Best prices and super helpful

The office managers were great and easy to work with. The premises is clean and well maintained. It is located close to a main street, in a quiet neighborhood, and is fairly priced for the unit.

Jaimie and Jordan are THE best managers! I was frantically moving my things out last minute and was stressed about the moving truck being available and also feeling crunched for time to get it back before they closed. They were very understanding and flexible while walking me through all my options. They also recommended an affordable family run moving company to help me unload my truck at my new apartment. They’re not only great managers, but wonderful humans as well. I highly recommend storing your personal items at Mini U as long as these two are around!

Very secure facility with great customer service

Would definitely recommend Mini U storage, it’s clean and very secure. The staff there are super friendly and extremely helpful.

I was in a tough spot with only 72 hours to move out of my 1-bedroom, 750 sq. ft. apartment. After wasting over five hours visiting several “popular” storage places with no luck on the right size or access I needed, I found Mini U Storage through Google. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, but I also met two amazing employees, James and Jordyn, who were informed, friendly, and helpful. They clearly explained all the online steps and even provided access to a courtesy box truck. Mini U Storage delivered excellent service and fair prices during an already stressful time. Thank you for making the process smooth and for giving me peace of mind!

This Mini U Storage has been great! Jordan and James are super helpful, kind, and do a great job of taking care of the place. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a storage unit in Littleton!

I want to give a shout-out to my favorite storage facility - the Mini U Storage facility at 7322 S. Carr St in Littleton CO. I have had many a unit there over the last 20+ years. Had the pleasure to get to know each of the Site Managers over this time and all have become friends to me! Definitely has the best 360 view of the surrounding sights from their hilltop location!! Gary Davis

kim is super awesome very friendly and well informed on everything highly recommend working with her

Kim and Christopher at the Carr Street Mini U Storage location are absolutely marvelous! They are incredibly kind, caring, honest and the consummate professionals. Their beautiful smiles, warm greetings and the professional and organized way that they are managing that storage facility are the breath of fresh air and the brilliant light that that location desperately needed after the nightmare that the previous managers created at that location. It is now a pleasure to visit that site, instead of cringing every time that I had to go there under the previous management and being lied to repeatedly by the previous hostile and unprofessional managers that have thankfully left. Thank You Mini U for hiring such wonderful people to represent your company. Kim and Christopher have saved my option of your company after the previous nightmare experiences with Debbie and Walt.

Kim and Christopher were very helpful. The units are in great condition.

Super friendly, very helpful, clean and nice. Excellent place if you're looking for decent storage.

This place is awesome! I would highly recommend it. There’s some of the lowest prices around. In the staff is also very friendly. Doing

So far, so good. This was one of the least-expensive self-storage facilities that I was able to find in and around this area and it’s actually quite nice. It seems pretty new and is very clean and tidy. Although it’s quite a large facility, it was very quiet when I moved my stuff in recently. There is also quite a bit of space between each building, which I appreciate because there is plenty of room for two way traffic to pass through. Also something I think is a pretty nice perk is that they offer the use of a free uhaul type truck to new customers for several hours if necessary and you can also have them put-up shelves in your storage unit for free if you like. I didn’t take advantage of either of those services, but the fact that they offer these perks is pretty cool and helpful in my opinion. I am very pleased thus far, especially since I am now paying less than half of what I had been paying at another facility for more space.

Debbie was fantastic. She was really efficient at getting me the unit I reserved.

I love this place!

Great friendly and fast service. Best price in town.

Very nice people, whole process was quick and easy. The lot is clean, storage areas the actual sizes advertised rather than paying for 10x10 and getting 8 1/2’x 9 1/4’.

This place is the most friendly and helpful place I have experienced. The units are clean and the staff is awesome.

This place is an absolute gem. I have used a good number of storage facilities in the Denver Metro area, and this one is the best of all of them, hands down. I've had two units here. Both of them were clean and in excellent shape. I felt safe/secure with my belongings there; the grounds are kept immaculately clean; the restrooms are always clean; and the complimentary use of the truck is really a great incentive - it too felt safe and in good running order and it saved me the cost and hassle of renting a truck elsewhere. I honestly can't say enough good things about this facility. 100% recommended.

This is my first storage unit and the team at Mini U Storage was great. Units were clean and everything was communicated at my first visit with office staff. Prices are right too. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit.

Debbie was very helpful with getting our storage unit set up. She gave us all our options and made sure we found the unit best for us! They’re amazing!

Just renting for the first and am very impressed. Debbie and Walt are super friendly and very helpful!

These guys are wonderful! We did a drive through with Walt, and he was gave us a “professional” drive through the lot to help us find the right size for us. His wife is an absolute doll! They took their time with us and made sure we were all squared away and taken care of. This couple is so loyal to the company, absolutely have my wife’s and I support!

Debbie was a huge help in starting my lease for a unit! It’s my first time leasing a storage unit and it was such a wonderful experience! Nice and clean area! Thank y’all so much!

Excellent facility. Great staff and well kept and secure buildings.

Amazing service, clean units, friendly and kind staff.

Very seemless process of renting a unit. Managers were very kind and helpful getting me setup with a new storage unit on a days notice, when I needed it most.

Debby was very polite and sweet. She was very helpful with the process and really helped us get all the paper work done as well as get the storage unit very quick. She really made us feel like we came to the right storage unit.

Nice , clean, well managed facility. Good location and easy access.
