I can’t say enough good things about Jason and Jeff at Mini U Storage. From the moment I walked in, they were genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. They went way beyond what you’d normally expect, took the time to make sure everything was easy, clear, and stress-free, and treated me like a person, not just a transaction. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. If you’re looking for a storage place where the staff actually cares and shows it, this is it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason and Jeff at Mini U Storage to anyone.

Absolutely FABULOUS customer service. Went today to rent my first storage unit, and Jason and Jeff walked me through the entire process. They both spent so much time showing me unit options and answering ALL of my questions. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. Their fee structure is transparent and very straightforward. Once again, a wonderful experience with Jason and Cory. Very professional and their word is golden! When they promise something, they deliver. Very clean facilities. Almost everyone hates going to storage. I really do enjoy my experience here. They are like family. In the blazing hot sun, Cory did a smooth "contact-less" delivery of my unit. Five stars all the way!

Fantastic! Every once in a while I'll have an experience that restores my faith in humanity. I never dreamed it would happen while renting a storage unit, but I went to Mini U in Newport Beach. Not only was it clean, new, cool, beautifully maintained, less expensive than competitors, convenient, and well laid out, the customer service from the manager Jayson was incredible. He was so good at his job I was astonished and couldn't stop thinking of how such friendliness and competence in such a mundane transaction could brighten my day. So kudos to Jayson the manager and Mini U for having a top notch facility with customer service to match. So glad I went there.

This storage facility is the best I have you ever used. It is clean, cool and conveniently located. The staff is nice and they have a truck and a van that they rent out. I highly recommend this facility if you need a clean, safe place to store your stuff!
