I'm moving to Littleton, CO in early December 2026 and needed a storage unit to accommodate my 16 foot trailer. I spoke with Rick a couple of times before my arrival and he insured me that he would be ready. On my day of arrival, I discovered that I actually needed a 30 x 10 instead of a 20 X 10. Without hesitation, Rick cleaned out a 30 X 10 and set me up. He didn't complain just jumped in and made it happen. And oh by the way it was 4:30 pm, very close to the end of his day. I have rented storage from several locations over the years and never experienced this level of customer service. I feel so lucky having selected this location and especially for the renting from a storage manager like Rick. Thank you to Mini U Storage.

Ok...where to start. Untill I stumbeled upon MINI U STORAGE it and its fine management and personnel, I had concluded that the Denver area sucked. Rick and his crew are the breath of fresh air we were in search of in the greater Denver area. Having encountered some of the weirdest, off handed, accusatory business owners and managers with concentrations of caustic attitude at levels never before experienced by this traveler. I have been from coast to coast, from the upper peninsula to the Yucatan peninsula from the Florida peninsula to the Oregon stateline. (Could not force me any futher NW). But the Denver area takes the blue ribbon of sorry management. With one exception MINI U STORAGE. Rick was very friendly and super helpful getting me my truck for my move and also helped me out with moving supplies. If you need to rent a truck for moving this is a great place to do it!
