I recently rented a 10x10 storage unit at a facility conveniently located close to the freeway, ideal for storing the contents of my one-bedroom apartment. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The entire facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, reflecting the management's dedication to tidiness. Security was top-notch, with attentive and professional staff providing peace of mind. Accessing my unit was straightforward, thanks to the convenient hours and easy freeway access. The customer service was fantastic, with friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to assist at any time. The price was very affordable, especially with great move-in deals. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, security, accessibility, and excellent customer service made this storage facility stand out, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of reliable storage solutions.

Mrs.Leah has great very great customer service. They have reasonable prices and very nice and clean units.

The office clerk, Kim, was extremely nice and very helpful.

Great managers and great site!

Very understanding and a good deal you can ever imagine 😊

Couldn’t be more pleased with the manager Kim. She was very caring and helpful. Giving me a tour of the facility answering all my questions and assuring me that our business equipment would be safe and secure. We have been renting a unit for over 2 years now and never had anything bad to say about this location. Highly recommend them. The manager Kim and her partner live on site and I entrust them completely. Love the security they have and the fact that they can look on camera if need be to see where things have gone wrong if you do have a issue.

Very nice very professional very secure seems to be getting you to commit..after that everything goes out the window..the married couple workers living on property is very rude disrespectful..they stop the elevators from operating..they remove carts making it impossible to remove your furniture or force you to carry your furniture down stairs which can be impossible for some people...the lady husband approaches you in very aggressive manor putting his hands in your face using obsenities reaching his waist as if he has a weapon when being very unprofessional this is unprofessional and safety Hazzard him alone please be safe where you spend your money..

Facility is very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful and attentive. Bring a treat for Bane in front office, and pet him goodbye as you leave.

(Translated by Google) Excellent place, very clean, and the staff who served us were very friendly. I highly recommend it. (Original) Excelente lugar muy limpio y las personas que nos atendieron nos dieron un muy buen trato . Recomiendo al 100 el lugar

Mini U Storage made my reservation process flawless, their staff is friendly and professional. I also received a discounted rate for booking online.

I like the place and their customer service is awesome, recommend this place to friends some other time. Leah have a great customer service and a welcome smile is great

Been here for a year. I have 0 problems. Units are temp controlled and owners are helpful and friendly.

Leah was wonderful. She accommodated my needs, she recommended the right unit that I needed!

I had a great experience here with Kim! She was professional and helpful in getting me signed up and acquainted with the storage facility.

The owners are very professional and helped ease the process. I chose this location in that when I was calling around looking for a storage company, and being frustrated by voicemails, the owner answered my call. She promised to be in the office and to call back in 15 minutes. I called back and, we sealed the deal. Highly recommended!

They gave good service

Friendly, clean & quick service.

I reserved a unit online. The website was easy to navigate and the availability was accurate. My reservation was for a Saturday move in but I asked if I could pay early and Leah was so very nice to help. The facility is clean and the location is PERFECT. A polite staff will always win my business.

Very nice!! Customer service is good. Wasn’t hesitant to help and show me unit at all!

Fantastic rental experience! The folks that operate this location were patient with my questions and delightful to talk to. They took time to ask me about my needs, including the use of their moving truck, to make sure I was taken care of. I was particularly grateful that they were able to offer me the use of the truck on the first date that I asked for! (I recently had a negative experience with another storage company, so this was especially refreshing.)

Very professional and easy process.

Leah was great place is nice and clean I feel very comfortable here
