Very friendly, and better prices than U-haul!

Helpful worker, very nice and kind

Best storage unit I've ever had mainly because the manager Leslie is awesome and is always super helpful whenever we need anything!

I would refer almost anybody to your location because your employees were helpful and always smiling. And if they couldn't help, they said they know somebody who can, which was another employee, our supervisor had a great experience and hopefully, I'll have a more of a great experience now that I just started a storage there.

Michelle and the property manager went above and beyond to correct an issue for me and my husband. Our unit was overlocked due to our delinquent bill but we paid it up at 2pm on a Saturday and locks did not get removed. We went to the property when I got off work and after a few phone calls were able to get through and michelle was able to task her pm to come let us into our unit. We are very grateful to both of them for this.

Brenda, at the front desk went to show me the space I had reserved and I noticed the couches would not fit. She gave me a ride in the cart and showed me another option w my first month being and gave me a free lock as well. Best storage in town. Def recommended !

But bright early the next morning she called to let me know the truck was back earlier then expected. So that was perfect. I also needed a bigger unit then the one I had reserved and she was able to find me a really good deal. Not to mention I have another unit here already. I give them 5 stars. There are numerous storage options available in the area, and utilizing Mini U Storage is highly recommended. The staff members are extremely helpful and accommodating. My parents have a large unit here, and when their lock became stuck, Leslie kindly removed it and provided a higher-quality lock. He also offered valuable tips to help avoid similar issues in the future. Both employees (Brenda & Leslie) demonstrate that customer needs are a priority. They work to ensure your items are secure by providing a safe environment, and they are transparent about the contract details. Additionally, they offer shelves to help keep your unit organized. The staff respond promptly to calls and provide reliable equipment. Finding such sincere and dedicated service is rare these days. If you need storage or a moving truck, this is the place to choose.

With all the companies that make life so difficult, we found a company that made our truck rental and storage unit rental so simple. So accommodating. Great price. I kept thinking that it wasn't legit because it was too easy, I highly recommend Mini U Storage in Thornton,CO for all your storage and truck rental needs. Ask for Geneva. She's amazing.

We’ve been looking for storage unit in Thornton, CO. . We stumbled upon Mini U storage. Geneva at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We got a great deal. Highly recommend this storage facility.

This place is awesome very friendly I have used mini u in the past and have always had a great experience would recommend them to everyone

I literally just got here and I already am doing paperwork and I got cold water!!

One of the best storage experiences I’ve had. The staff here is amazing (specifically Geneva & Jesse), responsive, kind and helpful. I recommend them to anyone looking in the area!

If your anything like me, you may have noticed a lot of storage facilities seem to care less and less about there customers and seem to have forgotten the whole point of renting a space is to keep their property safe! I, personally, have been appalled at seeing people's personal property strung out across the road and piled in some sort of pirates stash, literally right across the street from a supposed safe place to store your property. And the storage facilities do NOTHING! WELL, NOT AT MINI U STORAGE! They are fast, courteous, and professional! Highly recommended

Geneva was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and easy to get to.

Very polite!! Great customer service and super easy move in!

Great service thank you

Had a great experience with everyone but the manager, if there are any issues he does not seem to wish to actually correct any of them unless it profits the company. I believe the other manager is her husband and he is quite kind and is the one keeping this place afloat customer service wise.

They know how hard it is to maintain the payments along with everything else we have to deal with in life and they were so helpful and understanding. They don't enjoy having to sell people's units, it's just their job. Our family appreciates their kindness and willingness to help. Thank you Dan and Tina!
