Drive-Up Storage on Route 73 in West Berlin, NJ

This storage service brings a strong benefit for long term tents, which is the rent consistency. Unlike many other major brands, such as E** Stage or P** Storage, the rent raise only came about a year after and the increase was small in my case. It seems to be its rent policy. I was able to get another 2 month free as a new tenant when I renewed my registration. A free disk lock you can keep would be given at move in. Staff are friendly and thoughtful about payments etc. Near Walmart and a set of fast food restaurants (even including TB😆 !) Highly recommend👍😊💯

Nicole was a pleasure to deal with, site is clean and office is well organized. Happy to be hear

I’m very happy with my unit and the facility. The best part is having the price locked in for a full year, which gives great peace of mind. Excellent value and smooth experience overall—highly recommended!

I’m a return customer having just rented my second 10x10 unit at Mini U Storage. The facility is safe, convenient, and very clean. But the real differentiator is the staff. I’ve rented at other storage facilities but nowhere have I encountered people as patient, helpful, and pleasant as Deb and Jeremiah. They were simply the best!

Very friendly affordable n professional...I would recommend this facility to all

I have had a unit here for 2 years and down sizing to a smaller and the experience has always been delightful! If you need a unit come here!

Beyond professional and very kind. Responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend.

Great prices, clean area, great management

Simple and quick, Jaiden made it a breeze and was very professional!

My family has used Mini U Storage on 3 separate occasions throughout some years and have always had wonderful experiences. I myself have used the truck they have available 2 times it has always been a very smooth and easy process.I am using them now, originally got a unit too big and asked about getting a smaller one. Their staff Bill and Diane are great! They made it clear that I could move stuff from the too large of a unit into the smaller with days free to do so without a charge of another month of the larger and the new charge for smaller one also, which is great of the company to do. They're always helpful and polite and kind and major plus for me is their patience with me, I tend to be chatty, lol But I never feel rushed, I feel comfortable, they listen, Diane gave me a cold water bottle tonight and I was so thirsty it was like she knew but it's something littke like that and them offering to shovel the smow away from my new smaller unit lwhen I got it, just very kind and to me just do good business and have every time we have used them. A smaller corporation like Mini U is the way to go in my opinion. And added plus the convenience of the back entrance as well on Cooper Road in addition to the Route 73 main entrance is great! Highly recommend!!

Excellent storage facility, great staff that works with your needs, and great deals! I highly suggest Mini U West Berlin to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Bill was extremely nice and helpful. Place is clean and well ran.

They dont raise the rents and they dont have rats that chew all your stuff unlike Public Storage. Other place is a total nightmare.

Cheap/Clean/ Friendly management/Moving Van! Make sure you stop here first and it will be your only stop when shopping for a storage facility!! ASK ABOUT CURRENT PROMOTIONS! I walked out with a sewer deal. This facility is the best around for the money and they are cheaper than the competition, they lock your price in for one year, none of that bate and switch nonsense that blows your mind when your 22 dollar a month unit turns into 110 by the end of the promo period. Not to mention the best management team around. I cant thank them enough for everything they did for me not to mention keeping me calm during a move that I did all by myself over two days. Don't take my word for it stop down and see for yourself.

Best storage place around. Friendly, clean and doesn't increase your rates unlike others in area.

Bill & Diane are very professional, they set me up right, and I dont have any issues. They are very friendly and helpful !! Stop in !!

What a great experience . I came in the office feeling a tad bit anxious. Diane and Bill were so understanding with my situation and told me to take my time and they were very patient. I felt comfortable and safe. Bill took me to see the unit to make sure my belongings would fit . Bill was very thorough and had answers for all my questions . Diane offered me water and made sure I had a lock for my unit. You cannot beat the price, the cleanliness of this property I give 5 stars and most importantly the professionalism, you don’t find this type quality often. Highly recommend this property.

Mini U Storage is hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever utilized. Everything is clean, easily accessible, and the prices can’t be beat. Bill was SO kind and accommodating. We’re very happy with our decision to rent here, and will definitely recommend to everyone we know!

Excellent facility to store your personal goods nice and clean well-kept all the way around front manager bill is extremely helpful knows his job and has a very nice quality of personality and I thank him for all he did for me Robert Laciny

Good clean place, kept clean and straightforward. Only downside is the the price thats always creaping up

This place stands out above the rest! Diane is super sweet and the place is kept really clean. The prices are great and so are the benefits of storing here. Bill and Diane take great care of the place and their customers 🧡 They gave me $25 worth of free moving supplies and then I bought some more because the items were accessible and not over-priced. (Even the lock for my unit was included, which was great because I forgot mine at home 🤦🏼‍♀️) They have deals on almost everything and they even have a moving truck included with your rental! There are also referral incentives, as well as a gift card for Starbucks if you reserve a unit through sparefoot (current to the end of July 2025 when I rented my unit - I don't know how long they'll be doing that for though.) Highly recommended!

Great Experience. The Management Team was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful people , great location, extremely clean, free lock, knowledgeable, helpful, extraordinary!!!!!

