I use the Mini U at 2841 rt 73S in NJ at least once a year to store my classic car for a few winter months. I always have Gloria handle everything, which she does perfectly. And she goes above and beyond my expectations! I know when I call ahead she will have my information ready and always has the locker ready to go. She makes the interaction seamless and truly cares about her customers. This is not the closest storage facility to me but I only go out of my way because of Gloria.

Gloria is AMAZING! She has been and continues to be a valuable assets to my present transition and unit rental. I absolutely love her energy and non stop willingness to assist. No disrespect to the other employees here however I would unequivocally ask for 100 Gloria’s any day any time! Love you and thank you soooooo much. Be blessed and safe in this weather.

Well I have to say I had a rough experience when originally coming in. However Gloria went above and beyond to help me change my mind about wanting to go to another storage unit. She was professional, caring, informative, sweet and had great customer service. If it hadn't been for her going above & beyond I would have closed the account and went somewhere else. We had a great experience with Mini U Storage! The reservation was really easy to make and they happily helped me decide what size unit I needed. The property manager was very helpful and friendly, he made it extremely easy! The units are clean and easily accessible.

Need to use this facility to store some items while waiting to move into a new home. Property managers are very nice! Would definitely recommend, even though getting in and out onto Rt 73 is not easy on a weekday after 3pm.

I’ve just rented a storage space this weekend and what led me to choose this location/storage facility above many others was , the available rental truck and location to my home. But I’m SO glad I did because the customer service was so wonderful. Gloria- who was so helpful, showed me the unit I originally chose but decided to upgrade, so she let me see both that were available. She gave me a little tour around the site and showed me how to gain access. She never rushed me around and gave me full attention. She was super friendly and very warm, and I’m happy she was the one to help me - it was my first time renting a unit. If you’re in the area? And need storage ? Pick this place and ask for Gloria!

Gloria and Keith are the best, Awesome guys they have great customer service. The place is well taken care of. They welcome you as if you family. I left extra storage space to come there and brought 5 customers with me, and they fill the same way as I do. The price are great and when they go up it's not that much. Extra storage space go up every 6 months $60. I start there 2 years ago $240 at the end it was $360. Thanks to Mini U storage I had 2 storages and saved lots of money. Thank to Gloria and Keith for welcoming us. Love always customer that appreciated them "

Clean, Friendly & Professional On-site Management

Great place for storage. The staff is excellent. The facility is very clean and secure. It's a bit difficult to enter and exit from Rt. 73 but this is a minor inconvenience. To be fair I probably notice it more since I ride my motorcycle there. I highly recommend this storage place if your looking around. Also be aware that the price fluctuates due to the demand.

Easy online selection, pricing, reservation and payments. When you call them they treat you as you are family and make sure you are completely sure of you size selection. A wealth of knowledge so that you make the correct selection. Cannot say enough how Gloria made the selection so comfortable and confident. She was so caring on making sure you select everything correctly and that you are starting your rental at the correct time.

Gloria and Keith are the best.I got one storage unit three years ago,the services were so great I got another this year.The units are always clean and dry and I feel safe to leave my things there.I recommend them to everyone.

What nice people! Oh my goodness, did me and my son have a good time laughing with Gloria the day I was getting my storage unit! I only need it for a short time since I'm moving from an apartment into a house, but if I ever need storage space again, this is where I'll go! Prices are great, but the the people are even better!
