If you're looking for a Storage facility with friendly, responsive and efficient staff, Mini U Storage in Crowley is for you. Climate Controlled spaces are available, (I didn't need that) but even the Drive Up units are clean and well-maintained. The management here has always been good (every time I was there) but the folks there now are simply Super! They'll tell you the Best Deal for the space, not try to put one over on you. I love these folks, you will too. Bring your stuff...

My overall experience was Outstanding! Mini U Storage was able to accommodate me a clean and very reasonably priced unit on short notice. Communication was superb, never waited more than a few hours for a response to any questions. Thank you for the great experience. Danny

Made a reservation online which was simple to do.. Showed up 15 minutes before close due to my work schedule. Lady at the service desk was polite & seemed happy to see me. She got me signed in quickly, took the time to show me the unit, & completed my lease. Answered any questions I had & even gave a 5% discount for prior military.

I had to change days for the rental due to an emergency. They were very accomadating. I also had to get a bigger storage unit since I had more than expected. They still made it happen and were very nice about it.

I rent here every year at the same time for business purposes. I have had such a great experience that I don't even shop anymore. I just come to see Mark and Cindy. They are very quick and thorough with the paperwork and helpful in any way. Today was move in day for me and once again during the cold, rain, wind and whatever else could go wrong they made it a great day! Do yourself a favor and come by!

I went to the Mini U Storage in Crowley yesterday to check on my storage building. When I got there it was in the name of the movers who stored my items. The managers were very accomodating, and helped me through the process of getting on the lease to be able to have access to my belongings. I am very grateful for their assistance and will reccomend this storage facility to anyone needing their belongings placed in storage.

Quiet, clean with enhanced security features for access and exit. Roomy and on-site security personnel .Office hours are posted clearly almost sounds like a 24hrs/7days almost 365days except for major holidays obviously when we all get a break from work . Best deal ever 2 months free just pay Insurance. Nobody can beat that 💯.

If I have a need again, I will definitely use this location. Your customer service at this facility is second to none. Keep doing what your are doing, they way y'all do it. Albeit brief, this was the best storage experience that I've ever had!

I already had a storage unit here but had to get a bigger one and the staff made it easy. I had a new unit in less than 30 minutes, they loaned me a cart to help make the move easier and I was done in under 2 hours. Couldn't be happier.

Absolutely the best storage place I have ever been to hands down! Cindy and her husband are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met. Great experience here 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome!!!

We have been customers before the company was bought by Mini I Storage. Mainly because of the great couple who run the Crowley location store. They have always been so friendly and helpful. I feel like my belongings are safe and I feel safe when I’m there (sometimes it has been in the middle of the night.)

I would give them 5 stars, they definitely deserve it for their customer service, the one and only thing that caused them to loose that 5th star, is there are NO lights inside the storage units! Which really sucks! They allow 24 hour access, but you cant see inside your unit if the suns not out....very disappointing.

Great customer service!!!

I rented 2 units from Mini U Storage at Crowley for over a year and was very pleased with the service, cleanliness, and overall came away very impressed! Thank you for running a great operation...

Awesome storage!!

The staff, Cindy and Mark, are truly blessed, caring people and enjoyable to have met them. Very helpful I felt comfortable.

Super nice couple managing the property. The app is super convenient, can use it to open the gate which means I will definitely forget my code now since I don't have to key it in each time.

Wow! What can I say? I've been with Mini U Storage now for 3 1/2 years and they have been a great staff and company to do business with. Through all my trials I've been thru, they have been such a understanding and kind staff. Always friendly and understanding of you and your situations. Also, the business is well kept and the grounds are always clean. Very secure and they have a great Mini U Storage app that allows you to enter and exit the gate remotely thru the app, and pay you bill. What I can say is that they are one of the best storage companies I've ever rented from. Please keep doing what you are doing! Loyal customer, Gerald Hawkins

Literally could not have had a better experience! Great folks, great conversations, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I used MiniU Storage in Crowley, TX for 5 yrs while I was out of state. It is especially hard to be 2,000 miles away from your precious belongings. I always felt very safe with MiniU Storage. Every time I called, I always talked to the same person. Very friendly, very professional. The facility was clean and maintained. I'm back now and all of my belongings are safe with me. Thank you MiniU Storage Crowley! I will definitely refer friends and family.

