Svonda was an absolute Angel who came into my life last week when I had no answers to what I was able to do in my situation . My prior unit at last minute sent me an email raising my rent outrageous amount. I was devastated. Svonda assured me that she could help me and she did. She is so sweet and kind. I am thankful for all she has done to accommodate me. Thank you for everything Svonda . I just recently had to go back in and add another unit to my account. I had that by Charles who was very helpful and kind. He gave me options that would work for my situation and gave me peace of mind. I recently used Mini U for my storage needs, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Within minutes of booking my reservation, the team followed up with me, showcasing their efficiency and dedication to customer care. They were incredibly friendly and offered extensive assistance throughout the process. One of the standout features of Mini U is the free moving truck they provide, which makes my move so much easier. Additionally, they offer a very sturdy steel shelving rack unit at no extra cost, which was a fantastic bonus. The facility itself is located in a nice and safe area, adding to the peace of mind when storing my belongings. In terms of affordability, Mini U is one of the lowest-priced storage options I've encountered, despite offering such great amenities. They even have a wine storage unit, catering to a variety of storage needs. Having used storage units before, I can confidently say that Mini U is by far the best I've seen. Highly recommend!

This facility boast 385 units, which consists of 5' x 5' up to 20' x 40'. They are a mix of climate control and non-conditioned units. Their office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. gate hours 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. And if you get caught after hours inside the gate you have no worries you can still get out. They are conveniently located near a Navy Federal credit Union. The manager of the facility, Ms. Savonda, was exceptionally helpful as I run her through the questions that matter most to me. So if I didn't cover yours feel free to ask me and I'll find out. The facility was very clean and dry although it is hot 125° standing on the blacktop. The day had a heat advisory from 11 am to 8 pm w/ 91° . I would recommend this facility to anyone whom values their belongings.

Great customer service and very understanding of my situation. I'm BIG on communication and they communicated well. Thank you Mini U Storage!

Very friendly and alot of help….great storage unit

Super fast and great rate and love the ease of access to our unit. Would highly recommend!!

Super friendly! Let me start by saying, my fiancé and I are moving out soon, and we needed a storage unit fast and affordable, I took a Saturday off and searched for MANY storages and figuring out their rates on different units. Many were very high in price until I found Mini U Storage, as soon as I walked in the facility, the lady in the front desk, the manager, was super friendly and greeted me with a smile. She was able to suit my needs of a specific unit and was able to find one that was available. Also, the prices for these units were highly affordable and I do recommend this place to anyone running on a low budget! On the plus side, this storage facility is gated, and requires a code to get in (after purchasing the unit first, of course) lots of security cameras as well! So you don’t have to worry about your stuff getting stolen! Again, I highly recommend this place!

Savonda took care of me in a tight time crunch. Best location to my home and also best price. Great service, highly recommended!

Awesome experience. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone I know Looking for a storage unit. Property manager was very informative displayed superior costumer service.

This was my first time ever getting a storage unit. Savonda was a great help. I had so many questions but she was super friendly and answered them all(and believe me I had many!!!) She made me feel comfortable with this whole process and that’s important to me. Thank you again and with so many storage places in the area I’m glad I picked this one!

The place was immaculate. Great service and will spread the word.

I am not always in Virginia Beach. Every time I have needed assistant and Savonda was on duty. i have received the best customer service. I have a big responsibility with my mentors Estate. I have called a lot. It was always difficult for me to get into the system and pay my bill. plus I had added requirements for addition storage. Savonda every time has been extremely helpful. On a couple of occasion Savonda was not working. The gentleman that was could not help me with the data base you use to give me receipts. I have had the until almost a year and every time I called and Savonda was on duty, things went so smooth. I thank her from the bottom of my heart. she has excellent communication skills, i would explain what I needed and she would work it up and produce. Im retired 30 years from the Navy. I worked in Logistic, so trust me when I say Savonda was excellent she was. I am a stickler for customer service. My young troops would tell you, Do bot BS Warrant, She treats customers like it herself. I can say this young lady is absolutely the best and will go far. thank you so much

Was very pleased with the staff , very friendly. Savonda Quarles is an outstanding employee and because of her I will use Mini U Storage if the need arises in the future. Thank ypou Savonda
