Best prices around

Here you go. Thank me later. Also, there is no lights on the entire side of the storage facility. It's pitch black and very unsafe. Please make sure customers can access their property without feeling unsafe. Oh and this guy in the video has done it quit a few times lol. There's an employee who knows this because he was cleaning up around the dumpster the first time this guy dumped there. You're welcome

This place is great and clean. This is near to my home too. Great friendly people. Kandice and Greg are great and very helpful.

Kandice made sure that I was comfortable and I understood all the terms and conditions and she was very nice

Today, I had a wonderful experience with the Assistant Manager Crystal, at the W. Eight Mile in Livonia, MI. When arrived she was servicing another customer. Crystal acknowledged me by saying she would be with me shortly. I waited probably less than 5 minutes. She was able to bring up my reservation that I made online to complete my move-in. Crystal was thorough and professional explaining the paperwork that I was signing. She also explained the fees for today and moving forward. Once every thing was completed, she also asked did I have any questions. She explained to me how to enter and exit the property. Finally, I was made aware of the business hours that someone would be there and the hours that I could visit my unit. I am very happy as a new customer. Thank you Crystal, I appreciate your service. Michelle

Good place. Reasonable prices and good service.

Nice people

Great service from the guy at the front desk, made the process super simple for me and had quick thorough answers for the few questions I had.

Staff was extremely welcoming, thorough and most of all helpful. Thank you for superb customer service.

My experience was the best. I had a difficult time before finding Kandice (I hope I spelled her correctly) and Mini U. She not only answered 1000 questions on the phone for me. I'm still floored that when I called again stuck in traffic she waited for me. When was the last time someone helped you out like this? I know because I was the lucky one this time!

Quick. Simple. Cheap. Couldn't ask for more.

Great place to store your things. The owners are great to work with and were very helpful with all of my questions.

Hi my name is Rochelle Kamen my husband and I have had a storage unit at the 8 Mile Livonia location since 2022. Our experience has been wonderful despite a recent break-in, but Candice the manager has been great she really helped us out by reaching out to the general manager without when we had our recent break in. We were given a discount for our next month's rent which we really appreciate. If you're looking for a place to store some things that you don't have room for at home try the 8 Mile Livonia location many u storage and ask for Kansas she's the best!

Lady at the front desk on 5/1/24 was sweet and helpful! She was more than wiling to assist with helping me move out and was very accommodating. 10year customer with this company and I am sad to let you guys go but thank you for your great service!

The staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgable.

Robert and Lori who checked in 2/8/2024 were treated very, very well by the staff at this Mini U location. they showed and explained the facility, cleaned our unit and assisted in getting a truck from another location. Five stars.

The women behind the desk was amazing and very informative, I told her what I was looking for and she suggested sizing up with what I needed to put in the unit, most definitely looking forward to coming here.

I had called with plenty questions to rent a unit and Jessica was very helpful and extremely patient and understanding with me never using a storage unit before she helped me pick my right unit size mini u storage is amazing.

We had a unit here for 5 years. We saved hundreds by being able to utilize their truck! So thankful to have had a safe place to store our families treasures! Thank you to the manager for keeping the place in such great shape!

This storage unit is affordable and they have great people working for them.

Absolute best storage facility I have ever been to in my 30 years of using companies such as this. Candace and Greg are extremely professional and courteous. If I could leave 100 stars for their service, I would.

Kandice, the manager was super helpful and gave me a better deal than Google! The first 2 months are free and only paid 34 out the door. Amazing and convenient location as well!

Great with working with you on your late payments but a little pricey

The staff here is amazing. I had issues with the lock on my storage unit, they jumped to my rescue. I also love the fact that you're able to enter as early as 6am. With the hours I work I really need that. Thank you guys for being so helpful. I would recommend this place.

Candace was so professional, friendly and thorough. She made everything so easy and fast! I've had to deal with so many people to get my mom moved out of her house and into assisted living. Greg was very helpful. He was kind enough to take the time to show me other sizes of units, because I was unsure. He represented this business very well.👍

Being that this is my first time renting a storage unit, I don’t have anything to compare it to. With that being said, I can’t imagine the process being smoother or simpler. I was not disappointed with the size or condition of the unit. And it perfectly fits my needs.

She took the time to show us the unit and explain all the ins and outs of renting. The facility looks very nice, better than the first one we looked at.

Great service! Greg and kandice at the front desk are very friendly and helpful!

Very conveniently located with easy access to unit. Staff worked efficiently at sign-up when location experienced power outage.

Great management and service, convenient location, been there about 10 years, which I never intended, on the road usually, too much monthly money for a small unheated storage space, prices have gone up steadily over the years, but I still stay because of good upkeep, and the current manager, Candace, is excellent, as were previous managers. But be wary of how long you might end up paying, not only this storage, all of them, for possessions not of high value, in the long run. Many, if not most people, would be better off selling cheaply and even throwing things out instead of placing things in storage, unless you're certain it will be short term.

Friendly people decent prices.

Friendly management! Storage in great location, very clean and even offers use of free truck for move-in. Repeat customer 🙂

They were awesome. Great customer service. I highly recommend using this storage facility.
