I like to mail packages at Mini U Storage. It's very convenient and they make the process painless. They also carry a lot of packaging and mailing supplies at reasonable prices. Access is easy from the parking lot, so carrying in and mailing heavy packages is not difficult. The staff is always professional, helpful, and courteous.

The 20% discount on postal needs always comes in handy during these times when shipping and receiving has replaced a lot of the traditional way of shopping and selling products.

We came here lookig to rent a storage unit. Rental agent showed us a couple units, and help us work through which unit would be best for us. 1. Excellent Customer service I made an online reservation and had to call several times to get more information. The lady (I guess Karen) at the front desk was very pleasant and resourceful. The lot was not clean when I went there to inspect it but they cleaned it right away. 2. Competitive rates Rate was better than the market rates and I got even better rate by booking online. There are no hidden fees unlike other places and you can bring your own renters insurance to avoid insurance fee. 3. Easy access Getting in and out is easy with your access code. Can be driven up to the unit and unload stuff there. Overall experience is excellent. Will update later with more information.

They have the BEST PRICES for moving boxes! Buy 5, get 2 free. I walked out with 14 boxes of each size, 42 boxes total, and spent under $70 for them. That’s less than $2 for each box. The lady who checked me out was also very nice. She let me know to also prop the door open to easily take the boxes out the store, since I had to go back and forth.

I like the staff at this unit. They try to work with you at every opportunity. They also have PO boxes that don't look like po boxes. Meaning, they are listed in such a way that they look like apartment addresses. So, you will still get deliveries from places that won't normally deliver to PO boxes otherwies. Good place, good people, great prices, it's a good time.

Excellent personal service from Karen and Steve. This best value in the Cypress, Spring, and Tomball area for public storage. They have two trucks available short haul moving of your item, you pay for insurance and refilling the truck with gas. This will save you from paying for local commercial truck rentals. The two month rental offering is the most economical over all other competing storage companies in the area.

The folks here are very nice and always helpful. I always mail packages from this location, as there are never any long lines. Prices are very reasonable. I didn't realize they offered a notary service until my mom needed one. With the passing of my father she's been through a lot lately. After hearing this, the manager waived the charge for my mom. This meant a lot to us. It wasn't a matter of money, it was the kindness from the lady that we will never forget. We will continue to support them as a small business that cares about it's community.

I use to have a storage unit at this place but, closed it down because we no longer needed it. However, we continue to use their postal service quite often. We have a mailbox and have found it is much easier to have things shipped here as opposed to our front door. The porch thieves don’t get it here, because the package is delivered and locked up until we come by to pick it up at our convenience. Today, I mailed out 5 big envelopes and the staff was welcoming and very patient with me as I fumbled around and came up with the addresses I needed on each package... I will remember to come back here because their was no waiting in lines and disgruntled, unhappy employees waiting on the customer. This was seamless... keep up the good work!!!

I belonged to a different storage facility, but the amazing service and price at Mini U was something that I couldn't pass up. It is well worth moving from a different place or finally getting your garage cleaned out to be able to store at Mini U. They offer all kinds of benefits like notary services and mail services too.
