Jorge was very attentive and helpful! We made a reservation early this morning and came a little after 9. He was able to show us our unit, make sure we liked it, we brought our own lock that we were having troubles with and he helped us right away with getting a new one. He was very friendly and polite which was nice to encounter! Moving can be tough and he made our experience better. The unit seems to be easy to get our stuff in and out, well priced, and clean. Amazing service and friendly staff!

We had a great experience with Mini U Storage in Westminster! Jeff and Lisa were wonderful to work with. We had a vacation interrupted by a family emergency and needed to store our truck and trailer somewhere in the area. They had the room and worked with us to secure two spots at a very reasonable rate for the time we needed to park them there. I would highly recommend using them for storage space or RV storage. I picked this place not only it's closer to me, but just needed extra space. Actually, in a mood of sorting out my apartment & it's garage to see what's worth keeping or otherwise donate to goodwill stores. It was nice to be taken care of, by the on-duty clerk named George. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, amongst all has a great cheerful personality, George, is surely a great asset for this Mini U Storage company.

I am just new renting the space - 1 day in. For now I can say it was easy and so far I am pleased signing on to rent.

We have been here for 4 years. They have always been so pleasant and helpful. We recently needed to upgrade to a larger unit. They helped us to keep our costs to a minimum as well as arrange the billing. They even brought us water as we emptied the old unit. I highly recommend this location.

This place is clean. The mom/son who manage the facility are so nice & live on site. Not 5 stars only because it is not climate controlled & not 24/7. Other than that I’m glad my belongings are there for my move.

Manny was a great help in getting the right sized unit and understanding to my situation and patient to timing when things don't go as exactly planned. Jeff and Jorge were a great help the following day also. I've had several storage units at various other companies but the care and service they are providing is very above others.

the couple managing the place is very nice, friendly and helpful. this place had the best prices around. it's very convenient - just a 1/4 mile south off the 22 freeway. i would give it 5 stars except for the fact the building/units are in kinda rough shape. but, that is what probable helps keep the monthly rental reasonable. i paid for a whole year in advance and that gets you a discount. We rented a spot for our boat. The on-site management team is very friendly & professional. It looks like they take the security seriously which was very important to us as we had been vandalized before. Very reasonable prices, really like that they offer a truck rental with move in, and that they offer insurance for the unit rather than having to provide my own (although they allow you to use your own if you prefer). Their gate hours are a little better than some of the other places I checked out. Anne & Guy were really awesome, great customer service!

After searching the area to store some of mom's old stuff, I came to mini u storage and was impressed with fair prices, friendly owners and most importantly helpful! Don't usually leave reviews but they definitely deserved it so highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

When I called the place to get the contract signed and the storage keys; "Heather" The awesome employee went above and beyond to help me with my rentals need. I've rented a 5x10 I was very worried at first whether or not I would fit all my furniture. Lucky they have a tall ceiling so stacking boxes was possible. I don't own too much furniture but I was able to fit a desk, two cabinets, and quite of few boxes of clothes and miscellaneous. The staff was very professional and the renting process was very smooth and straightforward. I'd definitely recommend my friends to store their belongings here.

The husband-and-wife team that run this operation is above and beyond what you expect from excuse me for saying a mundane job as they have. They have to deal with all walks of life and attitudes but they do so with such professionalism and Grace battery stores a bit of Faith and people . It’s not just storage here. They do a great job keeping the place clean, the staff is very responsive and they keep the prices affordable. I also like how when we needed to get a larger unit they put us on a list so we could get first opportunity to claim it so we didn’t have to move to a different storage location. Would definitely recommend.

This storage unit is easy to have your items stored! Setting up auto pay is easy, access to your unit is easy, and the research of finding an affordable storage unit is easy! We recently have had to store some items for our clients and we came across this place since it was affordable and easy access to the storage units. All of the units are drive up access so no waiting for elevators or having to break a back walking down the hallways with your furniture. Simply drive up to your 5'×10' or 10'×20' (many different size units) and unload or load right there. They even have over 20 spots or so for vehicle storage! The storage lot is well maintained and there are no signs of vandalism or homelessness lurking the area. This is a great spot to have your items stored with piece of mind, and trust us we know storage! The employees and managers are uber friendly are very knowledgeable on getting you the best deal they can. Happy storing!! 🙂