Spotlessly clean grounds, office and units, free truck loan, friendly service and good prices. Convenient to I20 and Fort Worth. This is the best self-storage facility I have ever encountered.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Vicki was very helpful she went the extra mile to make my experience great. Thank you for the world class customer service!

Extremely friendly staff. Made renting a storage unit very easy.

They were super nice and friendly. Free lock, free box truck usage, loaner dollies and always kind and straight forward. Real customer service here!!!

I feel safe renting from here knowing that my stuff is safe. And the people that work here are nice and very helpful. I’ll continue to rent from here as long as everything stays good and nothing bad happens.

Very friendly toward customers. Storage is nice and clean!

I have been renting from here for over five years now. This is an exceptional storage unit, it is very well maintained and cared for by the property managers. Feel safe and feel good about where you’re keeping your valuables!!

I rarely take the time to leave a review, but I am so impressed with the quality, and cleanliness of the facility as well as the personal attention that I receive from the staff at Mini-U-Storage. I Have been a customer for a while, and I am always greeted by name and treated with tremendous respect and care. Very refreshing to see that REAL customer service is alive and well in America. Well done Mark and Cindy!

I have had a unit there for over 3 years. I’ve had nothing but exceptional service. But the other day I was cleaning out my unit for an upcoming yard sale. Although it’s January, Texas January’s aren’t what they used to be. But anyways I was out there for hours and Mark comes riding up on his golf cart and offers me a couple of bottled waters. He also offers me a couple of trash bags and says if there’s anything else I need,I could let him know. Now I can’t remember the last time anyone’s ever offered me service like that. For that reason alone, I will remain a customer at Mini U Storage.

The people at the Crowley Mini U Storage are welcoming and very helpful. They helped me decide on the size unit I needed and were very quick on all the paperwork needed. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Great management team. Always friendly and offering help and water. It is refreshing to deal with a company that puts customer service as a top priority.

Great people and great customer service!!!

Very nice people. Don't ever worry about my belongings

Mark and Cindy manage this facility and are amazing people. This company is veteran friendly and I highly recommend to friends and family!!!

Great storage facility. Never had any problems and my belongings were secure. I would gladly use them again and recommend their services to newcomers.

Mark and Cindy are awesome... Facility is always clean.. Great Place!

Great friendly service! I changed sizes of the storage unit 3 times and had to cancel the truck rental after I decided I wasnt going to use it. The whole process was easy, and the ladies at the front desk never made me feel like an inconvenience. Definately recommend!

Great friendly clean AWESOME to have a storAge there !

Great customer service and very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend others to go here for their storage needs.

Very friendly and professional staff, they offer free water and a free lock (though we decided to return the free lock to them instead of keeping it for ourselves). The owners are very nice and hospitable. Would recommend this highly recommend this storage facility.

Clean and very nice

Good customer service very friendly people and helpful

Very clean grounds.

Super friendly staff, and very well monitored property. Prices are reasonable.

This place is secure & safe! Feel so comfortable loading & unloading stuff here, even if my husband isn't with me.

The best costumer services

Great place to store all your belongings! Staff was thorough and very friendly. I would recommend this to my neighbor.

These are the nicest, most professional people. I've had several storages before and this was by far the easiest and painless experience.

Nice, helpful people. Reasonable prices. Plus, it was really close to home!

We are very pleased with this storage facility. The staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient. They provided business cards for several movers that have been recommended by their customers, which was a great help. We also used their moving truck to moved boxes. This is a clean, well kept facility. Cost is very reasonable, especially when compared to facilities in or closer to Fort Worth.

It's clean, cool(climate control), and the managers very friendly and polite. Will refer others to this place. And the price is right.

Moving is stressful and time sensitive. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised by how seamless everything was. Was shown multiple units until I decided on the size I wanted. Was treated with respect and kindness. Lovely people, lovely facility, very much would recommend.

Friendly

Amazing-TOP NOTCH-A-1 Service! The lovely couple that runs this place truly treat you like you’re their neighbor! They offered endless time/resources that made my transition into their complex seamless and enjoyable. Not one single complaint coming from this guy! Definitely would recommend using this place any and every time you need storage!!!

Great folks here. I rent once a year every year and I come back. I have no interest in shopping around.

Absolutely loved used Mini U for my storage needs. They were super nice and helpful! Loved that I could access my unit when ever as well. If I ever need to store my stuff again it will be with these guys!!

Love it!

The managers on site at this facility are amazing!!
