Simple sign up and standard clean storage area. What more is there to want.

We just rented here yesterday. Melanie in the office is super nice and helpful!!! These units are not temperature controlled and very basic. We didn't see any signs of rodents or bugs. They require $9 month insurance for covered loss up to $2,000. We are not storing anything irreplaceable here. Price is very fair!!! They have specials - we got a pay for first month and two months free. They even have a pretty large moving truck to "rent." Essentially, you pay $20 for the day and refill the gas tank. If you want to use it, go early in the day. We could not reach the location via the phone # provided on the web (it is only a call center). So, we just went there to learn more and sign up. Once you are a tenant, there is a number straight to the office. We rented an "indoor" 5x5 unit. Up front paid $120 and that will get us 3 months use. If we need to go beyond that, they will charge us the regular monthly fee, then pro-rate back any days we are not using when we move out. Melanie said the refund might take 30 days. The area does have indoor and outdoor surveillance.

Here is pretty clean and the Manager here his name is Jesse who's very nice, friendly, polite and very helpful. I like the storage here is because it's very clean, drive up to your storage only. What I like most is that there's enough space for 2 cars passing through each way. Instead of one car pull over to the side so one car can pass first. Staff was pleasant very nice ……The unit was in back and there was no working cameras so needless to say our unit was broke into…not only the lock was broke off it appeared as though they was coming over the top and broke some of the divider I’d make sure your unit is under surveillance. I saw the post that someone had their unit broken into. That really sucks but it happens in the enclosed ones too. Theft happens. Thats why you pay insurance. My friend had his unit broken into in Irvine. No storage facility is immune to morons. Its not like you’re storing gold bars or priceless artifacts. If you are, storage units aren’t for you. Their prices are competitive, location is convenient and staff is friendly.

The other Lady Super Duo is the all time generous Connie and young Heather(tattoo lady😎) I've been a repeat and ongoing customer for long periods of time. Its definitely not the newest storage place but very easy to access because of the location and their gate hours. Place is always very clean. The staff is definitley doing a great job in keeping us happy and feeling welcome. There is a MAJOR decrease in the "lingering" zombies on the property, that credit will be given to the great staff, being attentive to their location and recognizing their tenants
