My experience here was excellent, especially considering it was a last-minute situation. Nick provided outstanding service from start to finish. When I returned my truck, Julie and Randy assisted me, and they made the process even smoother. Overall, the service was truly 10/10. I will definitely be using this location again.

Randy and Julie made the move in process so simple, this was our first time using a storage facility and we couldn’t have picked a better place. They have great reviews obviously but being here and talking in person all of those reviews are very real. But great customer service, very knowledgeable and down to earth people.

It was quick and easy to get a storage unit here the staff were very nice and helpful. They showed me the units before deciding which one to get and they explained everything well. Got 2 months for $35!!!!

Julie and Randy were amazing. Moving is always stressful, and they made it so easy. We found the unit we needed in seconds, it was clean and ready to go. The paperwork was a smooth and easy process. They had discount after discount at already reasonable prices. $35 for first 2 months, buy 5 boxes get 2 free, tape and labels included. Free truck rental within first 30 days moving in. I mean it just goes on and on. Great job to those 2! You are extremely appreciated!

It was March 3, 2025 on a Monday morning. Nick has the best customer service. Top tier. He was very hospitable when my car was towed all the way in the UTA area. I walked all the way to the Mini U Storage. He didn't appear bothered when I was getting things evened out even though I am a tenant here. The best customer service at Minu U. He has good memory when it came to a question I asked a few weeks ago. Genuinely like he job and upbeat.

Quick and easy rental with friendly staff

After bad experience with another storage facility , we came here. We were greeted professionally and all of our questions were promptly answered. There is always someone on the property to manage security. I felt very confident in renting a unit and have been there for 2 years now.

I used Mini U Storage many years ago and had a great experience. I have started using them again to store my travel trailer and the experience is still great. Noice people. Easy access and a fair price.

I just have to start off with how grateful for this storage. The female manager that is at the desk is simply so nice, professional and helped me out through a very rough time. I had a terrible experience at another facility and ended up coming across this one and she turned my day around with how simple she made everything ! My experience storing my stuff here while I get my house has been nothing but perfect ! Thank you so much for being so nice in a time when many people are so rude and mean all the time. God bless.

I arrived after a complete run around with U-Haul, 30 minutes before closing. The managers on site helped me out efficiently and even took me down to view a unit prior to making a decision on the space I needed. I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy and effectiveness that was displayed. Being that I just moved across 6 states, this experience made me feel welcomed here in Arlington.

We used their truck to make our move in fast and easy, and the truck rental was free. The storage facility is clean and well kept.

Best experience ever in renting a storage unit! The Gibsons have been so friendly and helpful, and I got a great deal on a climate-controlled unit and even free use of shelves. The climate controlled building is beautifully maintained, as are the grounds. Very happy!

Mr. & Mrs. Gibson were the most pleasant part of my morning! They were very friendly and personable. They answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed regarding parking solutions for my commercial truck. I appreciate the prompt and through service! 10 STARS to them and the clean facility with great video surveillance.

Highly recommended, very hospitable. I personally have used several storage places of this type in the past. Most that I have visited are operated by someone that really does not seem to want to help at all. They are usually short and to the point almost like they are in a hurry to hollar out "NEXT" and send your money here by blah, blah, blah.!! Not at this location, they are very friendly, and go out of their way to make it easy and quick. They offered assistance, The prices of supplies are not sky high, in fact they are very reasonable. They supplied the lock, shelving, and even loaned me a dolley, and a moving truck. Should I need storage again, I wont go anywhere else.

I have rented many storage rooms over the years This one is the best facility I have ever rented from. Their prices are very fair, facility is clean and well kept and the staff is friendly and organized.

Made the reservation on line and the next morning signed the paperwork. The managers were polite and professional and answered all my questions. The unit itself was cleaned out and ready for me to begin moving in immediately. I highly recommend this place to all.

I reserved a unit through SpareFoot website. Everything went smoothly when I got to the Mini U Storage. The monthly charges and insurance options were addressed; all my questions were answered; and the unit is clean (no evidence of water damage or rodent infestation).

Awesome Customer Service, I recently lost my Husband, also going through a home renovation with limited resource and funds, so I decided to put some things in storage and was concerned about everything it entailed, mainly the cost. Now this next part us where it gets next level! The MiniUStorage property managers Robert and Stormi were extremely helpful, informative, over the normal threshold of standard customer service. This not so common anymore standard of paying it forward was truly a blessing in more ways that can be put into words.
