Was a great place to store my Hyundai Santa Fe and 2 bicycles locked in a 10/20 unit out of heat and sun/ rain while I hiked 3 weeks on the Colorado trail, the special deal was to good to be true and the attendant let me have a better lock which I gave back hopefully others get such a good deal

Glen and Bethany have been so accommodating since I have been with them. I’ve been using their facility since 2021 and they have been nothing but kind, patient and welcoming. I could not be happier to work with them. If there is ever a problem they handle it professionally and get it done right!

The customer service is top notch. It is rare to find a facility like this that has such understanding and flexibility. The units are clean. All drive up access. A ton of promotions, ours was $25 for the first month. Lock and insurance included. They even help us rearrange our deal to make it cheaper. They truly just want to help make it a smooth process. And there is a truck rental for free, just $19 for the insurance. And the manager lives on site so he is always available. Amazing place, highly recommend.

Sparkling clean property, very secure and I have never once been on site without seeing staff making rounds in the golf cart... always smiling and friendly! I love Glenn & Beth, they are very professional, helpful at all times and just over all amazing people!! I love the on-line app that acts like a garage opener for the gate, it's so much easier then having to use the keypad. With the rental of my unit I was even offered a sturdy shelving rack to use in my space, easily saving me $$$ I would have had to spend to purchase one. And they even allow you the use of their truck for moving day! Super perks, amazing staff and convenient and secure property! If it isn't already obvious, I highly recommend Mini U Storage Highlands Ranch location!!

Glenn and Bethany, the owners, are truly wonderful people. My pregnant wife and I needed to store some stuff to stage our home for sale. They found us the right size unit. We then we’re between houses for three weeks and they found us two more units right next to one we already had so that the movers would be able to pack up faster. These are the the kind of people you think of when you think of small business owners and they are the people you want to support.

They gave me the lock for free and provides shelves too. The reason why I chose mini storage in Highlands Ranch was mainly because of the kindness of the individuals that help me at this location they went beyond my expectations and gave me exactly what I wanted

Renting from Mini U Storage at 6678 County Line was an exceptional experience. They were easy to deal with, helping us get what we needed and explaining how the gate and facility works. The gate is quick to enter and leave with our password. We have now used their truck also. The $29.99 fee is waived the first time and the truck was clean--as were the units. You do have to bring your own pads, though they have some ties. Bethany and Glenn have been easy and hassle-free with every meeting.

I used this place for storing my personal belongings for about two years. The staff is great, the location is very accessible, and the complex was very safe. Highly recommend them for your storage needs.

The property always looks nice well kept. There is always enough materials if needed such as tape and boxes, etc. It's nice that they will let you use the truck for a small fee. The hours are good, and if needed they will allow you to use the property outside normal operating hours. They are very friendly and easy to work with. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy, that's why I have stayed loyal to this business. The fees are low, rent prices are comparable if not lower than other businesses like this in the area. Easy to find, easy to get to, large aisles so no log jams or traffic. Very nice spot.
