I just came back today to get a second unit and had the pleasure of meeting Ed and Barb, who were great as well. Ed drove me around to show me the available larger units, and Barb got me all set up with the new one. Convenient drive-up to gate, outdoor access. Clean place. I was bumped up from 49 dollars to 82 dollars by invoicing me with a changed category: “refrigerated items” which I had none of, but it was still a good deal. I had a 5 x 10 for 49 dollars for a few months then 82 dollars for another 4 or 5. Before that, I had a 5 x 5 for 49 dollars per month for 2- 4 months. Good place.. highly recommended.

Love this place for storage ! they are honest and lock the rate in for a year... unlike other places that keep charging more and more each month. Storage units are clean and the staff is so helpful. Barb and Ed went above and beyond when I was renting a 2nd unit recently. Definitely recommend for all your storage needs !

Whether you deal with Joan, Barbara or Brian, you are in good hands. Very accommodating and units are in broom clean condition. The rates are above reasonable and the $19.00, 50 mile, no hourly factor use of their box truck rental is best deal I've seen. I was able to get my stuff on one trip but could have had it until they close at 9:00 pm. The trio made my storage experience easy-peasy!

They are very friendly staff you have respectful courteous explained everything well

Ed & Barb were incredibly friendly & provided exceptional customer service.

Moved into my storage unit this past weekend and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. Barb and Ed and were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and took time answering all of my questions. I am extremely happy with my choice to move into this space.

Barb and Ed were very accommodating in our service. They made our rental service smooth so that way we were able to get our unit and tasks done efficiently. Thanks, Dinah

I've never had a more pleasant experience anywhere. Joan and Brian were great. Friendly, professional and cordial and gave us all the information we needed. Brian took us to the unit to look it over, then back to the office for the paperwork. Very clean and neat. I highly recommend Mini U Storage in Brick, NJ. They made my day! Oh, can't forget Jane. Spoke to her the day before move in. Overall, excellent customer service!

Rarely do these reviews. Husband and wife team that greeted me and worked with me were spectacular. Efficient and personable service. Clean facility and solid prices in comparison to what is offered in the area. Would 100% recommend.

Brian and Joan were excellent to work with. Made the whole process so easy. The facility is clean and welcoming. Both Brian and Joan are great conversationalists and know how to keep up a smile!

The husband and wife team who met me and greeted me, we're so friendly and so helpful, I really was amazed. I've been in and out of some storage spaces a couple of times over the years, and it's usually some kid board tears behind the counter. The people who took care of me today really put a tremendous amount of enthusiasm and Care into their work

I went in with my daughter to the facility, we were greeted by the husband & wife team that ran the facility. They were so very friendly. It was nice to see that kind of customer service still exists.

Love the management here, they are so friendly.. Very helpful people, they made my renting experience so easy.

Great service and friendly staff!

Brian and Joan were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Being my first time renting a storage unit, I had many questions and concerns, which Joan kindly addressed. She seemed to know my questions before I asked! I felt very comfortable and would recommend this facility to anyone needing a clean, well maintained storage facility which is very well run.

Friendly customer service . Easy process.

Great place. So glad i chose them. Very Friendly and helpful staff, felt like I've known them a long time. Property well taken care of. Bathroom very clean.

In a world where the “customer service” bar is so low, it was refreshing to have an experience that was nothing short of outstanding. If Brian and Joan are the face that represents Mini U Storage, you can be assured that your company is well represented. Both were professional and knowledgeable with an experienced eye towards putting the customer first. My wife and I could not have been happier. Well done!

First time renting a unit. Took me to see the unit to make sure it would suit my needs. Great experience. Moving supplies are also very reasonable. Brian and Joan were very professional and friendly. When I came for my move in date, both Brian and Joan were very pleasant and went through all of the details. They also showed me the unit to ensure it was the right size. The building and unit were very clean. I am very happy with Mini-U as my storage unit.

This is my second time using Mini U Storage in Brick. I also have family and friends that use this storage facility. It's convenient, prices are the lowest in the area, the grounds and facilities are well kept, and I was able to use one of their moving trucks for FREE when I moved in. Brian and Joan in the office were super friendly and professional which made me feel confident about the security of my belongings.

The Brick Staff is awesome. Great caring bunch that go above and beyond. Service was top--notch. Units reasonable , easy access and clean. Thank-you for everything. It's refreshing to see staff friendly and willing to help.

The people are great. The service was quick and thorough.

I have never in my life received such great customer service. I needed a storage unit right then and there. I was under a lot of pressure due to my time restrictions and duties of being a mother of a 3yr old. When I first arrived at mini u storage Joan and Brian completly threw me by surprise with their hospitality. This made my move a lot easier Joan went through all the paper work with me and everything. Brian assisted and worked together as a team to accomodate my needs. It was just wonderful to see team work! The fact that they acknowledged my son also made me feel like family. Brian helped me with a heavy box and the storage door afterward. Best part is storage unit is very affordable, first month was free, I got a complimentary lock and a Starbucks gift card!! Even after my purchase of the unit, I spoke with Joan again on the phone. I wanted to follow-up on my payment to be made. You can hear how happy she was still, even over the phone! She did wonderful again not to my surprise. I just wanted to mention, you should be proud to have employees like them. It is not easy to come by such happy employee's. They definitely made my exsperience a memorable one! And I will recommend my family and friends who need storage in the future. Thank you Brian and Joan for all your time and help!

I have had a storage unit here for about six years. I pay a reasonable rate and find the grounds well maintained and secure. The owners are always friendly and helpful. The location is in a pleasant area surrounded by trees. It's in a convenient spot off the main road, so traffic is not an issue when entering. A we'll run business

Very pleasant people at the front desk. Courteous and helpful. Lot is spacious and secure.

