I was well greeted as I went in to find a storage unit. Then we golf carted to unit I needed, to see if it would fit my needs. Then back to office to fill out paperwork. The couple was very kind and helpful. I was told about the specials and was very pleased with the whole experience.

I reserved 2 units online while I was out-of-state. When I flew back home, the ladies at the facility were very friendly and accommodating. They drove me out to the units to make sure I was happy with the state of the units before I signed the paperwork. The units and facility were clean. They were very thorough through the process and even helped me look for their best deals.

If you're looking for a Storage facility with friendly, responsive and efficient staff, Mini U Storage in Crowley is for you. Climate Controlled spaces are available, (I didn't need that) but even the Drive Up units are clean and well-maintained. The management here has always been good (every time I was there) but the folks there now are simply Super! They'll tell you the Best Deal for the space, not try to put one over on you. I love these folks, you will too. Bring your stuff...

I went to the Mini U Storage in Crowley yesterday to check on my storage building. When I got there it was in the name of the movers who stored my items. The managers were very accomodating, and helped me through the process of getting on the lease to be able to have access to my belongings. I am very grateful for their assistance and will reccomend this storage facility to anyone needing their belongings placed in storage.

Roomy and on-site security personnel .Office hours are posted clearly almost sounds like a 24hrs/7days almost 365days except for major holidays obviously when we all get a break from work . We have been customers before the company was bought by Mini I Storage. Mainly because of the great couple who run the Crowley location store. They have always been so friendly and helpful. I feel like my belongings are safe and I feel safe when I’m there (sometimes it has been in the middle of the night.)

I would give them 5 stars, they definitely deserve it for their customer service, the one and only thing that caused them to loose that 5th star, is there are NO lights inside the storage units! Which really sucks! They allow 24 hour access, but you cant see inside your unit if the suns not out....very disappointing.

Super nice couple managing the property. The app is super convenient, can use it to open the gate which means I will definitely forget my code now since I don't have to key it in each time.

The staff, Cindy and Mark, are truly blessed, caring people and enjoyable to have met them. Very helpful I felt comfortable.

Over the years I have rented storage spaces at several locations/companies all over the Fort Worth area and Mini U storage in Crlowley is the best by far! Facility is clean and well maintained, the staff are super friendly and happy to help will all your storage/moving needs. I highly recommend this location to everyone !

Wow! What can I say? I've been with Mini U Storage now for 3 1/2 years and they have been a great staff and company to do business with. Through all my trials I've been thru, they have been such a understanding and kind staff. Always friendly and understanding of you and your situations. Also, the business is well kept and the grounds are always clean. Very secure and they have a great Mini U Storage app that allows you to enter and exit the gate remotely thru the app, and pay you bill. I have had a unit there for over 3 years. I’ve had nothing but exceptional service. But the other day I was cleaning out my unit for an upcoming yard sale. Although it’s January, Texas January’s aren’t what they used to be. But anyways I was out there for hours and Mark comes riding up on his golf cart and offers me a couple of bottled waters. He also offers me a couple of trash bags and says if there’s anything else I need,I could let him know. Now I can’t remember the last time anyone’s ever offered me service like that. For that reason alone, I will remain a customer at Mini U Storage.

The people at the Crowley Mini U Storage are welcoming and very helpful. They helped me decide on the size unit I needed and were very quick on all the paperwork needed. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Great friendly service! I changed sizes of the storage unit 3 times and had to cancel the truck rental after I decided I wasnt going to use it. The whole process was easy, and the ladies at the front desk never made me feel like an inconvenience. Definately recommend!

We are very pleased with this storage facility. The staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient. They provided business cards for several movers that have been recommended by their customers, which was a great help. We also used their moving truck to moved boxes. This is a clean, well kept facility. Cost is very reasonable, especially when compared to facilities in or closer to Fort Worth.

It's clean, cool(climate control), and the managers very friendly and polite. Will refer others to this place. And the price is right.

Moving is stressful and time sensitive. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised by how seamless everything was. Was shown multiple units until I decided on the size I wanted. Was treated with respect and kindness. Lovely people, lovely facility, very much would recommend.

This place is awesome! The operators are very hospitable - they keep tons of complimentary water on hand for YOU. You get 24/7 access. the units themselves are clean and in good repair. You can use their moving truck free to move your stuff in. It's a great place!
