Q: Where are your locations?
A: Mini U Storage facilities are located in many states, across the country. Find a location nearest you.

Q: How do I determine what size space I need?
A: We have spaces that will fit your needs, without paying for space you won’t use. Check out our Storage Calculator to find the best size for you.

Examples:
Small 5×5 unit (Business records, clothes, boxes and small furniture)
Medium 10×10 unit (1-2 bedroom apartment)
Large 10×20 unit (3-4 bedroom house)

There are also a variety of other sizes to fit your specific need. Find a unit at a location near you.

Q: Do you have packing and moving supplies?
A: Yes. We have a wide variety of supplies to make packing, storing and moving easier than ever. Our supplies include boxes, tape, bubble wrap and more.

Q: Can I store my boat or RV?
A: Some locations have outdoor spaces or interior storage parking available for boats, RV’s, motorcycles and other recreational vehicles. Visit the location nearest you to determine availability, or call 877-88-MINI-U for more details. See our Boat and RV information page to find out more.

Q: Do you offer free truck rentals, or free move-in program?
A: Yes. We offer FREE truck rentals with move-in at ALL of our locations.

Q: Can I change the size of my space?
A: Yes. Transferring to a different size unit size is easy. Please speak with our on site employee for help with your transfer.

Q: Do you provide climate controlled units?
A: Yes. Some of our units are climate controlled for your comfort and to protect your personal or business items in all weather conditions.

Q: What are your gate hours?
A: Most of our locations have gate access hours 6am to 9pm. Please contact the site directly to get the exact gate access hours of the location of interest to you.

Q: Do you offer month-to-month or short term leases?
A: Yes. We offer Month-to-month contracts. So you have the flexibility you need for short or long term rental it is up to you!