UPDATE:I still have not received the pro-rated amount I was promised. "in about two weeks". Its been almost a month. Mini U Storage is the best storage unit in the area (as well as outside the area). I saw several units prior to visiting Mini U and after seeing the facility and speaking with Jim and Lisa (managers), my mind was made up. I reserved an indoor unit. The unit and the building that housed it was immaculate. The price of the units were fair compared to other facilities however, Mini U is a superior site. The offer of their box truck came in handy on move in day and I appreciate the assistance I received each time I forgot my password. Do not discount this place because it doesn't have a popular name or a ton of locations half a mile apart. I moved 50 miles away and still kept it because the alternatives closer were not at all on par with Mini U. I finally had to move out of my unit because logistically it wasn't convenient anymore. I gave them several days notice but not before my payment was deducted. How surprised was I to find out that their policy is to pro-rate the amount paid? Very. The office has all the items you forgot to buy before your move and also will recommend "vetted" movers, if you need a referral. No wall of business cards on display. I don't expect to need a storage unit in the Brick area again but would not hesitate to recommend Mini U to anyone who needs to.

Great storage facility run by great people! They were helpful, friendly, efficient and had excellent prices! Would highly recommend 🙂

I could not have been happier with the care and service. Everyone was great right from the very beginning. I would definitely use Mini U Storage again.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful!

Great people and place to store your stuff. No place is as good as Mini U

The whole process of renting a unit was quick and pleasant. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and showed me how to get an additional 5% off of my monthly rental fee. The establishment is clean, maintained well and secure.

Managers Jim and Lisa were very helpful in the entire process renting me a unit. They were very professional and helped me through the entire process thoroughly explaining everything and assisting me decide what size unit I needed. Jim showed me various size units and explained everything I needed to know Re accessing the facility etc. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

Since I am a first time storage User I researched the storage areas locally. Picked This Mini U storage due to the great reviews. I was not disappointed- I received a phone call from them after I reserved. Upon arrival I was met by Lisa who filled me in on everything I needed - Jim took me out to my unit via golf cart so that I could see it before purchase. Lisa and Jim were wonderful. The place is clean and set up well. Feels very safe. Lisa and Jim live on site - adding to the comfort that my storage unit will be well looked after. Thank you Lisa and Jim for making my first storage experience a good one.

Great place, location, and staff! Super helpful and kind. Not to mention the facility is spotless.

I used this facility for over 10 years and never had a issue. My items never got wet or damaged. Just some dust which is understandable. Office staff was always helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

JAMES was very accommodating. He stayed late to complete paperwork. He had great promotional discounts! I'm also very satisfied that he made available the move in truck. Also scheduling my move in time frame has been super easy and he's been most helpful. The price is perfect and no hidden down payment fees.. exactly what I talked on the phone. Best true real deal thanks James!

Love this Mini U Storage in Brick Nj... Jim and Lisa Geiger were the nicest people to help us move into our unit. 4 months later with my stuff still in storage there and now with my parents downsizing, I told them to go see Jim and Lisa ... They were as pleased as I was with the cleanliness , convenience and sizes available.... Jim was extremely helpful with giving and showing them many options available and even a few making them laugh a few times - they quickly signed up ! It’s nice to know our belongings are safe and sound ! Thanks ! Carlene Fairgrieve

Very friendly and helpful. If you need a storage unit or two, Mini U Storage is the place to go.

Jim and his wife are so caring and kind, I didn't even want to price units anywhere else. The facility is always clean and all is in great condition. The people here are always offering to help. Who would want anything more?

Very clean facilities. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

I really appreciated the customer service. Everyone there is so nice. And they really go beyond their duties to make sure you feel comfortable with your belongings being placed in their units. I would definitely recommend this storage place to anyone who needs to store their stuff in someplace you can trust.

Very friendly and accommodating process is easy never a hassle staff is outstanding!!

Very helpful, clean , would rent again!!

Great staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. Prices for units are reasonable. The truck rental was easy to use and had great air conditioning! I was shown the unit prior to rental to make sure the size would work with what we have. We conveniently purchased locks there on site which saved us a trip to the store. Always a pleasure speaking to staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellant customer service. Unit was clean and exactly what I was looking for. Great location for easy access as well.

Wonderful staff. They were efficient, helpful, calm, and kind. The two people in the office worked very well together. The truck rental was easy to use. Like with any rental they had me return with the amount of gas used. Since it was not full, the guy zeroed out the trip meter for me and explained to buy a gallon for every 10 miles I drove. This saved me with guessing how much gas to buy to get it to the level it was at and avoided me from offer paying. I could buy a lock there but there was no policy that I had to. The storage are was clean and there were two carts ready in the building. They even showed me a map of the storage building and made suggestions on the best place to enter the building.

Always professional and most of all friendly. I have 2 units, one personal and one professional. No complaints here.

Customer service was fantastic. Super friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage options.

Clean units and helpful staff.

Very helpful!

Been with them 12yrs very nice to me

Their customer service was terrific. They explained everything I needed to know and went into detail when I had questions. I reccomend.

Great price for what you get!

Typical storage facility. They offer good desk support, $1 for 1st month, show the space you will get, climate controlled space, and carts for transporting storage inside their facility. Ask about autopay for a 5% discount.

Staff are amazing so proud to be a Tennant here

Staff was great very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Made sure I got the right size unit I was gonna need.... they were very quick with paperwork also. It was a great experience. No pressure no rushing or waiting a long time after I pick unit great place.
