We’ve been using Mini U Storage since 2013, and Jason has consistently gone above and beyond for us. He is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always professional. Most recently, he helped us transition into a storage unit that was a much better fit for our needs—making the entire process smooth and stress-free. One of the things we appreciate most is that Jason always answers his phone and is genuinely kind every time we speak with him. It’s rare to find such reliable and personable customer service these days. Jason is truly a standout, and Mini U Storage is lucky to have him!

But you address my deceased husband....as of Feb 19, 2025. Why add photos.... I've had very helpful and carrying service from Erin and Steve. All is cleaned, upgraded, and safe at Mini-u-storage II for past decade.

Erin was so helpful as moving is extremely exhausting. She asked just a few questions and was able to offer a couple suggestions to help us decide on the unit to rent & they can provide shelving if available which really will help me move items around. This location is great and it’s not too big they always have carts available and excellent customer service with a smile. The place is clean and well lit inside and outside. Erin was so efficient she prepared all paperwork while we unloaded our vehicle being so thoughtful about our time. Would highly recommend anyone who appreciates excellent service.

I have had a storage unit at Mini U for nearly 6 six years. The facility is always clean, secure and professionally managed by long-term employees. Recently, I had to remotely rent a second unit on very short notice when my sister passed away and her belongings needed to be temporarily stored. Steve and Erin were amazingly helpful and kind. I highly recommend this business.

Erin and Steve were awesome the whole time we used Mini U Storage. On top of things, on the premises, and super easy to deal with. Pleasant, professional and accommodating. I was impressed that in the 3 years we had our items stored we didn't even have cobwebs! They keep the facility clean and well maintained. We also rented a vehicle from this facility and they endeavored to get us the best rate and match our needs to the best vehicle for the job. I highly recommend Mini U and would definitely use their services again if needed.
