Great customer service and clean units. We are repeat customers and will definitely use this facility again if needed.

I haven't needed a storage unit in over 20 years but we're moving and need to stage our home, so we needed to store a lot of things we've accumulated in the last 22 years. Mini U Storage is right down the street so it was very convenient. The staff we've met, Kelly and Andrew, were extremely helpful and accommodating. We got several free boxes, a lock and 2 free months. The entire process was very easy, like it should be.

Hi! If you’re looking for storage, look no further than this place! They are truly AMAZING!!! It all started because my mom and I were looking for a storage place for my sister, who needed a place to store her belongings after moving out of her college dorm. We researched storage locations, and found this place close to where my sister is temporarily staying. Called them earlier in the day, and it was extremely easy to set up a reservation to come look at the unit etc.. They explained everything over the phone and how it would be, no hidden fees or agendas. Once we got there, Mark and Alex were a TREMENDOUS help! They walked us through everything, and it was extremely easy. No complications. We viewed the unit in less than 5 minutes, and viewed the storage unit and came back to reception in less than 10. Alex showed us how to properly lock the unit, and ways to get to our individual unit the easiest. When we got back to reception, they sent the lease over, and answered any questions or concerns we had. Gave us lots of information, and were extremely friendly, helpful, and genuine. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find fantastic service like that anymore. Overall, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much Mark & Alex! You all made my day! It's been 6 months since getting my unit at Mini-Storage. The management was temporary at that time, but startup was so easy. Since then it's been a great working relationship with everyone here. I asked if we could get more carts and Alex took care of that immediately. There is never a shred of trash anywhere for very long.Mark keeps the area clean as a whistle. And don't let me forget Marissa. She seems to do everything with such a good attitude. Alex has a great team and as a business owner, I look for teams that work so well together. If I can, I hire the leaders and find a place for them. Don't worry ownership, I've semi-retired and probably won't have a job for any of these guys. All I can say is good leadership produces satisfying results. This is a great place made better by awesome people. I'm satisfied!!!
