I’ve been using this storage site off and on for YEARS and one thing I can say is you truly feel like family as soon as you step through the door. Not only is the site always clean & sanitized but the staff are always patrolling which allows for guaranteed safety of your items plus availability for help or questions when needed. 10/10 - would highly recommend.

My mother rented a unit at Mini U so I decided to take advantage of the one month free special. What made a world of difference was the free truck rental. That truly was an added bonus. Especially since this would be a very short term. Was greeted with warm friendly smiles when I walked through the door. Candace and Joe made me feel more like family than a customer. Joe took me to visit the exact unit I would be renting. Registration and paperwork was seamless. Candace thoroughly explained everything in detail. I’ve had 2 storage units here for 3 years or so and I love the customer service and respect i receive every time I come into the office. Miss Candace is very knowledgeable and worked with me to find one unit that will hopefully fit our needs and save us money. I highly recommend this business.

When I made the decsion to move back home to reaet I had to find a place to put my stuff. Candace was so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She helped me with figuring out the size I needed and the best place to buy a lock. When I moved in she explained the process so seemingly it felt like I was talking to family. The team made a hard decsion so easy and it took of so much stress. I really enjoy this team.

I had business with mrs.Candace in the office, and they were very helpful and understanding on what I needed and even made suggestions on the unit I would need. The facility is very clean, the employees were super helpful and very polite that English is not my first language. This has made the transition very easy in the stuff aspect of the move I’m going through.

I have used this facility twice in the past two years and had a great experience both times. The couple that manage the place are ver nice. The place is safe and clean, the bathroom is always clean. I couldn’t recommend it more.

We all know moving is difficult within its self but for Mr Mini U storage Chas made it a little easier especially with the rental truck on site. Having that as an option has really been helpful.

Everyone that work in the front office is very nice like the location. Just the units are not clean when you rent them the floors in unit are not swept out. But thats' something I guess i could do myself.

Weve been using this storage facility for a little over six months. Its not temp controlled but its clean and gated. You have to use a code to get in and to leave by 9pm so im comfortable knowing my items are located there

Your Review When we started looking for a storage facility we had no idea that there are many places to choose from, however what stood out the most to me was the welcoming I received when I called Mini U Storage for the first time. The woman was extremely cheerful, extremely knowledgeable and more importantly helped me to understand what size unit would fit our needs, but more importantly her patience for all my questions was outstanding since renting a unit didn't require a college degree. I have now since been using Mini U Storage for the past few years and Candace with her husband Joe still remain as consistant and relaible as the first day we drove in. The facility is impeccably clean and not once when I had asked for help did either one of them turn me down. In fact, there was a day that the temperature soared close to 100 degrees and they knew I was by myself, as I was not surprised both of them checked on me to see if I was ok and brought me a bottle of water. You could rely on personal service as they always have taken steps to ensure that our needs have been met, always asking if I had any concerns or questions and not once when walking into the inside of any building was I left in the dark, everything is always well lt. We presently have 2 units one that is accessible from the outside and one unit that is indoors. So if you are in need of a storage facility just call over to Mini U Storage make whatever arrangements necessary and cross it off your list, the last thing we have time for is making numerous phone call trying to find the right storage facility, I promise Mini U Storage will meet all your needs.

I have had my excess belongings at Mini-U-Storage for quite a number of years and Joe and Candace have always been very friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I or anybody else might have. I feel so sure that my belongings are safe and secure that sometimes months goes by and I never even go to check on them. The units are alarmed, clean, well lit & I never see any garbage or junk left by other tenants left sitting anywhere.anywhere. Everytime I go to the storage unit it is spic and span clean inside and outside of the units. I recommend this business every chance I get because of my years of great service and the cleanliness and the friendly attitudes I get greeted with every time I walk or drive into the property.
