DRIVE-UP & EASY-ACCESS STORAGE IN WOODBRIDGE

I had a great experience with Preet and the facility. The building is brand new, very clean, and climate-controlled, which makes it a great place to store your belongings. The sign-up process was easy, and the setup and rental process were completed very quickly. The pricing is fair, and the staff is extremely polite, professional, and helpful. Overall, the entire rental experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, new, and reliable storage space.

I have been doing business with Mini U for sometime now and I appreciate their service, my only regret is them going up on the rental rate, it can be very challenging when you're on a fixed income.

They are super nice and very helpful. Also the pricing is very reasonable. I recommend them too anyone in the area.

My mother, Daisy Barbour Pick U storage because of the location and she meet the individuals that manage the property. They are truly a blessing and they go above and beyond to help in anyway possible. We let the time get past us and was locked inside of the gate..they waited for us to finish and opened the gate to let us out without any problems. They are very caring and understanding and a joy to talk to. Thank you .

I had a great experience working with Candie and Joe at Mini U Storage. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, which immediately set the tone for a welcoming and professional experience. They are truly down-to-earth, friendly, and easy to work with. What really stood out to me was how they interact with their customers — I personally witnessed them treat a customer with the same level of kindness, respect, and expertise. That speaks volumes about their character and how they run their business. From a business standpoint, they were also great to work with. They trusted us to complete a project for them, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. It turned out to be a great experience on both sides. If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend visiting Mini U Storage. I’m confident Candie and Joe will take great care of you and make the entire process smooth and welcoming.

Matthew was super helpful! Gave me a lot of peace of mind answering all my questions, definitely will be using this when we do our move this summer! Very quality service oriented mindset.

Very good climate controlled units keeps your things safe from water damage & rode ts

Everybody was extremely friendly and personable, but also professional the process could not have gone more smoothly. I highly recommend.

Good place to rent

Candice and Joe are absolutely amazing. We often travel far to use this storage unit location because the service is that good. You will be greeted with respect, kindness & if you have time - a nice laugh to reset your day. Wishing the best for this company. Thank you Candice and Joe!

I’ve been using this storage site off and on for YEARS and one thing I can say is you truly feel like family as soon as you step through the door. Not only is the site always clean & sanitized but the staff are always patrolling which allows for guaranteed safety of your items plus availability for help or questions when needed. 10/10 - would highly recommend.

My mother rented a unit at Mini U so I decided to take advantage of the one month free special. What made a world of difference was the free truck rental. That truly was an added bonus. Especially since this would be a very short term. Was greeted with warm friendly smiles when I walked through the door. Candace and Joe made me feel more like family than a customer. Joe took me to visit the exact unit I would be renting. Registration and paperwork was seamless. Candace thoroughly explained everything in detail. Even went through all available discounts I may have been eligible. If you are looking for a clean facility or professional friendly staff, look no further. Fill out the rental availability form. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve had 2 storage units here for 3 years or so and I love the customer service and respect i receive every time I come into the office. Miss Candace is very knowledgeable and worked with me to find one unit that will hopefully fit our needs and save us money. I highly recommend this business.

When I made the decsion to move back home to reaet I had to find a place to put my stuff. Candace was so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She helped me with figuring out the size I needed and the best place to buy a lock. When I moved in she explained the process so seemingly it felt like I was talking to family. The team made a hard decsion so easy and it took of so much stress. I really enjoy this team.

I had business with mrs.Candace in the office, and they were very helpful and understanding on what I needed and even made suggestions on the unit I would need. The facility is very clean, the employees were super helpful and very polite that English is not my first language. We all know moving is difficult within its self but for Mr Mini U storage Chas made it a little easier especially with the rental truck on site. Having that as an option has really been helpful.

Weve been using this storage facility for a little over six months. Its not temp controlled but its clean and gated. You have to use a code to get in and to leave by 9pm so im comfortable knowing my items are located there

I love this location! The staff is always helpful especially Candace and Joesph. The site is also always clean.

Great facility to store your belongings. I've had an indoor unit for a while and I couldn't be happier. The facility is "CLEAN", and my unit is very easy to access. Great price...would "HIGHLY" recommend

Been getting great service here for over 6 months, the place is nice and clean, the owners are very nice as well and answered all my questions as it was my first time renting a unit.

The best storage facility in the area. Excellent customer service by all the staff. Candie is very knowledgable and helpfully in selecting the correct size for your storage needs. Facility is extremely clean and maintained. You can tell they take pride in providing the safe and secure location.

The ppl there take care of their customers. Even made sure I had the correct size unit to store everything and the check in process was quick.

Excellent customer service, very professional staff.

I love this storage space.

Excellent customer service. I accidentally spilled paint in their truck while moving and they were forgiving when I explained what happened. I was impressed.

The management team is always alert, maintaining a clean, uncluttered facility, and customer-oriented. Easy to deal with, but professional at all times. I'm happy with the service.

My new favorite storage place, friendly staff & great pricing.

I am a returning customer. Candace and Joe have helped with my storage several times. They are both knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I suggest them and miniustorage Smoketown for all your storage and moving needs. Also, free truck rental and great prices add to the positive personalized customer service experience.

Clean and reasonable.

Your Review When we started looking for a storage facility we had no idea that there are many places to choose from, however what stood out the most to me was the welcoming I received when I called Mini U Storage for the first time. The woman was extremely cheerful, extremely knowledgeable and more importantly helped me to understand what size unit would fit our needs, but more importantly her patience for all my questions was outstanding since renting a unit didn't require a college degree. I have now since been using Mini U Storage for the past few years and Candace with her husband Joe still remain as consistant and relaible as the first day we drove in. The facility is impeccably clean and not once when I had asked for help did either one of them turn me down. In fact, there was a day that the temperature soared close to 100 degrees and they knew I was by myself, as I was not surprised both of them checked on me to see if I was ok and brought me a bottle of water. You could rely on personal service as they always have taken steps to ensure that our needs have been met, always asking if I had any concerns or questions and not once when walking into the inside of any building was I left in the dark, everything is always well lt. We presently have 2 units one that is accessible from the outside and one unit that is indoors. So if you are in need of a storage facility just call over to Mini U Storage make whatever arrangements necessary and cross it off your list, the last thing we have time for is making numerous phone call trying to find the right storage facility, I promise Mini U Storage will meet all your needs.

I have had my excess belongings at Mini-U-Storage for quite a number of years and Joe and Candace have always been very friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I or anybody else might have. I feel so sure that my belongings are safe and secure that sometimes months goes by and I never even go to check on them. The units are alarmed, clean, well lit & I never see any garbage or junk left by other tenants left sitting anywhere.anywhere. Everytime I go to the storage unit it is spic and span clean inside and outside of the units. I recommend this business every chance I get because of my years of great service and the cleanliness and the friendly attitudes I get greeted with every time I walk or drive into the property.
