Christina was very helpful. Knowledgeable and professional.

We recently signed up this month, turns out we get two additional months for free. Helps us sort things out with ease not feel rushed to get rid of our items. Definitely recommend it here. Staff is very friendly and quick, they get us the help we need every time.

I rented a storage unit today at Mini U Storage from Christina. She was very professional and answered all my questions concerning renting a unit. She honored all online specials and explained everything in detail. I shopped around and their rates were the best. I highly recomment renting your unit from Mini U Storage and work with Christina who is very friendly and helpful!!

We had the best experience renting a unit from Christina today! She was so patient with my lateness and once we saw unit and decided we needed twice as big she helped us get the best bang for our buck! It’s also super helpful that they let you use their moving truck for the day for FREE when moving in! Would highly recommend. Oh yeah, and I love that the managers live on site so my stuff just feels way more secure that way

10/10 service, got the storage a few weeks ago. Time got the best of me forgot to ho in and finish everything after paying for a unit. The lady was extremely nice still making sure i can get the unit!!

Christina, who is the new manager there... She is on point!!! She treats everyone with respect , and she understands everyday people. I also her price is beat a lot of the places around. Thank you Christina...

So far it’s kool the 5’10 actually bigger then i thought

Nice customer service. Christina is the best!! Safe place.. i recommend mini u storage

Thank you so much to Christina at Mini U Storage! What a wonderful experience I just had renting the largest storage unit that they have which is a 10’x 30’! And I receive the first month’s storage rent for free! Bonus! I was looking around town to move all of my personal belongings from my house and everything from my welding company. I found the best rates and the best deals across town at Mini U Storage. Storage units back on my side of Vacaville’s “88” are over $118 more per month for a smaller size than over here! Thank you for making this like hitting the RED Target easy button today! Fix’s Welding and Fabrication

Customer service was incredible

Definitely great service! Worked with me on getting a last minute unit. Excellent customer service

First time here and the service was great from the start. The front desk lady was great (the wife), we talked and talked about everything, which made the the process quickly. She spoke very clearly and was understanding of me being mentally all over the place with this move.

Christina was amazing!! So helpful and the whole process was so easy.

I have rented a unit at this facility for a couple years now and it has been great. The new manager Christina is very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this location.

Great experience! Super friendly

Tammy is the best! So helpful and kind, we had to rent a unit last min due to a death in the family so it was very difficult. She helped the mood and was just a gem. LOVE this place highly recommend

I've been with this facility for about a year and half and the service has been decent. But since Tammy & Ron moved in recently the customer service has improved 10 fold as well as the grounds itself has begun a transformation. The office is staffed every minute of the operating hours and facility maintenance and improvements have been being conducted daily. What was a mediocre facility I would now consider top of the line with the level of customer service that Tammy and Ron provide.

Great couple running it!! Very affordable and glad I found this place!

Great place! Plenty of room

They were great. Changed from a larger unit to a smaller unit with no problems. Thanks for your help.

Wonderful people .funny and super helpful with getting the storage unit

Pleasure storing my belongings here with this awesome couple! They are very helpful in making sure you get the storage space best fit for your things. They were kind people and keep a clean surrounding.

Mini U Storage makes it easy for me to organize my living space by providing a place to put items I don’t use every day and allowing me to prioritize my free time between a full-time job, two school-aged children activities and events, and the never-ending task of trying to declutter my home. The following are key advantages in my decision to get a storage unit: Maximizing Space: They provide extra room for items that you don't need daily, freeing up space in your home or apartment. Seasonal Storage: Ideal for storing seasonal items like holiday decorations, winter clothes, or sports equipment that you only use during specific times of the year. Decluttering: Helps keep your living area tidy by storing items that might otherwise create clutter. Accessibility: Accessible storage units or vans allow you to easily retrieve items whenever you need them, maintaining a sense of order and accessibility. Protection: They provide a safe and secure environment for your belongings, protecting them from damage or loss. If you’re wondering why I chose Mini U storage, the customer service can’t be beat! Paired with reasonable pricing for my 10’ x 10’ unit, I highly recommend Mini U Storage in Vacaville for your storage needs!