Awesome customer service...great personalities here...pretty good prices too

Excellent customer service 👏

I was a bit stressed out, looking for a storage unit to house my mother’s possessions in the interim. I didn’t think it would end up being such a smooth process! I researched online and once I found the right place and unit size, I reserved it and signed a lease. It was a super simple process, all completed online, before even going there in person. Shortly after I put the lease through, I received a call from Jennifer to confirm and answer any questions I had. I was a bit taken back by that level of customer service because it is a true rarity today. A little while after our conversation, I visited the office with my husband. We were greeted by a man, whose name I don’t know offhand, but he was kind and made us aware that Jennifer would return soon. Within a couple of minutes, she arrived back at the office and took us on a tour of the unit I’m leasing. Once everything was good, we went back to the office and received all paperwork. Jennifer was super sweet, creating conversation for the whole duration and she was very professional. Again, something that is a rarity these days. If you’re on the hunt for a storage unit, Mini U Storage Berlin is the best place to go!

The on site mgrs are very good. I.loke it here still have 1 unit.

Great experience. Owners were very easy to work with. They gave me the best deal possible. I truly felt like they were trying to give a good value and not just trying to squeeze me for every possible dollar. They did not try to sell me a bunch of options i did not want or need. They always answered the phone promptly and were flexible and found a satisfactory solution to every issue. I highly recommend Berlin Minu U Storage!

Great service!

Great people

Fantastic customer service with great price options, highly recommend

Staff is very courteous and friendly...personal!!

What an easy time it was for me to get a storage place! I called first &they had one left the size I need! Had everything ready when I went there ! Nice & friendly😊 I recommend this place if your looking for storage🎄Clean & 😷

Great experience purchasing my storage unit. Price was reasonable and unit was clean. Damon was very friendly, and made the process fast and easy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for extra storage space.

The couple managing the facility were both very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and i was lucky enough to get some shelves the last tenant left behind. I had to switch to a bigger unit when my harley was too wide to fit in the 5 foot wide unit (please note for people storing a harley: the 5’ wide unit only has a 3’ wide door and the harley handle bars are approx 39-40” wide). They were very accommodating getting me into the next step up, an 8’x10’. And after i stored my bike they were kind enough to drop me off at home, it was close but was raining, had planned just to walk. Definitely recommend.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The units are clean and affordable. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you Ulia for all of your help today getting me situated into the proper unit. Ulia helped me with my rental truck and showed me the different sized Units that would fit my needs. Best of all she was personable unprofessional

This was my 1st time using storage & honestly the only wonderful experience during this move. The Management Tulip & Damon are both extremely efficient, accommodating & mostly a delightful pleasure to work with. Damon walked me through the online booking, answering all of my questions & explaining the deals they were currently running & booked a reservation while we were on the phone. Upping my arrival to pick up the truck, Yulia greeted me w/such warmth. There’s easy access to all units, security & the facility is immaculate. Yulia is consistently sanitizing the door handles, glass, counter tops & even walked me to truck & sanitized the handles & made sure I was comfortable w/it before driving away. She had a large auction about to start in 15 mins (only because I heard her confirm over the phone) but did not rush me, took her time w/all of my pprwrk & questions. After talking a few mins she even gave me a lead on a potential job & a GREAT realtor w/Keller Williams that might be able to help me. It’s amazing when you take an extra 5 mins to get to know someone & network a bit how much you can learn & possibly feed off one another in a positive way. Thank you both Damon & Yulia!! Tarra

Very nice and easy transaction. Nice workers clean unit.

Great management, extremely friendly and takes great care of the customer. Unit clean and love the fact that they are all drive up units, avoiding elevators and extra hauling.

Great customer service. Both people, I have interacted with at this facility, have taken care of any questions or concerns I had, while deciding what storage facility I was going to go with. Thanks again for all of your help. It is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to being a long time customer.

I never knew I could love a storage facility this much until I did business with Mini U! The facilities are great, clean and secure but what really makes this place amazing is the customer service! I was treated kindly and like family from the first time I called, even though I wasn’t yet a customer. And the process and choosing a storage unit (and in my case, two of them) was seamless because of the assistance I received during the process. I can’t say enough kind and positive things about Mini U - I will never look elsewhere for storage needs!

The manager is so nice and very helpful! The customer service was excellent! The grounds and office was clean. The unit spaces very clean and didn’t smell musty. This is the best location to store your stuff!

I had the most amazing customer service experience at Mini U Storage in Berlin NJ. The manager Damon and his wife Yulia were beyond pleasant. The circumstances surrounding the need to rent a unit was extremely painful and they made the process Hassel free and smooth. My father passed away suddenly on 5/30 and I need a unit to store the items from his home. Damon was sympathetic ,compassionate and extremely professional. He even gifted me with a Starbucks gift card. This token literally made me cry happy tears .....when you are going through ......the simplest act of kindness is def something needed and appreciated. The team at Mini U Storage are awesome !!!!

Great facility. Clean and organized. Staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.

My experience at Mini U Storage was AWESOME. I was desperate for a storage unit that was both local and large enough to store our furniture and Mini U Storage offered the perfect solution. I would also like to send a special note of thanks to Ulia the manager I worked with. My situation was somewhat unique and she handled every detail perfectly. I would/will recommend anyone to the company and I will tell them to ask for Ulia.
