Very nice very professional very secure seems to be getting you to commit..after that everything goes out the window..the married couple workers living on property is very rude disrespectful..they stop the elevators from operating..they remove carts making it impossible to remove your furniture or force you to carry your furniture down stairs which can be impossible for some people...the lady husband approaches you in very aggressive manor putting his hands in your face using obsenities reaching his waist as if he has a weapon when being very unprofessional this is unprofessional and safety Hazzard him alone please be safe where you spend your money..

Words can’t describe my love 😍 and appreciation for Kim and the whole team. I’ve rented plenty of storage units and have never felt the home-feel vibe. Kim is a rare gem. I don’t feel like just a customer, but like a friend. Customer service is beyond words. Hospitality is beyond words.

I moved in 3 days ago and everything has been great they have their own moving equipment that is very helpful and got us moved in our storage within a day. We rented a truck and they have things that help you take multiple items to your unit on site!!! Definitely recommend and very affordable!!!

They are the best storage company in Houston. I have used 4 other companies and there all always some sort of issue; be it vandalism, insects, cleanliness, access or billing. Mini U is fair, honest, very clean and safe. The stay has always been amazing. The rates are beyond great. I used them pre and post covid.

Came in at a quarter to close and still got perfect customer service, an ideal unit with 2 free months, discounts for auto-debit/etc, and we were set, insured, out, and done in less than a half hour. 👌🏼