The family team (Rory and Sandy) who owns and operates this storage facility is friendly and helpful. I just moved to the neighborhood and needed a space to store items from my old house. The 10x10 unit is affordable priced and also has 10ft ceilings so can fit a lot. Their rules are very reasonable as well. I recommend.

Renting a 6' x 10' to store a motorcycle and the management here could not be more friendly and helpful. Spoke to Rory (sp?) about the reservation and he was super nice and informative. Sandy got me moved in and it couldn't have been an easier/better experience. I'm very comfortable that the bike is secure with these conscientious managers living onsite *UPDATE JAN 2023 I sold the bike and Rory and Sandy were there and just as nice and helpful as ever. I believe you'd be hard-pressed to find to find better, more conscientious folks to store your stuff with. Good people!

The managers of this storage, Rory and Sandy are extremely attentive to the needs and safety of tenants. I appreciate their friendliness and helpfulness. The storage spaces are spotless and the grounds are well kept.

Rory and the other owner were very friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood everything before I signed the papers and left. Side note: they offer a discount to military personnel.

I was in need of finding a small unit to store some household items. I reserved a unit online with a facility close to my house. The office was closed due to covid and after a week of trying to call and email I was never contacted. The day came when I needed to move my items so I decided to drive to this location to see if they could help. I’m so glad I did. Even while using covid precautions they were able to meet my needs quickly and efficiently. Very nice staff as well

Excellent experience! My possessions were important to him as it was to me! Personal relationships are important to him, and it shows as knowing my items are in a safe place! Highly recommend to use their services!

I had the extreme good fortune to meet Rory today. I am getting ready to move out of state and needed a nearby location to store things while we pack and have some minor work done to the interior of our home. Rory was extremely helpful in showing me a couple of different sized units that fit my needs. He helped me get all of my paperwork set up and gave me some helpful recommendations on help with moving larger items and other services that I'll need over the next few months. The location is super clean and very well maintained. He also took the time to show me how to access the unit and explained the hours. He is extremely friendly and really made me feel like my stuff will be in good hands and very safe under his watch!

Have been using these guys for years. The units are well maintained. Prices are reasonable.

Excellent Customer Service. Precisely explained all options available to me. They turned what was going to be a stressful day into one of calm. We went to a few other places in Fairifeld and decided to drive out to Vacaville and we are glad we did. If your undecided on where to rent a storage space it doesnt hurt to come out and get a quote. You will not be disappointed.

The experience was great!!! They treated me like I was their only customer.

Great customer service

Great Customer service and great competitive prices!! What a fantastic find!

Without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years. When I called at 9:00 am, I got a prompt answer without the phone ringing and ringing. I got a lady who took my info, and within 5 minutes, Rory called to make an appt. I have to tell you, both Rory and Sandy went above and beyond to explain their facility, and there was no doubt in my mind that I was in good hands. The facility is very clean, and these two people show pride in their facility. A true pleasure to do business with them both. We really felt like family. You can't go wrong doing business here. And the price is competitive as well. What more could one ask for?

I LOVE this place. Rory and Sandy are great folks, and they really helped me in my time of need. It is close to where I live, CLEAN, and to cap it off, I got a free truck rental with my first month's rental space, which saved me a lot of money. I also like that their prices are way better than any of the other storage units I have rented. They are genuinely nice, honest and care about their customers. I would give them two snaps and a twist and recommend them to anyone!!

They were very friendly and helped me get everything I needed. Would recommend for everyone

They made this move in so easy. Needed a storage unit last minute and they made it quick and painless. Very friendly as well, they wave every time you drive through. Area is kept clean and secure, also they don't allow any food in units to cut down on pests. I would recommend them to anyone.

The on-site managers were incredibly helpful and had amazing knowledge and tips to pass on to us during a stressful time. They offer shelving, packaging items, locks, even the use of a truck. Easy access, right up the street in town. 24/7 security. And the best managers EVER! Ask about specials and deals, there is usually something going that will benefit you. I went to this facility because of the price, but I am staying because of the customer service.
