If your anything like me, you may have noticed a lot of storage facilities seem to care less and less about there customers and seem to have forgotten the whole point of renting a space is to keep their property safe! I, personally, have been appalled at seeing people's personal property strung out across the road and piled in some sort of pirates stash, literally right across the street from a supposed safe place to store your property. And the storage facilities do NOTHING! WELL, NOT AT MINI U STORAGE! They are fast, courteous, and professional! Highly recommended

This place was amazing and the best customer service ever. There was an accident that made me 15 min late an d Tina and Dan where wonderful. They still gave me a rental truck to move. Both were so nice and helpful. Loved that there was nothing rude about this even with me late and already closed. I will definitely recommend here!

Just look them up on the website and fill out a complaint and i guarantee you will hear back from them through the BBB and it will be over email. They will make it right very likely. Y9u can include a screenshot of the bill that shows how they are overcharging you, it wont be shown to the public only you, the company in question and the BBB will see it so no worries about your private info or anything. I strongly recommend and i hope that your problem is quickly resolved.

Online reservation was easy quick and simple, I needed to push back my move in day and they did it no problem. Day of move in Tina helped me straight away made it so fast and easy I was waiting for more but nope 🙂 so happy I found them after being screwed over at my last storage. Thanks guys!

Best pricing in storage that I could find. I made the mistake of clearing out my unit before informing them. They called me first thing in the morning to tell me my lock was gone and my stuff missing. So they are on top of their stuff!

They were so nice and actually treated us like we're customers and not just a paycheck for them. The one thing I LOVE is that the facility officially closes at 9 pm, but unlike other storage facilities, the gate will open to let you out, but won't open to let you in. Love that! Easily accessible, close to our home and an awesome deal! Would recommend to anyone!

They were very friendly and were helpful in choosing insurance options for my truck rental. They actually talked me out of getting a certain insurance because they said my own car insurance would cover it.
