Great customer service, very friendly, answered everything I needed, and got my in and out. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

been a customer here for years and I've tried a few other storage unit companies (such as public storage) but this is THE BEST. don't fall for the deals the other companies offer. those are to trap you. mini u doesn't do that. go with them!

Loooove this place mia the property manager was friendly, helpful, and made my experience amazing!!

We were totally satisfied with our experience at Mini UStorage. The price is best in town. But more importantly it is clean, well kept, and high and dry. We kept our belongings there for over a year and the storage space stayed clean and dry. Very friendly front desk. It’s all you need for reliable storage.

Great staff and place of business.

Very friendly…Quick and easy to rent a unit. We will see how it goes from here.

This is the best managed storage facility. They really care and are willing to go the extra mile.

I highly recommend Mini U Storage 13450 Merriman Road, Livonia, MI. The managing couple was supportive as we concluded a long storage period with them. They patiently reminded us of and helped us fully understand our responsibilities to end our business with them. We arranged a service and joined the service there to remove our stored items. I swept out the walls, door and floor of the unit. Our business with the managing couple was ended in a prompt and fair way.

The husband and wife team that run the facility, we’re very friendly, pleasant to talk to, and very informative about renting the unit. It’s very clean and very secure. I would highly recommend this storage unit facility to my friends.

Just signed up for a storage unit. The managers were nice and helpful. They showed me around. They also showed me the unit that was available. It was nice and clean. The common area was well maintained. The whole process was easy. I got some available discounts. Moved some of my precious junk into my new unit. Overall I’m very satisfied.

You get what you give! If you are respectful you get respectful back! But either way you couldn't ask for nicer ppl to be running the place! They are very kind hearted ppl! I'm glad to have had the pleasure of meeting them both! I'm a natural born Gabber and they both put up with me talking that's an A+ 5 STAR RATING MY BOOK!!!! LOVE YA BOTH! This place has the Best rates, the absolute cheapest rates I've seen yet!!!!

Great people who have been absolutely amazing.

I had a great experience here! The staff is SO friendly. They all deserve a raise. I have not had quality customer service like that in years. The storage unit was perfect. They have carts to use and everything is well cared for. The signup process was easy as well. I highly recommend renting here!

The staff was courteous and friendly. The Manager on duty was knowledgeable and helpful.

Terri and the team was awesome in taking me through the process of securing my rental. Thanks for your help making this process go smoothly.

I went to rent a parking space at Mini U Storage today. The lady and gentlemen at the front desk were so friendly and awesome. I really appreciate you guys hospitality and conversation. My baby Griffin was trying to go behind the desk, he even turned out the lights and the woman at the front desk didn't get upset.

I wish I knew about it before cause they much better services than others Thank you & 100% satisfied 🙏

Very friendly and helpful!

Excellent service. Very quick with the whole process. Definitely were covid safe. The man who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful.

I cannot say enough about the courtesy and the hospitality that the manager there in Livonia shows me every time I deal with her. Her name is Teri!!! The first time I rented from her facility was for a long period Of time over 4 years. And I was very very satisfied with her service. times have become tough I've had to utilize another storage facility because of an unforeseen problem that occurred with my housing situation. I called Teri she remembered me she made me feel good about myself in the situation that I was in. I will always recommend any of my family and friends to that location even if it's out of their way because of the service she will give them! Way to go Teri keep up the good work!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming staff! Explained everything in detail and showed us different units to help us make a decision.

Service was great. Love the husband/wife duo.

Excellent experience. The husband and wife duo here are so helpful...they both have a genuine helpful spirit and are both funny. I had to store my stuff here before my new home was ready and they made this experience fast, convienant, and effortless. And they have specials for AAA members and non members that 15 dollars star buck card always makes u smile on the way out along with half off 1st month rent. This is the "Disney" experience of customer service.

Older couple that helped me did a great job and I'm 100% satisfied with the storage and transaction.

Very reasonable prices, great people, easy registration and leasing process. Unit was clean and very easy to get to.

Family has been using them for years. Gave them a try and had no complaints. Staff was helpful, prices were fantastic, units where a good size, and the location being near 96 was more the convenient. Will keep using

I have store here before and came back. The same manager was there. They let me use the truck for 19.00 which was nice since I was moving in a hurry.

Nice friendly staff with a wide variety of units to fit your needs

Very helpful staff and great prices! Nice size units and had use for a free moving truck which helped greatly!

Family has used in the past and it was a good storage option so I went back when I was looking for a unit. Very friendly owners, located conveniently near 96 and Merriman which logistically puts it near the best access roads in the area. No complaints.

They made our visit very pleasurable. I can't wait to visit them again.
