DRIVE-UP STORAGE & VEHICLE PARKING ON GOLDENWEST ST

I walked in without a reservation or appointment and ended up renting a unit within 15 minutes. The manager was helpful and friendly to make the process smooth and seamless. I rented the unit for one month and received 2 months free. Top notch customer service!

Thank you, Mini u storage really appreciate the service, especially the front desk Jorge and Jeff were really helpful. I’m definitely gonna recommend this place to my friends and family. Thanks again five stars for sure.

Excellent service at Mini U Storage! Special thanks to Manuel Valenzuela for his outstanding customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help. He made the whole process easy and stress free. Highly recommend!

Jeff and George are very helpful in helping with understanding me and helpful in my parts their there if you need something or anything I highly recommend this storage to anyone and family and friends

The managers here (Lisa and Manny) were exceptionally professional and proficient with their services. They’re fast, friendly and efficient making this move a lot less stressful. I appreciate you both dearly!

Came in from Public Storage, where they were charging me upwards of $170/mo for a 10x10… downsizing to a 5x10 was still over $100… It’s nearly half the price for a 5x10 here, and the staff are very friendly. They gave me a Lock free of charge, and a cold water since it’s been so hot lately. Here to stay.

Wonderful service...highly recommended for everyone.

Jorge was very attentive and helpful! We made a reservation early this morning and came a little after 9. He was able to show us our unit, make sure we liked it, we brought our own lock that we were having troubles with and he helped us right away with getting a new one. He was very friendly and polite which was nice to encounter! Moving can be tough and he made our experience better. The unit seems to be easy to get our stuff in and out, well priced, and clean. Amazing service and friendly staff!

Great experience! George at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. Showed me many units to choose from and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Mini U Storage in Westminster! Jeff and Lisa were wonderful to work with. We had a vacation interrupted by a family emergency and needed to store our truck and trailer somewhere in the area. They had the room and worked with us to secure two spots at a very reasonable rate for the time we needed to park them there. I would highly recommend using them for storage space or RV storage. Thanks for helping us out!

Great staff... EXTREMELY knowledgeable professional. I've been to other storage companies.Mini U storage is the best.

I am just new renting the space - 1 day in. For now I can say it was easy and so far I am pleased signing on to rent.

We have been here for 4 years. They have always been so pleasant and helpful. We recently needed to upgrade to a larger unit. They helped us to keep our costs to a minimum as well as arrange the billing. They even brought us water as we emptied the old unit. I highly recommend this location.

Great customer service!! Had a snafu with our truck rental, they were so helpful in getting us a cargo van same day so we could still complete our move in. Took us on a tour on the golf cart and made sure we were comfortable with our storage location. Highly recommend!!

The people are so nice here! The place was so clean the guy even offered to sweep our storage unit before we put our stuff inside! The environment here was just amazing

This place is clean. The mom/son who manage the facility are so nice & live on site. Not 5 stars only because it is not climate controlled & not 24/7. Other than that I’m glad my belongings are there for my move.

Manny was a great help in getting the right sized unit and understanding to my situation and patient to timing when things don't go as exactly planned. Jeff and Jorge were a great help the following day also. I've had several storage units at various other companies but the care and service they are providing is very above others.

Great storage, awesome staff and very helpful!

the couple managing the place is very nice, friendly and helpful. this place had the best prices around. it's very convenient - just a 1/4 mile south off the 22 freeway. i would give it 5 stars except for the fact the building/units are in kinda rough shape. but, that is what probable helps keep the monthly rental reasonable. i paid for a whole year in advance and that gets you a discount. Very professional. This is a clean facility with reasonable price. Will definitely recommend

We rented a spot for our boat. The on-site management team is very friendly & professional. It looks like they take the security seriously which was very important to us as we had been vandalized before. We liked that they gave us a few locations to choose from so that we could select which spot works best for us.

Great customer service. Very clean.

Mini-U Storage is defintely the best storage facility in the area. Their location gives a sense of security for my belongings that others could not. The staff is extremely friendly, informative and understanding. I have P.T.S.D and upon my first visit they made me feel very comfortable. Their ability to relate to their customers and understand current hardships is something other businesses should strive to obtain. I highly recommend Mini-U Storage to everyone.

cool spot

Staff/Ownership is very friendly and welcoming. Place was just what we were looking for and at a very reasonable price. First month and AAA discount was great on top of competitive rates.

