Please make sure customers can access their property without feeling unsafe. Oh and this guy in the video has done it quit a few times lol. There's an employee who knows this because he was cleaning up around the dumpster the first time this guy dumped there. You're welcome

I started my rental process online but had questions so I stopped by in person. Chrystal was working and answered all my questions. she sowed me my unit and how to enter and exit the facility. She was very attentive kind. She is an asset to your company!

Today, I had a wonderful experience with the Assistant Manager Crystal, at the W. Eight Mile in Livonia, MI. When arrived she was servicing another customer. Crystal acknowledged me by saying she would be with me shortly. I waited probably less than 5 minutes. She was able to bring up my reservation that I made online to complete my move-in. Crystal was thorough and professional explaining the paperwork that I was signing. She also explained the fees for today and moving forward. Once every thing was completed, she also asked did I have any questions. She explained to me how to enter and exit the property. Finally, I was made aware of the business hours that someone would be there and the hours that I could visit my unit. I am very happy as a new customer. Thank you Crystal, I appreciate your service. My experience was the best. I had a difficult time before finding Kandice (I hope I spelled her correctly) and Mini U. She not only answered 1000 questions on the phone for me. I'm still floored that when I called again stuck in traffic she waited for me. When was the last time someone helped you out like this? I know because I was the lucky one this time!

Hi my name is Rochelle Kamen my husband and I have had a storage unit at the 8 Mile Livonia location since 2022. Our experience has been wonderful despite a recent break-in, but Candice the manager has been great she really helped us out by reaching out to the general manager without when we had our recent break in. We were given a discount for our next month's rent which we really appreciate. If you're looking for a place to store some things that you don't have room for at home try the 8 Mile Livonia location many u storage and ask for Kansas she's the best!

Lady at the front desk on 5/1/24 was sweet and helpful! She was more than wiling to assist with helping me move out and was very accommodating. 10year customer with this company and I am sad to let you guys go but thank you for your great service!

Great with working with you on your late payments but a little pricey

The staff here is amazing. I had issues with the lock on my storage unit, they jumped to my rescue. I also love the fact that you're able to enter as early as 6am. With the hours I work I really need that. Thank you guys for being so helpful. I would recommend this place.

Great management and service, convenient location, been there about 10 years, which I never intended, on the road usually, too much monthly money for a small unheated storage space, prices have gone up steadily over the years, but I still stay because of good upkeep, and the current manager, Candace, is excellent, as were previous managers. But be wary of how long you might end up paying, not only this storage, all of them, for possessions not of high value, in the long run. Many, if not most people, would be better off selling cheaply and even throwing things out instead of placing things in storage, unless you're certain it will be short term.
