or you can pay it. I was able to secure the web deal and had a first month free and unlike other storage units, they didn’t force me to pay for one month up front. Just the $25 administrative fee. All in all, highly recommend.

Amazing people, quick and simple! Even in the snow

Incredibly Kind and Helpful staff!

automatic 5 stars due to the employee Sheila! I was in a time crunch hd to be out of old place and didn't have a new one yet. it was 6Pm and she had just closed and was locking doors when I pulled up. She chose to open the doors again and proceed with moving me in as well walking me to my unit itself after we signed for it. The place is rather old and the hallways are a tight fit so I suggest getting a drive up unit. All I can say for sure is Sheila is the reason I'm a consumer there and

Great energy made me feel like I pick the right place she reminded me of my mother.... Sheila

Wonderful place to store your stuff very personable people and helpful and your manager keeps the place very tidy with no riff Raff running around making a mess

Sheila was so amazing today, help us out right away. Had us in and out and her service was absolutely the best! Great clean location!

Friendly and helpful. I loved talking with the employees. the place is well kept and the employees are amazing.

I reserved my unit the night before I went to purchase it. I was greeted by a very nice and sociable lady. I felt very comfortable during the transaction, and basically was allowed to pick the unit that was most convenient for me. The office lady, I don't remember her name, led me to my unit, and even had some shelving removed that I didn't need. The whole experience was very professional, but yet on a down to earth level. The prices can't be beat! Id recommend Mini U Storage to anyone who is needing some extra space for their belongings.

Highly recommend! We have rented 10+ units from Mini U for years. Great management + clean and safe property.

Helping a friend

Ive had a storage unit here for going on 3years now and I have to say in the last year the management who took over has seriously cleaned up the entire property. It looks so nice the paint was touched up, the security has been improved immensely! They now have a new gate code access that makes me feel more secure knowing my storage unit is safe! The rif raf is gone! They are welcoming and inviting every time I have any questions. Im happy with the customer service and the security here so much!! Thank you Mini U Iliff!!! You all here are amazing!!!!

The owners are super sweet and accommodating. Will book here again if needed.

They were awesome to deal with. Made the rental process as simple as possible and the facility was very clean and well managed.

Extremely friendly staff. Very welcoming experience

Thank you, Shelia, for making a rough experience very tolerable. Your help and assistance will make it very easy for me to recommend your facility to others. Thank you for everything!

Sheilia, you magnificent lady! This Wonder Woman answered all our questions without fault or confusion, and provided the greatest service I've ever received from a storage facility... Can't wait to move in!

i’m in the process of finishing up work and moving across country…along with a major life event happen to me in between i’d rather not get into for the sake of keeping up the good vibes i was fortunate enough to experience here, much thanks to Sheila. i was in and out, all rented and good to go within a matter of minutes, at a rate lower than every other facility near and far for that matter. this review will get into novel territory if i even start to explain how much this experience helped me so i’ll just leave it at this; it helped tremendously. to Sheila (and Mini U) the sincerest of thanks from me to you. ☮️
