Jane assisted me at the Novi location and she's the best! She was friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Jane is Mini U storage's best asset. In addition, the grounds are clean and well-kept and the price was competitive.

We’ve worked with this location for years on Penske rentals! They’re incredible. We love Jane she’s kind, considerate, and accommodating. Sadly you don’t see much of that in this industry, but she is the top tier of what the storage and rental community needs. Blessed to have her local and so easy to work with. Will keep coming here for years!

Jane, the manager is "spot-on", super knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile to assist me with my first time experience with storage rentals. The facility is very clean, looks secure and pricing was far better than all the other facilities I looked at.

I've spoke to a few different employees at this location and each one of them have been very nice, respectful, professional and helpful. Even the newest employee was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm not from here, have no family and I'm going through a lot of life-threatening health issues that make life very difficult for me at this time. Both Office managers I spoke with were very understanding and more than willing to help me get my stuff into a safe place. I reserved my space online but I can change the size if it's not the right amount of space whenever needed without any hassle. *Plus my first two months are free. *Extra bonus is that I'm able to use their truck which makes this extremely stressful situation so much easier on me in allot of ways. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place to store their belongings in a safe, clean environment with a good experience from the people/employees that are overlooking the company and ultimately your belongings. ************************************************** ************************************************** I give them 100⭐ I personally appreciate All of You Ladies very much!!! I am extremely happy with my storage unit and signing up for it was quick. The gal in the office went out of her way to help me and answered my questions without making me feel awkward. (I couldn't find exit, and she explained process again for me). Overall quite happy!

Trish was amazing. She was willing to work with me on grabbing a Penske truck. I was able to get everything I needed to get done.

I just rented a storage unit today and Kevin was great. Very thorough about explaining the contract and how keypad entry works. Same with the lock and opening the door to the unit. Very nice man and great sense of humor.

It’s been a challenging finding storage units but I was able to get one a Mini-U storage. I met with Ken who was so professional explaining everything I needed to know and answering all my questions and very friendly and polite. I’d you need storage go to Mini-U storage in Novi and ask for Ken.

Hands down amazing! They were so helpful and nice. I needed two units on really short day of notice and they were able to accommodate plus let us use their moving truck for free!! And they gave me free kicks!! Good place nice people!!

Well 3 years in and I am still impressed with this place. After a recent visit, I didn't secure my lock properly. I was called and assured that while my unit was locked it was not to the best security. Thank you again!

Both manages are very nice people. The property is also clean. Good rates and not bad for the storage space.

I do business here, the on site Management team and supportive staff is very professional. Clean environment. Over all company is compassionate. They work with me when it comes to unaffordable rate increases, which means a Great deal because I'm on a fix income. I have only one suggestion to reinstall another door to the office, for security reasons, it's like a trapped environment with only one way out.

Little place that also rents out trucks for moving etc, only one employee ,so be prepared to wit a bit

Easy set up and cheaper pricing. Just having an issue with the lock on my storage, it won't slide over and line up to put my pad lock threw it. Tryed calling to see if there was after hour maintenance and there is not.
