They were very flexible and offered really nice rates, even 1-2 months off depending on the unit size. My coworkers had already recommended them before due to our job field always moving every couple of years alongside TDYs and Deployments, so when we went there we had already thought highly of them. They are climate controlled in the storage units and even cover $25 in packing stuff within the first 30 days. Honestly, really nice and really chill.

What a great experience with Mike in signing up for a storage unit. He was very knowledgeable, kind, fun and personally engaged with us throughout the whole process. I would never go to any other storage unit. The units are CLEAN...and very well managed. Ron and Tammy, the managers on site were fantastic as well. It was easy to tell, it wasn't just a job to them, but cared about the customer's satisfaction at this location. Super experience and customer service.

First time using any storage unit and the staff made the process insanely easy. They had no problem entering all my information the day before my reservation. On top of that, they were highly informal and giving on what they have to offer. Had no idea they offered a moving truck in the first 30 days. Overall great experience with friendly staff!

Stumbled across this company during an exhaustive search for a reasonably priced location that was staffed by individuals who actually know, understand, and provide real customer service. William and Mike definitely didn't let me down. The facility is easy to get to, well maintained, and exceptionally priced. If that isn't enough to get you in the door, they also combine discounts ( which I qualified for the autopay and military discounts ) in order to give you the absolute lowest possible rate they can do.the as well. BUT WAIT!! THERE'S MORE!! They also offer a truck rental for an entire day for free!! No joke! The only MINOR downside is that scheduling the rental was a bit tight (slim pickins on availability - but that just speaks to the fact that customers are flocking to this location to handle their storage needs! ), and even then, William offered to contact me if someone cancels their reservation. Way to go guys!! And way to go Mini-U for making these guys part of your organization. Your hard work and commitment to customer service has not gone unnoticed, and are honestly appreciated. I totally recommend Mini U Storage. I checked out several storage places before I decided on this Mini U Storage location and I am totally confident I made the best decision. The place had best price but before blindly booking online I wanted to see it in person first. Mike helped me and provided the outstanding, friendly, helpful service I hoped for. He gave me reassuring info about property grounds, security, etc without me needing to ask. Grounds were clean, and he let me see the storage unit size I was looking for, also automatically trying to find one that would be closest to door and easiest to access. No pressure at all. All around I’m glad I shopped around and found this place before settling elsewhere! Afterwards I remembered I went with another mini U location for a moving truck several years ago and had great service there too. So I can tell Mini U as a company prides themselves on being the best. My advice to anyone reading this review is don’t waste time shopping around just settle with Mini U and you will be pleased! Again, Mike at this location went above and beyond for me. Thank you!
