The office managers were great and easy to work with. The premises is clean and well maintained. It is located close to a main street, in a quiet neighborhood, and is fairly priced for the unit.

Jaimie and Jordan are THE best managers! I was frantically moving my things out last minute and was stressed about the moving truck being available and also feeling crunched for time to get it back before they closed. They were very understanding and flexible while walking me through all my options. They also recommended an affordable family run moving company to help me unload my truck at my new apartment. They’re not only great managers, but wonderful humans as well. I highly recommend storing your personal items at Mini U as long as these two are around!

I was in a tough spot with only 72 hours to move out of my 1-bedroom, 750 sq. ft. apartment. After wasting over five hours visiting several “popular” storage places with no luck on the right size or access I needed, I found Mini U Storage through Google. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, but I also met two amazing employees, James and Jordyn, who were informed, friendly, and helpful. They clearly explained all the online steps and even provided access to a courtesy box truck. Mini U Storage delivered excellent service and fair prices during an already stressful time. So far, so good. This was one of the least-expensive self-storage facilities that I was able to find in and around this area and it’s actually quite nice. It seems pretty new and is very clean and tidy. Although it’s quite a large facility, it was very quiet when I moved my stuff in recently. There is also quite a bit of space between each building, which I appreciate because there is plenty of room for two way traffic to pass through. Also something I think is a pretty nice perk is that they offer the use of a free uhaul type truck to new customers for several hours if necessary and you can also have them put-up shelves in your storage unit for free if you like. I didn’t take advantage of either of those services, but the fact that they offer these perks is pretty cool and helpful in my opinion. I am very pleased thus far, especially since I am now paying less than half of what I had been paying at another facility for more space.

This place is an absolute gem. I have used a good number of storage facilities in the Denver Metro area, and this one is the best of all of them, hands down. I've had two units here. Both of them were clean and in excellent shape. I felt safe/secure with my belongings there; the grounds are kept immaculately clean; the restrooms are always clean; and the complimentary use of the truck is really a great incentive - it too felt safe and in good running order and it saved me the cost and hassle of renting a truck elsewhere. I honestly can't say enough good things about this facility. 100% recommended.

This is my first storage unit and the team at Mini U Storage was great. Units were clean and everything was communicated at my first visit with office staff. Prices are right too. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit.

These guys are wonderful! We did a drive through with Walt, and he was gave us a “professional” drive through the lot to help us find the right size for us. His wife is an absolute doll!
