The staff at Mini U Storage in Colorado Springs are very friendly and helpful. They made it easy to secure a unit, and at a much better price that competitors. Someone making the rounds noticed I put my lock on wrong, so secured it with one of the company's until I returned. It's minutes from my father's apartment with easy access. It was an easy in and out for my movers.

Greatest storage of all time

The service was stupendous. They walked me through all my options and showed me a number of units. It was raining hard and they never skipped a beat. Professional and very friendly. Wonderful deals to top it off. As one unit filled up they graciously found me an additional one and never blinked an eye. This is my second time using the facility and if I ever need a storage I would definitely use them again.

Called an Hr before closing, got to the Facility about 5 minutes before closing, Preston and Ms Sami Were kind enough to still rent me a unit, Great Customer Service and even though it was minutes before closing they made sure to gain my Business in an Honorable and Respectful way, I'm appreciative for their help and patience! I have been a customer at the 8th street location in colo spgs , co for about a year and was renting prior for quite awhile . My experience with all that I have met has very satisfactory as the staff is professional and courteous. Whenever there have been any issues there have all been handled in the same manner and the staff has to adhere to certain guidelines pretty strictly but there have been a number of times I have needed flexibility on my storage for things I was doing and there has always been willingness tfrom the LL to help where it can. The flexibility is important but as important is the fact that the people handling day to day management are given the power to run the business and that tells me a lot about this company.

Good place if you need a place to put stuff. The lady in the office asked us if we wanted to look at it and make sure it was adequate, drove us there in a golf cart. The price is reasonable and there were no hidden catches to the deals they offered like some other places will do. The paperwork was fast and efficient. I highly recommend this place.

It’s what I needed when I’m already paying thousands towards moving 😉 would recommend!

Great service quick and friendly the managers Taylor and Jordan were polite and fast with showing the unit and getting the rental process done quickly very impressed with the move in process and they have great move in deals. All in all great place to get a storage unit.

This storage unit was a breathe of relief. I looked at a few places and was afraid for my things as well as safely going to load or pick things up. Not at Mini U Storage. The safety measures were a lovely surprise and the family run business set me at ease. So glad I found them.

I had a very pleasant experience obtaining the unit. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was clean and organized as well. I feel like my belongings will be safe and secure as there is security on site 24/7. They even clinched the deal with a Starbucks gift card. Literally, the only thing that would have made this a better experience would have been a Dutch bros gift card instead. Hahah. Great place. Highly recommend.

Mini U Storage is such a refreshing change from storage places! They are not only welcoming, courteous, accommodating, but they also have great discounts and Starbucks cards! This property is huge, safe, and very clean. I highly recommend it to anyone needing some space for their things.

Great storage facility with an awesome manager! This is THE place to go. Took us 15 minutes to get our space...loaded in a few boxes and were on our way back to load more!. Immaculate, secure, well-lit and super helpful. Happy we found them!

The managers are this adorable couple who were friendly and helpful. The storage shed was clean and it seems like our stuff is safe. Plus they offer 1-2 months free depending on the shed!

It was secure and trustworthy, the walk in hallway That has smaller units on both side is pretty cool. Easy too move your things in and out of your unit.

This company, hands down, encompasses what all establishments inspire to be. They are friendly, prompt, understanding, professional, and also truthful From the start. I am wheelchair bound and have fallen on hard times, while staying in constant communication with the manager on duty, they were able to work with me to keep my belongings from going into auction. I cannot tell you enough how working with them has been a breath of fresh air.

The staff was very helpful in finding the right unit unit for storing my truck. They had a special that really helped us out. The unit was clean and had easy access. I highly recommend them.

I have never rented a storage unit so I didn’t know what to expect. The service was incredible and personable. I literally felt like I could have drinks with these people outside of this place. They made everything super easy and worth it for me! This storage facility is also in a very safe and trustworthy part of town I feel. Great job!
