Rob is very helpful and attentive, since I got my unit he has always been of assistance with the unit as well and payments and renting the truck or van. He communicates effectively and is always nice and in good spirits, very welcoming!

The staff has been so helpful in providing a safe place for my property.

Had a great experience. What impressed me was that if staff was out on the property and away from the office, there was a courtesy phone to immediately connect someone even after hours. Staff person was very helpful and accommodating. He took the time to explain details about the rental, insurance and other relevant policies. I can say it’s definitely a great place to rent a storage unit.

I have had two different reservations at the Mini U Storage in Alexandria and have to say this place is outstanding. It is super clean, really convenient, affordable and the staff customer service is great. There are always plenty of carts to move in, wide elevators for higher floors and even a van you can use to help you move in The place also makes good use of the app and online reservations where you can do everything from home and just show up and get your gate code. it could not be easier. I actually love this place and will always come back here for my storage needs.

This is the most customer friendly unit I have ever used . The staff are very communicative and very helpful with renting the units . They are professional and prompt, Anytime I have issues the follow up to make sure it is resolved. I come back to use this unit because it’s of the friendly and warm staff. I feel at home here. The prices are reasonable and the discounts are always super helpful too. I receive prompt emails for my bills days before the due date. I had reviewed local storage facilities around South Pickett and Duke. Yelp reviews lead me to picking Mini U Storage over the other ones. Spoke with Terrance (not sure spelling was non traditional and briefly glanced at computer screen). Was very personable and genuine. Had used website to setup unit for reservation, but was told unit wasn’t satisfactory so assigned different unit. Signed lease agreement and was shown unit. All done in about 30 minutes. Store had commonly needed storage items like boxes, tape, and locks.

Quick and easy service. Tyrance provided excellent support and answered all my questions. I was in and out within 15 min!

Totally friendly and mellow and easy to use. Very happy. Way more convenient than other area storage places (because I’ve used them), and way cheaper too. AND you can get in super close with your car/van/moving truck.

Excellent Service! Professional and very committed to assisting with good rates...

I like it. The 2 guys that work there were really helpful at trying to find the cheapest option for the things I needed to store temporarily. They also sell locks to secure the units. If you need basic packing supplies they also have boxes of various sizes to help you pack you things up before bringing the items in. They also got drive up spaces that allow you to unload right at the unit 12/7/2019

My collegue has a storage unit here, and he has aleays ha nice things to say about it. They have allowed me to use their restroom ay least twice, and we use their dumpster often. If I ever have a need for a storage space, I would definitely go there!

The staff Robert and Darryl are great. They always greet you by name and are very personable. The units are clean and kept up.