Very reasonable prices, really like that they offer a truck rental with move in, and that they offer insurance for the unit rather than having to provide my own (although they allow you to use your own if you prefer). Their gate hours are a little better than some of the other places I checked out. Anne & Guy were really awesome, great customer service!

Ann was extremely helpful. Very nice people. Very clean unit's. Would use them again.

After searching the area to store some of mom's old stuff, I came to mini u storage and was impressed with fair prices, friendly owners and most importantly helpful! Don't usually leave reviews but they definitely deserved it so highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

Ann and Guy they were great. They took their time to show all their options and the prices are great!

Convenient, good customer service with competitive rates.

The employees at Mini U Storage are wonderful in both attitude and being informative. The access to the all ground floor access doors makes loading and unloading a breeze. Free use of a moving truck to move in saves a lot of time and $. The unit rental fees are some of the best. A great place!!😃

Very Nice People at this Westminster !! Very Friendly & Helful !!! Thank You , Tim A.

The courteous and kind

It's my first time renting a storage which it's kind of hassle to my husband and myself. When I called the place to get the contract signed and the storage keys; "Heather" The awesome employee went above and beyond to help me with my rentals need. She explained the different promotion they have and the one that accommodate me the best. We changed our mind several times but she was patient enough to help us. I salute you that you have such an employee. She is courteous, helpful, and compassionate for older people like me. God bless you Heather

Been a customer here for a year. Staffs are friendly and lots of new rental deals. They made exceptions for me on hours when I really needed it. Don't hesitate to check it out.

Great customer service. Very easy to get set up and situated.

I've rented a 5x10 I was very worried at first whether or not I would fit all my furniture. Lucky they have a tall ceiling so stacking boxes was possible. I don't own too much furniture but I was able to fit a desk, two cabinets, and quite of few boxes of clothes and miscellaneous. The staff was very professional and the renting process was very smooth and straightforward. I'd definitely recommend my friends to store their belongings here.

This particular location, while still bearing the burden of its soulless corporate matrix, is better managed than most of its kind. Make that MUCH better managed.

Heather is awesome!!

The nicest people work here and the rates are reasonable. When I need storage for a few months I head here

I have been at this Mini storage for a year and great friendly people .great customer service .the best is ,all on the ground floor .If you need something they are there for you on the phone or if you need anything when your at your storage great place to store your special stuff

They worked with my sister on prices of a container, and cared about her situation. Very professional.

Kristy and Eric were the most accommodating folks. A+ customer service and they had me moving in the unit the next day as promised. Thank you for making this moving process a bit easier!

The husband-and-wife team that run this operation is above and beyond what you expect from excuse me for saying a mundane job as they have. They have to deal with all walks of life and attitudes but they do so with such professionalism and Grace battery stores a bit of Faith and people . The facility is clean well secured and I feel safe having my stuff stored there I recommend this facility to everybody.

I came in today to rent a unit and was having the worst day ever!!! Thanks to Kristy, Heather and Eric my day got a million times better. Their customer service was phenomenal!

Laid out everything clear for me and Heather who works in the front even mentioned a lock reimbursement from sparefoot i didnt know about.

It’s not just storage here. They do a great job keeping the place clean, the staff is very responsive and they keep the prices affordable. I also like how when we needed to get a larger unit they put us on a list so we could get first opportunity to claim it so we didn’t have to move to a different storage location. Would definitely recommend.

These people are great. I will miss them since I moved out. They are so sweet and a pleasure to know them. Service was great and I used a storage for over 2 years.

Best team working there.

Kristy did a great job! She is very personable, professional and pleasant! She went above and beyond by providing an explanation of each unit. Her patience and professionalism is what made me choose this storage facility versus the others in the neighborhood! Thanks Kristy for your hospitality and assistance with choosing the unit that fit my needs!

This storage unit is easy to have your items stored! Setting up auto pay is easy, access to your unit is easy, and the research of finding an affordable storage unit is easy! We recently have had to store some items for our clients and we came across this place since it was affordable and easy access to the storage units. All of the units are drive up access so no waiting for elevators or having to break a back walking down the hallways with your furniture. Simply drive up to your 5'×10' or 10'×20' (many different size units) and unload or load right there. They even have over 20 spots or so for vehicle storage! The storage lot is well maintained and there are no signs of vandalism or homelessness lurking the area. This is a great spot to have your items stored with piece of mind, and trust us we know storage! The employees and managers are uber friendly are very knowledgeable on getting you the best deal they can. Happy storing!! 🙂
