Drive-Up Storage & Parking on Grand River Avenue

There customer service was top tier, units were also clean and new.

I called several storage facilities in the area and they were by far the friendliest and most helpful. They make everything so easy ro sign up online, so no driving there first to set things up. Units are new and very nice! Location is accessible right off of US 23. Highly recommend!

Five stars for the manager Jane. I've had a unit at her Novi location for seven years and she has consistently been pleasant and helpful while being completely professional. Jane has made doing business with Mini-U a positive experience. I consider her a great asset to this business.

My move in was seamless. I loved being able to rent the move out truck. Highly recommend!

Jane assisted me at the Novi location and she's the best! She was friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Jane is Mini U storage's best asset. In addition, the grounds are clean and well-kept and the price was competitive.

We’ve worked with this location for years on Penske rentals! They’re incredible. We love Jane she’s kind, considerate, and accommodating. Sadly you don’t see much of that in this industry, but she is the top tier of what the storage and rental community needs. Blessed to have her local and so easy to work with. Will keep coming here for years!

Jane was knowledgeable and friendly. Clean storage units.

I've spoke to a few different employees at this location and each one of them have been very nice, respectful, professional and helpful. Even the newest employee was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm not from here, have no family and I'm going through a lot of life-threatening health issues that make life very difficult for me at this time. Both Office managers I spoke with were very understanding and more than willing to help me get my stuff into a safe place. I reserved my space online but I can change the size if it's not the right amount of space whenever needed without any hassle. *Plus my first two months are free. *Extra bonus is that I'm able to use their truck which makes this extremely stressful situation so much easier on me in allot of ways. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place to store their belongings in a safe, clean environment with a good experience from the people/employees that are overlooking the company and ultimately your belongings. ************************************************** ************************************************** I give them 100⭐ I personally appreciate All of You Ladies very much!!! Thank you Ladies!!! ❤️

My experience was excellent, the representative was professional and explained everything, showed me different sized units so I could ick the best one suited to my needs

Well 3 years in and I am still impressed with this place. After a recent visit, I didn't secure my lock properly. I was called and assured that while my unit was locked it was not to the best security. Thank you again!

Great rate on a 10' x 10' storage unit. Makes prepping for placing home on the market so much easier! Free rental truck made the move super easy too!

Thank you, Andrea and Scott!!! Moving is stressful enough and working with you two made me feel like there was one less thing I had to worry about. Excellent customer service, clean facility and great rates! Thanks again!! ☺

Thanks for your Great Programs

5 stars for the new management! Great follow-up and excellent customer service. Facility is clean and well maintained.

Hands down the best customer service i've had in almost anywhere in a loooong time!!! no kidding

Good storage area, a little high on price. They raise it every year.

Nice ppl

Both manages are very nice people. The property is also clean. Good rates and not bad for the storage space.

I do business here, the on site Management team and supportive staff is very professional. Clean environment. Over all company is compassionate. They work with me when it comes to unaffordable rate increases, which means a Great deal because I'm on a fix income. I have only one suggestion to reinstall another door to the office, for security reasons, it's like a trapped environment with only one way out.

Little place that also rents out trucks for moving etc, only one employee ,so be prepared to wit a bit

Customer Service is our # 1 Priority !!!!

Very good experience!

Easy set up and cheaper pricing. Just having an issue with the lock on my storage, it won't slide over and line up to put my pad lock threw it. Tryed calling to see if there was after hour maintenance and there is not.

Always clean and friendly place

Only thing that I don't like is that the gate closes at 9pm

Great prices and Tonya goes above and beyond for the customers

I had a great experience with Mini U Storage. Amber went out of her way to help me. I was helping a friend who had moved out of town to move, and she spent more than forty minutes helping me get everything worked out and solving problems. I really appreciate her efforts on my behalf.
