Rick was extremely helpful! He helped us with a bunch of supplies that we needed. He was also very patient and showed us how big it was in between the seats to make sure it was big enough for a dog bed and our baby.

I've been renting storage units here since 2005. I love this place. It is very convenient, the price is right, and the staff has always been very helpful. Today I stopped by my storage unit. I had an issue with my truck and was in a serious jamb. Rick bailed me out. He is such as great person. Selfless. He helped me on his own time. he took me to an auto parts store down the street. Easy fix. I appreciate him SO MUCH!

I was blown away by the customer service my father and I received from Rick today at this Mini U Storage. I have an upcoming move which is stressful enough, and I needed some extra space to store my stuff during this transition. My dad and I already shared a 8x10 unit which would be "just" too small for the extra items I needed to thrown in. Rick sat down with us, explained all our options, and got us the best possible deal for transitioning in between units. He then loaned us some furniture dollies which was greatly appreciated. So there we are, moving stuff from unit to unit during this heatwave. What does Rick do? He shows up with two cold bottles of water, which was exactly the fuel we needed to get through the day. I don't remember the last time I was this well taken care of as a customer. So thank you Rick and thank you Mini U Storage. I'm one happy customer.

Great facility. Easy Access and friendly staff

We recently switched from Public Storage and had been looking for a new Storage provider and were referred to mini u storage and I have to say that was probably the best decision I've made all year. Right away I noticed a major difference with mini u. I was helped by an employee there; Rick, and let me say it was like a breath of fresh area in that he was extremely helpful, he got us to our unit and gave us the low down and was very efficient. I couldn't believe it but since we got a unit, all of our moving materials were provided for us by mini u which really helps save some much needed money . All in all, I recommend anyone looking for storage to go to mini u, the rates are incredibly fair and the service is second to none. Ask for Rick at the E County Line location and I know you will have an great experience as we did. Thanks mini u storage, thank you Rick.

My sister and I rented a storage unit here and everything from the experience to the actual storage was perfect! Rick was very helpful and super nice. Best customer service I've ever experienced from staffs. Amazing place to store your belongings. The manager is a kind hard working man, same with the employees. Outstanding and quality work guys. I've stored my stuff here for over a year. I give them 5 starts because they deserve it. Though there was mice poop all over my stuff but that's my fault for storing packets of pamesan cheese in my unit.

I've been using this facility for a few years now. I park two trailers and 10x20 storage unit that I store my tools in. I feel my equipment is safe and secure. The place is always clean and well lit. Rick and the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Best in class Customer Service! Rick is a stud! I made a reservation the night before then rolled in unannounced, but it was as if he was expecting me. The area is not only convenient on county line, but neatly tucked away and felt safe and secure. We never worried during our duration of stay that the our storage would be tampered.

I’ve been renting from Julie & Co. for over a year now. Working to get my belongings moved into my new place and I had to go over my “tap date” because our house closing got pushed by a week. Rather than make me pay the whole month, Julie is giving me a prorate for each day past my “move out day” for (I believe) up to 10 days before I’m charged the full month. THAT is customer service. Nothing but nice things to say about this place. Clean, well-maintained as well. Keep it up Julie & Denise!

I have rented a storage unit since Spring 2021. Julie, the manager, was very helpful with my set up. Denise is always cheerful and goes the extra mile. I have worked with Maria several times with truck rentals. She is very competent. Over all great experience at mini u storage. Would recommend to anyone.

Maria and Julie are great! They hooked me up with a storage unit the same day I arrived in town and returning my rentals was a breeze. In the future, I plan on using Mini U Storage for my storage needs. The facilities are monitored by cameras and fenced all around with coded gate access.

Denise and Julie did a friendly and efficient job of showing me the available storage unit and getting me through the paperwork in short order. They even got me a discount using an offer that I wasn't aware of. Then spread some snow melt at the entrance to the storage unit. Five stars for sure.

Went in to get a small storage unit to store my summer tires for the season and I was met with amazing customer service. The price for the unit was more than fair, the unit was extremely well maintained, and the lady who helped me was extremely nice. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

This place is very convenient is you live close to, or within Highlands Ranch, Colorado. It is very secure and the storage units are clean. I will also say that they have very competitive pricing. If you drive by this place it appears that you cannot get a large moving truck in there, BUT you can - even places where it looks like the corners are too sharp. If need be I would store stuff here again - no hassles, easy access.
