I couldn’t be happier with the Iliff MiniU Storage facility. Office hours close after I get off of work, I can access the property until 9 pm (on the dot) and I was able to pick the perfect size. I never felt pressure to pick a particular location and she showed me all the available sizes without ever getting frustrated with my many questions. The manager Sheila here is really the best. Kind, caring, and lovely. Ron made sure my unit was clean (swept and blown out) and ready for me on my sign up day. Sheila and Dan are fantastic! They live on property so I feel my items are secure. You can show them your insurance to avoid the $9 insurance coverage (that covers $2000) or you can pay it. I was able to secure the web deal and had a first month free and unlike other storage units, they didn’t force me to pay for one month up front. Just the $25 administrative fee. All in all, highly recommend.

i’m in the process of finishing up work and moving across country…along with a major life event happen to me in between i’d rather not get into for the sake of keeping up the good vibes i was fortunate enough to experience here, much thanks to Sheila. i was in and out, all rented and good to go within a matter of minutes, at a rate lower than every other facility near and far for that matter. this review will get into novel territory if i even start to explain how much this experience helped me so i’ll just leave it at this; it helped tremendously. to Sheila (and Mini U) the sincerest of thanks from me to you. ☮️

The owners and staff are very helpful and understanding of various situations that you maybe dealing with like ours we have to be out to of our apartment yester day and we got a little bit of time and no money but they let us have two units to start moving in I was able to ride my job box down yesterday and put it in a unit and today we will be moving the rest we just have no truck

Rented here before and they make the whole process much easier than all the other storage unit places. The buildings are hot on the inside and not the newest, but the customer service is outstanding and the rental process is quick and painless. They also don’t try and charge you a million fees up front like some of the fancier places.

Just moved in today and Sheila made my good day GREAT! Very friendly and kind and while my original unit wasn’t available she made sure to get me in a space that still fits my needs. I used to work for a different National storage company and from my experience so far, Mini U has all of their brands beat. From amenities, to pricing, customer service and convenience - if all goes well during my stay, Mini U just got a lifelong customer all thanks to Sheila!

I could not be any happier with the extremely kind staff here at Mini-U storage! They are amazing for many reasons: They have the best prices in the Denver metro area. They are conveniently located off of E. Evans Ave and S Quebec St. They gave me 2 months free when I moved in. (offers vary and limited to availability) Sheela is such a nice woman and helped me out with a free lock when my keys were lost. Oh and they have a box truck you can rent on site that is always available and very affordable! AND $25.00 off your next months rent, if you refer a friend! Best storage in town, seriously!

Super fantastic facility. I don't even have a storage unit here, my company was helping do some upgrades to the facility and we were treated greatly. Sheila at the front desk was extremely helpful whenever we needed anything or had any questions. You could tell she really cares about the facility and the overall well being of the tenants. There are many tenants here who are regularly here either gathering supplies or completing tasks and it is clear they all care about the facility as well, making sure the people there are supposed to be there which has got to help security for all the tenants. If I needed a storage unit I would without a doubt rent one here.

Rented 2 units at this location over a 3 year period. Afforadable monthly rates, clean property, and facilites. Sheila, the manager, was always so helpful and friendly. When it was time to move out the process was easy. Highly recommend this property.

Kay was great. I got a 9x8 drive up unit. I should note that the ceiling is open between the units. I read other reviews about parts of the ceiling falling down. My ceiling is fine, but they will give you plastic if you need it.
